I think is one if the best mobile home parks in Columbus. I like the new manager he care about his tenants.

People who live here own their homes you have to pay mortgage plus lot fee, so why can you not park in your own yard is the question at hand, this place will charge you a fee for parking in your own yard they bring you tickets for your car to be towed if it is needing work, peoples cars break down sometimes its life...they give you a date to have your car fixed before they tow it which is crazy... I definitely hate it over here can not wait until we leave because we hate that we have no freedom of what goes on around our home when it is owned

These folks are so worried about their tenants when they need to be worried about paving the roads throughout the park. They are all cracked up with super large pot holes. Also a few nice trees would make it look homey too.

The wall paper was coming off the wall, The bed was broken when we walked into the room, service was awful, WiFi is $3 an hour, and the floor in our room was titled. All in all it was absolutely awful. Their are plenty of hotels in Philadelphia that you could stay at dont let this be one of them.
