I’m glad that we moved out of the park that all I’m going to say

My mother lived here for years. It is not a bad place by any means, however it has seemed to have gone down a bit over the years.

Even though the community is very nice the only thing that all shouls watch out for is the community manager. If you buy a home on the property make sur that you read the fine print, if not you will find surprises that you did not except even though the community manager will tell you that is fine. be prepared for fees that were not expected. If you can if yo have bought the home look into moving it ASAP. Be ware of this community manager, she is a wolf in sheeps clothing.

Great place to live

Lived here for 2 years. It’s clean, pretty quiet , and safe. Sunrise properties and the managers at glen laurel are rude and unreasonable, and they lack empathy. Like I said I’ve lived here for 2 years so obviously I pay my rent. But I want to warn future renters they are extremely harsh when you are late , imposing court fees over 300$ and not willing to accept rent for the month without the following month. They send police to your door after only being late 2 weeks and they make you go to court !! On top of that the homes fall apart day by day and they make you pay to fix everything. 2 weeks in my water pressure went down and the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom is horrible. The cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen fall of the hinges and knobs fall off after a month of living there. Water bill is ridiculous!! Oh forgot to mention they have employees in the office who seem to enjoy harassing kids at the pool !! So in a nut shell these “ manufactured homes” are over priced and not worth it. But if you do decide to live here, you better pray your check isn’t late or you lose you job because these people are not reasonable ! . My lease is up soon and I cannot wait to move !!!!Keep searching renters , this is not the place to be !

This is the best place to come home to. Quiet, serene, and beautiful and clean surroundings. You get so much for the money you spend every month. Brand new homes, all new appliances, friendly neighborhood and peace of mind. LOVE MY NEW HOME!

This place is all about the money. We own ours and the Lord rent is more then our house payment. Even the lady that works in the front office moved out of here. Dont know how they expect people to keep living here. They talk about the ammminties, a pool and club house big deal. They let people park at the office parking lot because they dont have room at there homes. So if u go to the pool u may have to end parking on the street. SSMH. Do not move here be warned.

The lady there is really nice but they literally never answer the phone.

DO NOT MOVE IN THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND MONEY WILL BE STOLEN DAILY FROM YOU FROM THE MANAGER

Lived here longer than everyone on my street. Street has been in disrepair gor years. Neither manager has fixed street. Also basketball goals are not supposed to be street side. Management is gutless to enforce . Also our sorry neighbors have a dog outside which is also against policy. Management is terrible. Also theres more rif RAF in this place. Use the Free rent till they get evicted. Oh I own mine and have been here for 6 years. The front section is better but the back sucks

This place is horrible the manager angel will not have anything fixed in your trailer ,you can complain all day about it ,I even try to call Chealse which is the boss an never got a call back it was not just minor things either it was the toilet backing up an the sink was leaking ,the floor look like it had a burn on kitchen floor ,an the carpets where not changed it was disgusting the walls had hole an marks on it the front door was damaged an curtains where destroyed . She toke are money an more an said she helped us moving in I have no idea what she meant by that but I filled out my paperwork an Kathy was the one that wanted us to live their so I don’t know how anyone helped us because we could have continued to keep looking for place but she said no you got it an right when we moved in she started giving us problems now where out along with our whole street because she a scammer who take people money an kicks them out . Beware of renting this place don’t do any business with Angela with out getting full proof of your payments like get all of your paper works ask for all of them ,have her sign everything she gave you an put a date on everything Check the place she wants you to get an if it’s not fixed don’t get it because she won’t fix anything an calling her boss won’t help I tryed I even left a message an nothing she wanted 3 time my rent an called the sheriff at our door an made us pay her court fee she refused to take any of our rent money she rude an the people who works with her are too!! So good luck !

Ive been here for 3 years. Their is a good mix of people. The management sucks but has made lots of efforts to be better. There is now a legitimate manager in the office since there was not one for some time. Work orders are left outstanding, the water bill fluctuates constantly we were paying about 20-50 now its 90-190, maintenance will come in and fix 1 or 2 things but leave other things undone. There are a lot of entitled caucasian people that live here but mostly hard working folk but racist. Alot of kids in the back but they are playing in the street, nowhere really for them to play, the dirty park is at the front. Management used to put letters in the mail now they put your correspondence i.e. Force mows or late fees on your door, on big yellow paper. With the force mows i do think its selective, ive seen people force mowed but the property next to them has the same length of grass but nothing was mowed. My roof has been leaking for about 4 months now and nothing has been done. Yet they want you to buy the place but wont fix what is wear and tear or just the basic work orders. Never a follow up to see was it done. We were without a maintenance person for about 2 months. Im not renewing my lease after this year management sucks. Oh not to mention there are huuuggggee pot holes in the back.

If you have to live in a home with wheels on it, this trailer park seem to be pretty well maintained.

Dont move here you will be paying for water like its Gold after 2 months and you will be harrassed by management if you are not pure white Anglo-Saxon decent. I live here and I love the area but seems as if me and my family are costantly getting postings about rules that know one else in this community seem to have to follow. I served my country proudly and I get up and go to work everyday, so what did I do to deserve this kind of treatment in a manufacturer home community where the homes are literally 10 feet apart or less and you pay over $600 a month in lot rent plus your mortgage. I have photos of where peoples pets have dug up my yard and delivered pooh and urine with know efforts in picking it up. Also have photos of people who park on there lawns constantly, when my vehicle was towed and I was barely parked on my lawn. Im sure now that I have posted this I will be harrassed even more now so I will attempt to hurry up and find a buyer so I can get out of here! Not to mention my 7 year old daughter being attacked by a vicious breed of Pitbull that it clearly states in there rules and regulations is not allowed, but my daughter was attacked and bitten while walking to the school bus stop. Reported to management and now there are pitbulls on both sides of my home. Meaning both my neighbors have them. Oh well I guess black lives dont matter here!

Good place to live but its gotten worse recently, they used to be much more strict about who lives here, and here lately there has been a lot of a bad element around
