IFLY was an awesome experience for my family My wife and 3 kids ranging from 7-12. The best part was our instructor Max who made it a blast for everyone. I cant say enough about Max, he made it like a Disney experience for my kids. We are definitely going back!!!!!!

I felt safe from the very start which gave me the confidence to go into the tunnel. I told my husband all I wanted for my birthday was to be around good people, good energy, and good food. This experience checked my first two boxes thanks to you.

3rd one we have done and loved it as always. Great instructor but only downfall on this visit is asking us to be there 15 minutes prior to our scheduled time just to sit around for another 45 minutes waiting on another individual to show up.

This is an awesome experience. Took my wife there for her birthday with our 2 children, ages 5 and 7. They loved it. Eager to do it again. Truly unique experience. Instructor was such a great guy and worked so nicely with the whole family.

It was Tony the Tiger Great instructor was so simple and fun my 4year could follow along well he was awesome my nephew had a great 10th Bday thanks again.

Baxster did a great job instructing, only done one flight before at an older facility but he had confidence once i was in the tube to be mostly hands off. We got more flights before leaving, looking forward to improving my flights

Went last week I went with my brother and son had a gentleman by the name of Willo do our short training and was in the tunnel with us, I have an autistic son that was very scared but he tried to go through with it, when it came his turn he backed out. Willo was very kind and handled the situation very well,He didn’t embarrass my son or call him out he just moved on to the next person, and even offered me and my brother and extra min in the air dive,The staff was very friendly all around, I felt the price was a little high for the time you got, but all in all it was a fantastic experience.I will try and go back .Thank you Willl-O for being a good trainer and guide.

Pricey for what it is but having jumped numerous times out of a plane myself, I get it. This said, my six year old loved it and wanted to do it again after her couple of jumps. I think this is a great start for those scared of the plane thing. And yes, this is the exact same feeling. The instructor was great.

Awesome experience! Brayden was an excellent instructor and had tons of energy. My 11 year old Son and I flew. We loved it, and purchased more flight time for my Son before we left(its much cheaper to book, if you do it while you are still there). The flight chamber is much bigger and higher than it looks in any photos. Everyone is super helpful and patient. Youll never be able to feel this feeling unless you actually jump from a plane. Dont hesitate, anyone can do this. Brayden rocks!!!

I had a really awesome experience. Max was the absolute best! It was easy to just relax and enjoy the experience. Personality was great. Kept us laughing and learned some really cool stuff. Felt completely safe on the high fly! Honestly if you don’t do the high fly your missing out!

My family had a great experience at iFly Charlotte Concord. I brought my two teenagers and my teen nephew to celebrate my sons 17th birthday. They had a blast! My only complaint is that it is pricey. We paid for them to each get 2 flights but then they upsell you on a higher flight. In my opinion the higher flight should be included. Then they try to sell you photos and videos but luckily you are able to do this on your own.

I have always wanted to go sky diving, this is great to get mysrlf better prepared. The experience is AWESOME!!! Really cool staff, that take a lot of pride in their work! Already bought more flight time, just got to get it scheduled!

Going in I felt a little uneasy. Process felt very transactional and almost a little rushed as they seemed busy. We were encouraged to combine our four flights in to two, two minute flights which we didn’t understand or comprehend until after our experience. We paid for the full faced helmets but then when my daughter went to try one on none of them fit. All the instructors or people handing out the gear were fully aware that a G3 helmet wouldn’t fit, but I was still sold one during check in. That didn’t quite make sense. Regardless we pushed thru and made our way in to the tunnel. It was an incredible experience and post flight I understood why they wanted us to combine our flight time and get the most out of it without wasting precious moments getting in and out of the tunnel. Overall I would most definitely recommend for anyone and all ages! It’s a must do even once in a lifetime kind of thing. Knowing what I know now I still feel very satisfied and we had a blast.

Took my 10 yr daughter for the first time tonight. She was so scared at first, but Jake was so patient and amazing with her!!! Now she can’t stop talking about how she wants to learn how to do cool tricks. Thanks Jake for an amazing experience! See you again very soon.

Amazing place! The whole place is really cool, and family friendly. The instructors are really nice and know what they are doing. The experience is amazing! Its safe too, when I was there this lady couldnt control herself in the tube but the instructor got her out of the tube. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended.

We did a team building event here with work and it was really fun! Definitely pay the extra money to fly up to the top of the glass. Worth the money.

Awesome experience that most anyone can do! We had a great time with Willo, who took great care of us. Then gave us an amazing show at the end.

I visited iFLY after tandem skydiving with Shawn, who is one of the instructors at this location. It was a great time! I flew for just a couple of minutes and within that time Shawn was able to teach me how to stabilize myself and to turn left/right. The tunnel certainly doesnt replicate free fall, but it does simulate it - I can see why many skydivers train here. The only downside to this sport (like many fun things in life) is that its moderately expensive. However, pricing does make sense if you think about the costs associated with building, operating, and maintaining a facility of this type. Ill be returning as soon as Ive got some extra money to play with!

Really fun! Just so pricey. My kid loved it. I ended up purchasing her a few more visits. Hopefully a few of her friends will be able to go. Its not always the case of having to call some kids parent and asking them if your kid can attend Ifly oh and by the way, its $90 for 4 minutes. Its an additional $15 if your kid would like to fly just a little bit higher. Ugh. Id give 5 stars if the cost wasnt so much.

Excellent!! Our trainer Braxton, was funny, friendly and knowledgeable. If youre afraid of heights it isnt a problem because you never go higher than a few feet unless you want to. People of all ages can do it and there is a great observation area for family and friends that want to watch. We cant wait to go back and do it again!!!

Our instructor Max was a real charmer. Made my seven year old son and 10 year old daughter feel confident and safe. We all had a great time.

A really cool experience but $80 for 2 minutes of flying is just a bit too steep. The best offer they have is 10 minutes for $125 AFTER you spend the first $80. It really was an incredible time but they gotta come down on the pricing if they expect me to come back.

Had a good time doing something always wanted to try. But kind of expensive to do regularly. A lot of waiting and time in air tunnel is short. Worth doing at least once but thats enough.

Went for an experience, now considering classes! Great no impact exercise, different and fun! Staff encourages participation from healthy senior guests...said they had a 98-year old flier! Especially fun for adventurous families. Kids as young as 3. Inaugural flight is pricey, but return flights are much cheaper.

My boyfriend and I just went last weekend, our instructor was so nice but she weighed about 100 lbs wet. My boyfriend and I as well as others in the group were not the smallest of people and I felt my experience was really downed because our instructor could not literally control our bodies in the tunnel, I also felt as if the others around were not giving good direction and no matter how much my boyfriend and I tried, we were never in the “proper” flying position. My boyfriend wasn’t even able to do a high fly and instead of being nicely explained to as why he was unable to go up, he was just basically yelled at. This is definitely a better experience for children and smaller individuals. They did, however not charge us for the high fly which was very nice.

Had a very interesting experience!! Ive always wondered what it would be like to freefall or indoor skydive.. obviously for my first time ever I wasnt doing perfect and an older man that was not my current guide decided to yell at me and slam his hand down on the top of my helmet when I was not in flight.. He literally shoved my head down and asked me what I could see if I was looking down.. So other than that experienced it was a really enjoyable time.

So much fun!! Our instructor Shawn was awesome!! I just wish we lived closer so we could go back more often!

We took our kids to iFLY in Phoenix, AZ and Charlotte, NC to celebrate birthdays and had a great experience both times. Here’s some counterpoints to a couple negative reviews. First, overpriced compared to what? It beats doing skydiving for real and watching my three year old fly for 1 minute was worth what I spent for the whole family. Second, mixed groups. Oh no! We have to meet new people!? That’s one of the coolest things! You cheer on and are cheered on by total strangers and make new friends. If price is an issue go somewhere else. Remember we did this twice? There’s a reason I was willing to pay for it again... Thanks iFLY!

Went here for my birthday last weekend and had a blast! Max was great at teaching us the ropes and showing us a great time.I got a headache after breathing through my nose? I think something to do with sinus problems. But I didn’t want to drool on myself by breathing through my mouth lolol

Really cool experience for a really bad price.We paid around $100 and got to fly for 2 minutes, 3 times. $100 for 6 minutes?Then they tricked us into buying discounted $60 tickets for the same amount of time next time and told us we could use the tickets anytime... Except a month or two later, we realized they had an expiration date that had already gone by! So really we paid a lot more for those precious 6 minutes than we thought!The experience itself was cool, but not for that price.

Awesome experience! They were very professional, safety was the top priority, and if you just trust them and do what they say it is a breeze and lots of fun!

It’s ok. Not really worth the money in my opinion. Definitely fun, but the duration is far to low for the money. Staff was great, but it’s clear the bottom line is to squeeze as many people in the shortest amount of time possible.

Fantastic experience! Almost anyone can fly, even if you wear glasses or are on the heavier side. The instructors Ive seen are great. They really put on a good show, even toward the end of the day, and are very attentive to eace flyer. The return flyer discount is very steep, so maybe be mentally prepared to make a purchase if you really enjoyed your first flight. The instructors demonstrations are very impressive and really make you want to come back and learn more moves. Ive been twice and definitely plan on returning many more times!

We came on the first day of opening. Purchased the Friends & Family package for my family of 5, & totally worth it! My kids 3-11 enjoyed it. Great experience. Shaun wasn’t great and friendly! Carlos was awesome and informative also! We purchased a return package to experience it again in another city. Congratulations on your grand opening!

My 9 year old son was invited to a birthday party. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we arrived about 10 minutes late. Upon arrival the staff scolded us and rudely informed my son that he could not fly. I understand that rules are rules, but the lack of compassion for a child and the rude customer service is uncalled for. I definitely would not recommend this place for families.

The experience was great and the instructors were amazing. They will not give a refund if you buy the gift card after the experience. I had taken my daughter for my birthday and I thought that my husband and our other children would enjoy the experience. I didnt know that my husband had spent a lot of money on our daughters birthday so that put me in a bind with money. It would have helped us out a lot if they could have refunded the $125. Thats pretty poor customer service to me. They need to revise their policy to allow for refunds.

Had a great time! Definitely well worth the price. You should add on the High Flight. Its a great way to end the experience. Wish we had bought more time, but will be back for sure! Even spectators get a great show! You can go inside and watch even without a ticket so if you are unsure or want to see for yourself first definitely stop in and check it out.

Shawn Eskew was a horrible instructor. He had poor communication in the tunnel, and accused me of trying to go an extra turn. I went with my brother who looks very similar to me, and I tried to explain to him that he had me mixed up with my brother who went right before me. After we got out of the tunnel he blamed me for delaying our groups time by 3 minutes. I dont know if he was on drugs or what, but it was very strange.

Max was an awesome instructor. We had a group of 9, ages 9 up. Everyone had a blast! Memories that will last a lifetime.

The experience of flying is really cool! However, I found the staff to be inpatient, unfriendly, and in many ways unprofessional. This was the place my friend and I came to have a good time and the unkind staff was a distraction. I understand that the staff needs People to take the flight seriously; however, people come to do this to have fun. I think they should put the fun back in their business!

Braxton was Amazing with my sons birthday group! Regardless of your skill level, he encouraged everyone.

I went as a part of my birthday weekend activity. The whole experience was amazing. I was soooo nervous but Willo the Lead Instructor was so freaking amazing!! When I first went in I had a total anxiety attack he took me out well carried me out (lol) coached me and made me feel confident enough to go back in and finish what I started. I can not express enough how I so appreciated having him as my instructor and I can’t wait to go back!!!

Tried it & Loved it! Shayam the instructor was awesome and patient with us.

Decent. Got treated like a beginner. They were super reluctant about turning up the air speed. Basically just spent my first two minutes in the tunnel getting them to turn it up. Finally got to fly even though he made me enter the tunnel by basically sliding in on the ground every time . Then when my time was over the guy told me to watch him, I watched him and then he brought a group in and shoo’d me away... why did you want me to watch you? He didn’t teach me anything he just flew around. Thought that was weird or like he was just showing off. I’ll just stick to my home iFly.

This was the BEST first experience ever Shawn Eskew was very polite and cool and funny so if y’all ever go back ask for him
