My mom moved in here recently after selling her home of 35+ years. She is happy there. I would give this place 4 stars maybe even 5. Its quiet. Most of the people I have encounter are friendly. The grounds are kept up for the most part. There is an old guy working there. He races around on a golf cart like a nut. Not fast when it comes to requested services though. Lives on site. Nice guy for the most part. Well call him Charlie.Now my reason for only 3 stars..I entered the park late one night/early morning to drop a friend off to pickup their car that they left in friends driveway. Drove in friend got out and went to car. I drove away. As I was driving towards exit slow looking in mirror for friend. I see a little man running my direction. I stopped he approached. He ask what I was doing. I told him I dropped friend at car. He started off on a rant about thieves. I told him I am not a thief. I havent stole anything. He said yes you did. Then he got more abusive and his choice of words became very offensive. Almost to a violent fit. About then my friend drove up behind me. My told him see there is my friend who I came in with. Told him to get away from my truck leave me alone. He walked away spouting more profanity. He then started saying terrible things to my friend as well.My friend told the client who house we picked up the car from. ANDThe guy is Charlies son. Apparently he has a bit of a substance abuse problem. Maybe even little man syndrome as well. They say he has done things like this in the past.So yeah. Charlies little man/boy/son is what lowered my rating. Get rid of that liability and its almost what one would expect for the area.Hey Charlie. You know the rules. All animals are supposed to be on a leash.

Love the open areas, beautiful places to walk with calming water fountains.

Weve lived here 14 years. Its a nice Mobilehome park, that is really park like. Nice paths for walking along front of the homes, parking is in the rear. Its only a few blocks from Hillside Park for dog walking, or Grandchildren playing.

Great living place. Only issue I have is that I walk my grandmothers dog while there and was told I could not do that unless she was walking with me. My grandma works full time! And asked me to walk her dog. All the residents say hi and the dog doesn’t bark and we don’t make any noise or walk through lawns. But the maintenance man Charlie Packett had an issue with me despite having walked the dog for 3 weeks before having an issue. And when I stated that she works full time and isn’t home until to late to walk her dog.

Best mobile home park in Concord for sure its beautiful that has Pathways and fountains and its meticulously kept its where am I mother has lived for nearly 20 years. Its 55 and older. There are several homes for sale right now but probably not for long. Has a beautiful pool and hot tub and picnic areas and they just put like two million dollars into the lodge and read the whole thing which has showers and a sauna its a beautiful RV Park. The rules are pretty strict but you know people over 55 or not worried about that kind of thing. Have a great day youll enjoy this place if you end up here.

I gotta tell you this park is well maintained, not only is it extremely attractive to the eye but clearly people take pride in living here! Right in the heart of the East Bay, situated in between 2 major freeways this is an ideal place to relax, live and play in your golden years!!

Definitely the nicest mobile home park in concord big clubhouse pool immaculately kept beautiful landscaping fairly good security my parents would live there for a long time and they love it the rules are a little strict but that good for older people they like that and they dont run into anybody under 55 as a ground person thats around all the time if you have any problems. And like I said my parents are losers for a long time and they love it best park in Concord maybe in Contra Costa County. Thank you Brian3

Best Mobile Home Park in Concord but..... horrendous HOA fees! Over $700.00 per month. Used to be same as 2 bed 1bath Condo fee in Concord Now HOAs 1/1/2 times current Condo HOAs! Ouch!

Ok guess name change but no matter.my parents live at this moble home park they have been there a long time 10-15 years. Its for sure nices m.park in concord maybe in co co county it landscaped meticulously absolutely beautiful fountains schools tennis courts giant Clubhouse walking paths most people know one another at least around where theyre living you have to be 55 to live there which I almost am thinking about it myself the rules are very strict which the people there like its a safe place. Not very much trouble there at all very quiet free parking and guess what I mean guest parking and a large parking lot in the very front and small parking spaces every couple of blocks or is like six spaces in front of the homes every mobile home there the yards are equally kept just as nice as the park itself most people have gardeners theres a couple that roll through there that are really reasonable. Shoot weve been having family get-togethers there for many many years now and its always been a lot of fun to have a double-wide just like a house never yard big patio covered parking four five storage sheds including those craft room tool room whichever most have enough room for all that kind of stuff. And I think. Now theyre replacing the mobile homes with modular units I think when people leave. Theyre taking out the double wides and put it in prefabs which are even nicer you wont have as many problems with those as you do with a mobile phone mobile homes or a little glass insulators I guess I dont know which is prefabs are going to be nicer to us for sure State more stable . I think theres a few of those for sale right now yes youre lucky enough to get into this place youre going to be very happy with it. only pictures I have are inside my parents home since Ill be glad to share but I dont know if they wanted poster.
