The theater was nice and clean. Seating is good, you can see the stage from different angles well. Ushers were great

It was a very nice theatre. Seats were comfy and had plenty of leg and elbow room. It was nice to be in a setting that was a little more intimate than being in a huge amphitheatre.

Great atmosphere. Seats are a little tight, shared armrests like most places unfortunately. If youre a bigger person sitting with more bigger people it could easily be uncomfortable. We were lucky enough to be seated next to skinny people

Ive seen multiple shows in this theater and my office uses it for our annual all-staff meeting. Its a great space, wonderful acoustics, comfortable seating, and the Riffe is a lovely building.

Nice small venue. I don’t think there’s a bad seat in the house.

Nicely designed auditorium, more casual than the nearby Palace and Ohio Theaters

Your facility is extremely humid and not in the best of locations. Unless you are familiar with the theater it is possible to drive/ walk past the theater. It would also be helpful to implement some sort of parking! If it wasnt an important reason for being here today I would not be here

A very lovely modern theatre. The theatre is on the smaller side but provides an intimate experience. The staff was friendly and did a great job of getting us to our seats. I would give this venue five stars except for the actions of one usher. There were quite a few people arriving late. The usher scanning tickets felt the need to scan their tickets in the theatre itself. So for the first ten minutes of the show everyone in my section got to here bee bee boop as the usher scanned tickets. It was very distracting and made it hard to focus on the first comedian. Anthony Jeselnik turned in a first rate performance. All and all it was an enjoyable evening.

I saw comedian Chris DElia there. He killed it!! I would totally want to come back for a musical show. The place looks like the acoustics would be amazing. Cant tell what or where it is from the outside. Looks like an office bldg. Definitely uber...zero parking. But uber ing home can be expensive since everyone else is as well.

Visited there. Seats identification on ticket. Entrance not marked with any identification. Usher told me to go to the top floor. Person there said the middle floor is correct. Middle floor person said the ground floor is correct. Many trips up and down the escellators I found the correct door to go through. Staff clueless. Mark the doors for good ness sake. This is not rocket science.

Great venue to see shows. Smaller venue, but elevators and escalators available to get yo to various floors for seatings. There are steps inside the theater to navigate though depending on seat location.

Easy to get to, decent seating, reasonably close parking. Venue is large enough to have nicer acts without being so large that your far away from the performance.
