This place is so much fun. I went here on my birthday and I had such a great time I came back the next day. The prices are pretty good too. The manager/owner (I didnt ask) is really nice and helps you if you need it. It was my first time doing vr and he helped me a lot. I definitely recommend this place.

They would benefit with a frequent flyer card. They can use a fresh paint job to look more professional and wax job on the floor. The employees are Great !

If youre interested in trying virtual reality, this is the place to go! They have a bunch of different games for one or multiple people. The prices are a little high but the experience is definitely worth it. Ive been 3 times now and it always leaves me wanting to come back! This what all arcades will be like in the future.

I had a great experience here with a group of friends. There was a wide selection of good quality games, and good customer service. The worker who helped us, Isaiah, was really cheerful and intent on making sure we understood how to work the game and VR controls. Will be visiting again soon.

I enjoy going into Epic. I have learned a lot from staff. Staff very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

The staff member I encountered was incredibly rude. Told me that the pricing was common sense even though we had never been there before. For being completely empty with no customers at the time, he was very impatient and short. Literally told me I dont know how to speak English any clearer. Wow. Is that how how they treat everyone whos interested for the first time, or just the customers they choose to be prejudice against?

So-so, no one was there but not very helpful explaining how to work VR for new players and the setup process took part of the time away that was paid for

Although I had a great time, way better than expected, the website shows a racing chair with pedals and a shifter and racing games selection. There was none. Still great time.

Little guy with big attitude problem toward me. I took my cousin there for his birthday and this guy was flat out rude as if I wasnt a customer. Equipment was having problem for 15 minutes and I had to move to a different stall. Wont go again.

This is a pretty great place to experience VR. The games are neat and the gear is all top notch. The owner is very friendly and cool. My only complaints are sometimes other customers use foul language and the owner/worker should say something to them right away to keep it family friendly. The employees never say anything and I end up having to do it. Also, sometimes it can be a bit dirty. But they have packages that save you money and they are well worth it. Overall though a great place.

This gaming experience has definitely left me craving more! The graphics and immersion experience were absolutely amazing, and game play had a pretty easy learning curve. The staff was awesome and there are even displays on the outside of the rooms to see what the players are experiencing. Epic VR is an awesome date night idea, and a total blast! I will absolutely be back for more!

This was a hella fun experience. As a lover of games, VR has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had - and these people made it accessible. Its a little expensive but, its VR you know? Theyre constantly running these computers and consuming hella energy to give you a fun virtual experience, so I dont blame them! The guy at the desk was also hella helpful and really nice!

The guy will let you know which games you have time for depending on how much time you buy so that you dont start a game and end up not being able to play it all the way

Came to check this place out and had a really fun experience playing! Only thing stopping me from leaving a 5 star review was the guy that was working. My wife and I walked in and were greeted with sexist joke after sexist joke, and he treated us like idiots. Then when teaching me how to play the game he was touching me and moving my arms and pressing the buttons with my hands without asking if it was okay. He didnt even say Hey Im going to move your arms around. A verbal tutorial would have been fine. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of touching. However, the VR was super cool.

First. We tried calling for about 4 days. No answer. I reached out via Facebook where I received a very bland response. So, we decided to go in and give it a shot. Our son really wanted a birthday party with some VR. We went in and, WOW. It was just filthy. It smelled, there was a table with a broken down computer on it, 5 to 6 dr. Pepper cans, some laying on their side like trash. Chick fillet bags, a beaten down stained couch that looks like it was from the 80s. We were like, ok, lets inquire though because it means a lot to our kiddo. We asked the guy at the front if they had a table for cake or something. He said yes, and pointed at a table that was in between the filthy trash ridden table with food and drinks, like a teenagers bedroom or a frat house, and the stained couch. Above it on the wall was, what we assumed, a happy birthday sign from the dollar store. Just pushed against the wall.We asked the guy, your website says you do birthday packages. He said, yah, we have the 100 dollar 7 hour pass. We were still considering it even with consideration that it looked like a homeless shelter inside. He said, we dont block out or schedule times. If someone is on, then you just wait till its available. Just get here earlier. We wanted more of a time slot but he said he couldnt guarantee a time even though their website says they do birthdays. I asked the guy if he would at least clean up the food and trash before a party and he responded, thats all my bosses stuff.I for one, would be embarrassed to be that parent, hosting a birthday party in such a nasty enviorment. We found a much cleaner, friendlier clean enviorment that has professionals and private rooms.I hope this post helps people. I work very hard in customer satisfaction and care and, this was a true eye opener!

Had my teen kids trying to sell me on this VR gaming thing. So we decided to check out this place. I really love how the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are cool and flexible, not pushy. The experience inside the game is nothing short of incredible and completely immersive. We will go again.... Actually we did go again the very next day!

Amazing.. Anyone whos anyone needs to experence and endulge themselves in a world of VR..the only thing I would suggest is have all your games available in ever station.. It was quite disappointing that I didnt have a range of selection in my booth while my buddy next to me could play almost anything he wanted. Now granted the operator I believe did upload more during my play but still at least have every selection available in every booth.. Overall had a blast and will be back

Love taking all the kids in my life here. Always lots of fun and SAFE! I wont buy a VR set for my stepson cause I feel he would run into something or fall down our many stairs. But here I know everything is okay and time is limited which is great!

Was babysitting a 14 year old girl and thought Id try it out! It was loads of fun! I highly recommend it for any age, as its something new to experience. I will definitely return as Joseph and all the employees let us have some fun and took care of us!

First time we stopped in it was really fun and the employees were friendly. The place was barren but they were brand new. Next time we went I could hear two of the employees sitting on a bench behind me while I was playing a game with my husband and they were rudely commenting on what I was doing, but whatever, still fun. Went again and they were super unprofessional and didn’t seem even remotely concerned about wanting our business. My husband just went back again with my stepdaughter (shame on us for trying so many times) and they couldn’t even tell him what games they had, were short and unprofessional, and basically made what was supposed to be a fun afternoon with his daughter a bust. The employee spoke to my husband as if he were stupid (a common theme with the employees there) and told my husband to “complain” to the owner (who is actually very friendly) because the owner “won’t create a game list.” We have grown so tired of the poor attitude, unprofessionalism, and poor atmosphere that we just bought our own VR set and won’t bother with these guys again.

This place is awesome! If you havent personally experienced virtual reality, I recommend visiting this place and buying at least a 15 minute slot. It will blow your mind!

This place was phenomenal! We enjoyed our visit here so much! Our spiritual communuties youth group had a blast and we will absolutely be back for another team building adventure! The customer service was excellent and the gentleman with the long blonde hair was absolutely awesome! So glad to see the success of this facility.

Me and my buddy went to the mall to get shoes saw it on the mall map and went inside liked it but they didnt have a list of games they had that we could play other than that would go back again

I assumed the usual vr, but this was great. I assume they use Oculus engine. I actually felt like I was in the game holding real weapons. If I had headphones I would assume I was in the matrix.

All in all we had a great experience here, for many of us it was our first experience with VR and we all had a great time with their variety of games they had including multiplaying VR games and they were very helpful setting up the games and the rooms for multiplayer, the owner who helped set everything up was a little late, however he was very kind and was willing to give us an extra 30 minutes on the house all in all was a joyful experience and would recommend it to anyone curious to try Virtual Reality

Just when you thought certain videogame genres, like zombie shooters, job simulators, and rhythm games, would fall out of style, putting those games into Virtual Reality makes them fresh again (and in some ways even better). The venues are roomy, so you (usually) dont have to worry about bumping into walls and other things, and for only $20 an hour Mon-Thurs, you can play for a whole hour. Even though malls are going out of fashion thanks to online shopping, Epic VR makes it worth the trip to the mall. So if youve never tried out VR and if youre curious about it, give this place a try. Also, if youre reading this, owner, I recommend putting this place on TripAdvisor to attract more customers.

Had a blast playing ark park on the VR! first real place that can actually supply a good amount of time on the vr for a very simple price! I will be coming back! Hoping for some more vr games but will be brining my buds back next weekend!!! Thanks for all the knowledge about vr and the assists with the issues!!
