Usually a great place to shop, and though its absolutely bursting with holiday decor, all the basic supplies are out of stock and have been for at least a month now. Extremely frustrating. They have also done away with their standard 40% off a single non-sale item coupon. Hobby Lobby is fully stocked, prices are better and there is a 40% off coupon.Too bad.

10oz wool ease #6 thickness is on sale for $3.97 regularly $12.97. With that kind of a sale its worth making blankets for Christmas its very soft and easy to work with. The store itself is well stocked and has everything a crafter or an artist could use!

Isles and middle displays are too close together. Other than that its a great store. Never too many people and the employees are so nice

Good place to go shopping for your holiday needs

I went looking for something very specific on this last trip but they didnt have it. I usually shop seasonal, floral, beads, yarn and fine art. They have some items I prefer to other stores (beads). Generally I will make a quick stop there on my way home and to pick up an item for a project (glue, paint). Sometimes I go just for the bright colors and shopping therapy! Their app is helpful to have and get discount coupons.

They always have what Im looking for. Quick service with a smile.

This place is a Crafters dream come true. For a novice like me it can be overwhelming. Staff are more than willing to help you out. Prices are moderate. Be sure to cut the coupons from the weekly flyer to save more. And, who knew you could find the ingredients to decorate cakes?

I would give it 5 stars except that the app needs some fixing. Some in-store items you cant order online to pickup in-store. And the app sends you to the website to actually make an online purchase.Store workers have always been helpful and friendly.

It is full of great art, craft and light building supplies for anyone. The prices range depending on the quality/manufacturer if the product. Sometimes, it may be hard to find a staff member to assist.

I ordered online some scrapbook albums, which my order was cancelled on me. A week later I received an email apologizing with a 15 off next order as well as an email saying theyd honor the sale price if I could find the item or something similar. I searched the stores in my area to see if they had it in stock. One did. Although I had to travel out of the way and I didnt find as many as I wanted to purchase they still honored the sale price as well as the gift card code. Although it took some explaining and a manager had to ring the scrapbooks separately, I was overall happy with my experience.

A couple weeks ago I needed to make a mask. I went to Michaels to get supplies thinking I would use papier mache but the woman who helped me was amazing. I described what I wanted and she counseled me on my options and suggested that I wouldnt have time for the papier pache to dry. She set me up with plaster instead and all the supplies I needed and provided tips to more easily accomplish my task. I wish I had gotten her name, she was using one of those knee scooters as she must have injured her foot - she was awesome. Here is a photo of my mask. Thank you so much for all your help! Michaels and their staff are top notch!

This is a general craft store. If you know which things are on sale, you can make out like a bandit. The 40% off one item coupon is good for the wallet if you are only buying a few things. Overall good store for buying normal crafting supplies.

Neat store, has lots of arts and/or crafts, I dont know who Mike is but they seem to be a perfectly adequate business owner. I go there whenever Im on a crafting bender, and need general merchandise of that category.

Every time I go in the store I need to chase employees if I have a question. Eye contact. As a former loss control officer I find it disappointing that folks still dont utilize their best opportunity to reduce loss.

Great varieties of most crafts. Ive never used the fram section so i could not comment. The line usually moves fast. The services are friendly and knowledgeable. I do get better coupons from their online that i bring up on my phone to be scanned at the counter.

Living right in the concord area it’s great to have but when you are looking for something that they have had in the store just not on display for 2 weeks now it’s gettin old! Manchester has theirs set up! I have been told 4 time now that it is in in just hasn’t been set up! It’s been two freaking weeks! Really disappointed
