The food is very good. The Thursday special of $5.00 for food and drink great value. They were showing that darned cat. Brought back memories of my younger days. Grand kids enjoyed the play area. Good value and easy social destining while everything is covered behind plastic screens and all help and customers were waring mask. Great time out with family.

Good place with fun for everyone in our group, youngest being 11yrs old. We got to race go karts and I had a blast getting spun out by my niece. The food was warm and very good and the employees are clean and very friendly. Definitely would recommend taking the kids and family here.

We booked a birthday party there. The staff was courteous and very attentive! We got to do everything we wanted to do, and almost all They had to do. It was just as much fun for my husband and I as it was for the kids! Great times and lots of fun!

The experience is nice ,but the food is gross we found a finger nail in our food , also some of the staff are a little unenthusiastic. There was a girl there also that had a bad attitude and not good with kids I think her name was brook. Management was very considerate and helpful

Even before you walk into the building, its atmosphere engulfs you. 50s music plays on speakers above the glass doors that let you see inside. After you enter, you notice the floors are blanketed with black and white checkered tiles and the walls are painted red and black. As you pay at the counter you glance around, seeing the vintage car resting along a wall opposite you. You file through the buffet after several families with kids of all ages, picking out your favorite kinds of pizza from the numerous options. You scoop some salad onto your plate before striding to a wall behind you. The wall is lined with drink machines. You fill up a cup with your favorite drink and head into a recently remodeled dining area after glancing into a room where a girl is on a small stage, singing to karaoke music. After you finish your food, you fish a game card out of your pocket and dash to the arcade room. Youre greeted by a myriad of flashing lights and colors. Youre surrounded by games and people playing them. Soon youre playing those very games yourself. Iceball, Fruit Ninja, Jackpot, air hockey. You decide to try an attraction. Laser Tag, Go Karts, Mini Golf, theres so many to choose from! You settle on Go Karts. Stairs, seat, and youre off, racing around a mini track. Someone cuts in a little too close and bumps you sideways. You bump them back. Soon the two of you are in a full-on battle for first place. Closer and closer you get until youre suddenly past the finish line. Your opponent turns out to be the winner, with you in close second. You high-five all the players and head for the prize booth. You pick up some cool trinkets and start out for the door. Incredible Pizza used to be a mostly incredible deal for fun and entertainment. The buffet is adequate and the game selection is great. You have choices of paying by the hour or by the game. In the past the hourly cards gave you access to most of the games. Unfortunately recently they made less than half available for hourly cards and the pay games are crazy expensive (good games are $1.50-$4.00 per play). It just is not a good deal anymore and definitely not worth driving 25 minutes to visit.

Great for kids. Food is decent. There is a play area for smaller kids. They have laser tag, go carts, mini bowling, lots of games, and the buffet has several options.

The wings are good here if you catch them on the night theyre served. The kids love the pizza and desserts. Theres a good selection of other dishes and a good sized salad bar. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the meal prices are fair. The only things preventing me from giving it a 5 star rating are the prices for the games (most are a bit steep), its always a little dirtier than Id like, and the pizza quality could be better. I would definitely recommend bringing the kids here.

Weve been going to Incredible Pizza for a while now. As far as the food goes, the pizza if better than Cicis, but not top notch. They have a decent salad bar, and they usually have some non-pizza options as well.As far as the entertainment value, Incredible Pizza is pretty fun. I enjoy playing the games with my kids, and their specials can make it a good way to spend an afternoon inside.

Great place for family fun. Prices werent too outrageous. Had really decent foot on the buffet including things like meatloaf and soups, so its not just pizza. Had fair amount of arcade games and laser tag and go carts. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to take their family for a day of fun.

Pizza isnt half bad. Black eyed peas were pretty good. The arcade selection is great, and my stepson had a blast. The ticket payout isnt bad, especially compared to Chuck E Cheese. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (my favorite part). Id recommend this for birthdays, celebrations, and fun Saturdays.

I was looking for an alternative to Chuck E Cheese and a co-worker had recommended Incredible Pizza, so we went to check it out. My son is only 3, so his meal was free, and I opted for a package that cost me around $30 that came with the buffet and a $25 game card. The food, while not the most visually appealing, tasted really good and I enjoyed it being a buffet instead of having to order your own meal. They have pizza, salads, chicken tenders, corn dogs, sides, and desserts so it really is a good value. The arcade was large and had plenty to do (including a nice toddler area) but my principle complaint is that some machines didnt read my game card so we couldnt play everything. Overall, I liked the experience and will come back again.

Im glad theyre open again but I hate the new way its set up where they serve you the food & drinks & some of the employees are not friendly at all, they kinda make you feel like they dont want you there, even the manager-type lady over seeing the food section on 6/16/20 was not friendly! I assume that them serving you is a temporary thing, hopefully!

Was a pretty nice place to go and eat some decent pizza and enjoy some fun. For about $21 a person you can can eat all you like, spend an hour with unlimited video games and two main attractions like go-carts. Youll bee there at least a few hours. There are some good weekday special for a better deal too.

They do have a large variety of games including miniature golf, race cars, laser tag, bowling, ice-skating and a ton of arcades. sometimes the pizza is not so great sometimes it’s fresh and hot. Due to all the kids everything is a little sticky.

Conroes Incredible Pizza Company is aptly named. The food was superb, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the games were a blast! A spectacular experience for my wife, my three-year-old, and I, the venue offers fun for all ages. After one visit and despite living over an hour away, my wife and I intend to return often.

First time going. Was way better than expected. Only complaint was that the playground area from smaller kiddos was hot like the AC wasnt working in that area. But the food was yummy and kiddo approved.

There is a wide variety of pizzas and they are delicious plus they can make whatever you ask for. Their Thursdays wings are also very delicious. The games everyone can have fun kids, teenagers, and adult.

Happened to go to Incredible Pizza on a Thursday and found that the buffet lunch on Thursdays is only $5; a pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise was that the lunch menu wasnt limited to pizza. Ate off the salad bar AND dessert bar, too. Of course, the various video games, rides, etc. that our family members enjoyed cost extra, but that was expected. Had four generations of family present, and the oldest members got the pleasure of seeing the younger ones having a blast. Fun place. Held a family reunion there the previous year which was enjoyed by those in attendance.

We were visiting family and it was my granddaughters 3rd birthday. Decided to have a party for her here. It was a really neat place. Wish we had a place like this in Phoenix, Arizona. Loved the theme! The price for everything was reasonable and affordable. The layout and atmosphere was great! Very clean. Loved the fact it was buffet style. So much easier with little ones. Pizza was fair tasting and they kept a variety available. Salad bar was fresh. As for gaming we mainly spent time on the mini bowling. Two lanes had continuous issues with the ball return requiring time spent finding an employee. There were many unaccompanied kids that were destructive by throwing balls into other lanes, over hand most of the way down the lane and multiple balls before the system reset. I saw that this was intimidating to woman that had smaller kids wanting to bowl.

My family has come here for years. This is Spring Break so I always expect insane crowds - doesnt bother me. What I dont expect is health code violations that would make a 3rd world country feel proud. A front line server at the pasta bar, wiped the spilled spaghetti/other food dropped by customers on the counter and put it back in the spaghetti serving warmer. I thought she was going to pull the container to toss it. Didnt happen...sadly I had to ask if she was going to throw it out. When she asked why, I shouted you just threw trash from the counter into the spaghetti that customers are going to eat, REALLY??? She got nervous and said she was sorry and threw it out. Clearly this is the norm as she saw nothing wrong initially. Secondly, I watched 2 employees stand on the counter where cups are stored, to refill the ice compartments in the soda machine. Guess theres no ladder. If you think someone cleaned the nasty counter where their shoes walked think again. I took pictures, and will be sharing with local news networks. The place was really crowded, and the staff couldnt keep up. Floors were nasty, difficult to find clean area to eat, pizzas slow to come out, and line to the door. Apparently its wing night on top of it being Spring Break...literally a zoo in here and over capacity. Clearly the health dept has given this place a pass on anything that resembles compliance. If you are concerned for your health and your children, eat elsewhere. The games are great, although pricey. Thats the safest part of the visit.Spoke with Lauren, Director of Guest Services before leaving. She seemed overwhelmed but was clearly aware of the employees walking on cup counter. She said it would be disinfected and she would speak with food prep workers.

Games were ok and there were a decent selection for all ages. Food was ok. Unfortunately, the walls, tables, booths, and floors were all fairly dirty all night. Came here on a Saturday. Even though the buffet was supposed to be open until 10p, the selection was cut to about 20% of regular offerings at about 8:15p. Buffet was bare by 8:30p. I attached photos from 8:45p. Dont wait too late before you get food.

I will never visit the other pizza party place in the area again. Conroe incredible pizza has a better setup, better food, and better games. As you enter the game floor, to the right are standard arcade games and to the left are arcade games better suited to younger kids. We played out put golf and the mini bowling. The whole family really enjoyed the mini bowling. We will definitely go back. The only reason my review is 4 stars rather than 5 is that the card swipes often take several swipes to read your game card. I had to ask for help to understand when it had registered. The swipes will glow green when it takes. The staff was very helpful with removing any unwanted charges I put on my card though.

We went for a birthday party, it was fun! My kids really liked it and it looked like the birthday boy did too. The games are sometimes a little expensive, but the kids had fun with the laser tag, the bumper cars, the putt-putt, the bowling, and all the other games.

I was employed here for less than a month. I loved working here with all of my fellow employees, I had no problems with them. Everyday I enjoyed working with them but the manager who owned the place didn’t like me personally. He fired me for having my headphones in when I wasn’t even on duty. I work from 8am-3pm I went back at 4:30 for this training class because I was new there. As soon as I went to sit down in my seat he told me to take my headphones out. He didn’t even greet me or even ask respectfully. I told him calmly that when he begins the class I will take them out and then that’s when he told me to get out. I left out and he told me that I’m not wanted there anymore he doesn’t like me working there. I felt that I was a great employee even my co workers thought that I was doing a good job. If you ever decide to apply for a place I would think twice about this one, the head manager is very sensitive and I think he has some personal issues.

Its a great place for the kids and fun for parents as well. We brought a six year old and our teenagers and we all had a blast. Whats great is that all the games are pretty cheap and ridiculously fun. We actually plan on coming back to celebrate our kids birthday thats coming up.

The pizza is not incredible. The experience is decent at best. Some of the employees could use more training specific to customer service.

I took my grandsons Saturday 12/07/2019, although it was packed we did not encounter any long lines but we did discover how much fun everyone can have there. My sons, my grand sons had a great time. The staff was absolutely wonderful, from the sweet young man that checked us in, issued cards and helped my grandson turn the birthday wheel for a free goodie. To the young lady taking the tickets for prizes, and a shout out to the virtual reality and bumper cars. Everyone of us had a blast. I will be back and I will be recommending you. Smiles and laughter the entire time. Thank your staff for being so patient with small kids and big kids alike.

I used to love to take my kids here but the last time I went it had changed a lot. It wasnt as price friendly. If price isnt a big thing for you then its fine. If youre used to being able to go into the game room and just load $20 on a card to play for a little while, you might be disappointed too.

I visited twice this month as my sons both picked this place for their mommy/son date night destination. However, next time we will head to Main Event or Chuck E Cheese. While they have a good selection of activities that the others do not have (bumper cars, go karts, mini golf) the lack of cleanliness and attentiveness far outweighs any pros. We were literally at one point walking through a trail of spaghetti noodles left by someone from the buffet to the gymnasium-style eating area that was the width of the walk way so it was unavoidable. To make matters worse, people stepping in them were tracking it into the gaming area which is carpeted. It took far too long for them to get that cleaned up. When we made it to our table, we had to bus our own table just to have a place to sit. I rarely saw any staff which would explain the filth. They need to have more people on hand, especially during spring break! The pizza was always running low and the salad bar lettuce was wilted. The dessert leaves much to be desired. The games are reasonably priced and they do run specials but I think some of the card scanners on the games need to be replaced and their games need some TLC.

We took three small children. We didnt eat, so cant comment on the food. Theres plenty to do for a few hours, even for younger kids. Several, maybe all, of the younger kid games were malfunctioning partially or totally, so lose a star for that. Overall, loud and active so worth the trip. Expect to spend minimum of $30 per kid beyond food.

The VR and Lazer tag are even better than the awesome pizza! Great for parties or a family fun day. Huge pizza buffet with awesome pizza and great salad bar and non-pizza options. Something for everyone and then some! So many games! Indoor go kart, mini-bowling, bummer cars... The multi-level Lazer tag is the best Ive been too in addition to the amazing VR!

Great entertainment, awesome games, indoor race track as positives. Negatives include getting diarrhea every single time from all their food. Wont eat there even though you have to buy the buffet to get in.Maybe someday they wont require you buy the buffet, or change food prep!

Arcade is nice. But beware of the giant racecar there it will electrocute(shock) you. And because the staff arent techs they act like there fixing the problem until you walk off and then so do they. As for food its not that bad. Cure for a bored weekend.

It seems like there are fewer games each time we visit. The attractions like Halogate and the go carts are fun but we come here for the arcade feel and that is getting less and less each year.

We had a birthday party for my grandson and this party was almost worse than the one we had for our son 5 yrs ago. The manager that was there for my sons party said that we could have a party at the same location for nothing but beings that I just couldnt bring myself to go there again, this is where my grandson wanted to go. I told my daughter to tell the manager that was there about the birthday they owed me. When I got there my daughter was ready to scream. The hostess was only seen 2 times and for only a quick minute because she was responsible for trying to juggle between parties because someone called in yet there were two ladies at the register chit chatting with each other instead of helping the girl who was supposed to be with one party. The buffet was closed down early and the kids only got to play games for fourty mins tops before they literally shut the lights off. The other grandparents ended up paying for the party even though that location owed me... You could not pay me enough to go back. Very disappointed and embarrassed that the other grandparents paid for something that wasnt worth paying for let alone the fact that the party was supposed to be a replacement party!!!
