A little pricey compared to the bowling alley I normally bowl at but over a good experience. The $18 unlimited bowl is definitely worth it if you’re going to bowl for little while. The pizza also has this amazing garlic crust. Definitely older lanes but over all had a good time.

We had a great night here! Played billiards and bowled and it was fun. Saw plenty of space between groups and even saw one group get sent back out for not having masks. Food was beyond expectations and the drinks were excellent. Well be back for the fries for sure.

My husband and i love coming here. We bring all of our friends here when we go out as well. Great food, great drinks and up to date music. Its honestly the best bowling experience weve had. Definitely better than going to the bowling alleys on base.

Way understaffed! It shouldnt take almost 30 min to get nachos. They need more than 3 people working there on a SAT night! Lanes also need to be cleaned and oiled better! I think Ill be taking my games to another alley from now on

Fun place to bowl! They have a great special on Monday nights. About $12/person for unlimited games. Also, friendly staff!

Totally a disorganized place now changing into a AMS bowling alley they were rude they were very disorganized and it took me 30 minutes to get one small order of cheese fries and the game was already over we took our son there to play one game by the time the game was on 8th frame we still didnt get are cheese fries so we waited fight one more game and still hadnt received them so we were on our ninth frame finally are cheese fries came in literally Im over it you know what its okay I dont care the cheese was nasty and tasted like absolute water... For 30+$ Ill go to a different bowling alley

They dont make you wear masks. Garlic fries are great as well.

Overall great place for friends or family to spend sometime bowling and laughing at each other. Great deals throughout the week but thats when your also best bowling as its get pricier outside of those blocks. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They can place large groups who arent together side by side which means the ball return gets full easily while space on the sides is desired. Still a great place to burn some time and have good fun.

We just had my daughters 4th birthday party here and it was great. For the cost and for what we received, I have zero complaints. The food was pretty good, too. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. I planned the party through their website and contacted their phone customer service to set up the finer details and the phone rep was also great. I was able to reserve our time slot with our minimal head count and a down payment of 50%. Then 3 days prior to the party, we established a final head count and I was able to make additions. All and all, we were very happy with the event and given the choice, I would host a party with them again.

Clean location with a decent availability for equipment. That said the prices are on the steep side during the week before night time and there are no time based deals available. Would suggest going during their sales times rather than spontaneously. Food service left much to be desired and I recommend you eat prior to arrival.

Its your normal bowling place. Had fun with family and friends. Could be so much better by first updating both exterior and interior. Driving up to it can see its very dated. Needs cleaning, fixing, painting, more invited to come. And walking in is very updated and very typical style of when I grew up. Needs to bring the interior up to date. When people walk in make it a wow or cool factor. Change the seating into bench style, towards the lanes and along the back facing the lanes to add more seating room. The lighting in the arcade area brighter updated. Also the foods are very expensive. As much as they charge and what the place looks like does not match at all. High end food prices for a dated atmosphere.Service was good but as it got later more people were arriving and can see they were a bit short on staff. Neighborhoods in the middle and southern end of the town we need nicer and cool places to hang out and welcoming. Seems like all the cool places are north end of town. Owners of businesses in this area dont seem to have any interests to improve their businesses. I feel its so ghetto or country, no taste at all.

Good bowling, the system was older and a bit hard for us to understand at first. Theyve updated their menu offerings and have a decent selection. The shrimp poppers were good!

First time coming here and I had lots of fun, not too much going on just some fun bowling, they have different TVs and different things on the TVs. They also play some good music and good food. The prices are pretty decent to.

The place is great but there are a type of people to beware of. 2 girls and a man came to our lane and grabbed one of our balls claiming we grabbed it from them. We had been there over an hour before they even showed up.

Nice if not slightly dated bowling alley in central Colorado Springs. Staff was friendly and facility was clean. Took the entire family for a birthday and had a great time.

I love the people here. I really do. But there are a few standout people that truly keep me coming back. Since meeting and getting to know Savana, Miranda, April, Summer and Lea, this is my second home. I’m not from the area, but I love to bowl. And I love good people. This is my destination of choice if work is done and I need to unwind.Lea, the new transfer from Ok is truly a welcome addition to an already awesome staff. Summer and Savana are like family, they always welcome me and seem as genuinely happy I’ve come in as I am to be here. Miranda doesn’t complain a single time when I ask her for another pitcher of water.April, who has the best taste in books, is also a fantastic addition to a great staff. Jeremy, John, Ethan, Devin... all people I now consider friends.

Our family recently visited Brunswick Zone on Circle. Really liked the atmosphere (kind of a retro feel). The bowling prices were great with summer bowling deals too! Employees were super friendly and responsive. The only reason I gave 4 vs 5 stars is the elevated cost of fountain drinks. We will be bowling @ Brunswick from now on.

We just left there 02-03-2020 8:30pm Man I was greatly disappointed.. prices misleading its not per player like they said nor per game.... 40 dollar for just me and my son. It was a weekly thing for us but we wont be going baCk to this place.. Drinks tasted bad also.. hope I dont get sick

Bowling looks decent. Has arcade like atmosphere with back room for pool. Does not have dance dance revolution in the arcade area but a few ok games.

We enjoyed a quick decision bowling family fun time!! And normally I frown at how price of bowling has become. Considering it used to be an affordable way to spend some time when I was young. But this trip was pretty good. Of course you paid for a game. Then a fee for shoes required for bowling. Yet it wasnt outrageous and the service and attention to costumer satisfaction was on point. I do recommend this place at least during the daytime and more so the week day!!! Enjoy...

It was fun. They let me bowl with no pants on. I did not do so because I am shy, but it was great to have the option.

We held our daughter’s birthday party here, with 9 kids and 3 adults and I gotta say that Jeremy, the general manager, went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional! Staff were super friendly, attentive and welcoming to our entire group. We had fun bowling and playing arcade games and the kids loved the ice cream sundae bar. Thanks for everything, it was well worth the price!!

I know the price of bowling has went up so I was expecting that. $40 for a family of 4 to bowl 1 game. The food was good but there was only one guy running the bar and the food area so we waited forever for food. And they said they would bring it to the lane but we ended up going to see what was taking so long and it had just been sitting there so it wasnt very hot. The kids had fun but probably wont go back.

Went on a Tuesday for 2 dollar Tuesday and bill racked up to $40.00 Hidden fees from the bowling shoes, to what each person is charged. Everyone acted like they could care less if you were there or if you had a question or concern. Love being misled into purchasing items we didnt want. Beware. Probably charged for each shoe and the bowling balls we used.

The facilities are fine. The staff, not so much. We paid in advance to have this awesome hosted stress free party for my sons birthday. We had to wait for a few minutes when we got there to check in because the only person working the front desk was cleaning tables at the far side of the bowling alley. He didnt eve both to apologize for the wait when he came over. The hostess for the parties was highly overworked and, and did a reasonable job getting us soda, pizza, etc considering. The manager finally showed up about 30 minutes in and apologized, but didnt do what he promised. I still had to ask for the game room card we had paid for multiple times before they were provided. Again with no apology for the delay. Pretty expensive when you consider the service actually provided...

Kinda expensive but the staff was very helpful and friendly. The pretzels were fresh and they have the higher quality cheese sauce. Pool tables are in good shape and a straight que was easy to locate.

Lane prices are pretty steep and they have a lousy arcade. The pool tables and lounge area are well worth the prices though

Two stars because the bowling alley itself was great and food was really good. If you need a drink from the bar however then plan to wait a while. The bar tenders clean glasses and tidy up before getting to actual customers.

,Had a great time here. The staff were very friendly and the Military discount on bowling makes it comparible to bowling on base. I will go back for sure.

Had so much fun here with friends. Ate good pizza and wings with some mozzarella sticks. I recommend that you go to this place. Especially for birthdays.

Went in with my fiance and 4 kids, and will NEVER go back or reccomend! Tried the arcade first, half the cards didnt work and half the machines didnt work. Tried to get the cards fixed and they basically said no and didnt care about the machines. The manager was extremely rude right away. The lady we bought the cards from was rude as well before we even found problems. Then, we tried to get prizes with the cards that work and the prize machine didnt even work!!! So we didnt even bowl, we left and went somewhere else!

Id say 3.5 its not the fanciest bowling spot. But its got the best prices for sure so you can bowl for days.

It was a good atmosphere, my lane froze a couple of times but nothing to bad. The staff was polite and helped us out as quickly as they could since they were busy.

This was to visit the pro shop. Blown away by the professionalism! Although there were two other pro shops closer to where we live, this was certainly worth the trip!

We went with friends and one of our grandkids. The lanes are very nice, the seating was great and the scoring was easy to read. They have a good selection of house balls to choose from if you dont bring your own. We didnt sample their food, but it looked like a good selection. I did see a pitcher of beer go by...

Cool bowling alley for family fun.

It is a clean place to bowl. The prices are reasonable. There are different themes throughout the weeks. It is family friendly. Melvin, who works the front desk, is always friendly. I like to take my son there to bowl after his school work is finished.

They were amazing ! They catered to every need and their service was great. Defiently would recommend.

Excellent customer service from the 1 person working the day we went, wish I got his name. Everything went smooth. The only thing was when we went to pay, that was a shock! Bowling use to be reasonable. Disappointed in prices.

The Senior Winter Friday League started today with the meeting and suppose to have bowling. There were not enough lanes open for the league to bowl. Several lanes closed because they were broke. This place is totally out of control. Cant depend on times it remains open either. It keeps changing and they say its corporate doing this. Very disappointing.

I stopped in with some friends yesterday for a night of fun and couldnt be more pleased with the experience from the staff. Savana at the front desk was super helpful in getting us squared away and was able to answer all of our questions. Our server, Miranda, was attentive and made sure we always had full drinks and our orders were correct. Definitely be coming back again soon!

Decent specials, plenty of lanes. Great place for a party. On the other hand there were a few issues with technical difficulties on the lanes, and the bumpers have to be up for all players or not at all.

Updating my review. The bowling ally is fine. No issues. The food is what you would expect. Arcade is nothing special.I would not recommend wasting your money at the bar. We went on two separate occasions and both times had terrible experiences at the bar. There seems to be no training at all. My guess is they hire kitchen staff and just have them run the bar. Overall not good.If you are going just to bowl use the groupon and have fun. If you go to the bar well you have been warned.

Always been my favorite alley in the Springs. Harmony and Kingpin were full with leagues on Thursday so Brunswick was the place to be. Great food. Cool arcade. And the best ball selection in town

Family fun for all ages. Snack bar is pricey so I would suggest eating before you come, but overall we had a great time.

Bowl on a league here Tuesday nights, lanes are always clean and well oiled. Love the 20% league discount on food. Grilled cheese here is delicious.Update 10/28/20 - Brought a group of friends to bowl here for the first time since league ended, was so disappointed by such strict social distancing and mask rules it made the outing so much less fun. We will be going to another bowling alley next time until this one lets bowling be fun again.

For 2 people with shoes and 3 games, the total came to $39.The were nice enough, but to bowl is really expensive.

Staff members friendly and respectful. I just dont like that they constantly have glow bowling throughout the day. Makes it hard to practice with strobe lights and loud noises.

Whatever you do, do not order the sampler. It had me in the bathroom the next day. The female cashier posessed lack of customer service experience it seemed when paying for the lane and also coming back up to ask if the bumpers were off

My sons wife called to make sure there was open bowling for on my birthday and was told there was. When we got there we were told that there were no lanes because there was a league and a tournament going on. We came from different parts of the city and from down in Fountain (12 miles one way) for nothing. So dont trust what you are told over the phone. Wont go there again!

Holy hell!! I was really surprised at how good their food was! Its a bowling alley and that usually doesnt mean good food but their pizza was great, wings were spicy, beer was cold and fresh, lanes predictable and the crowd was respectable. It is a must go again for me! Thank BZ!

Affordable, especially with a groupon, cosmic bowling available even on Saturday afternoon and lots of pool tables I could play on with my teenagers (-a star because even during a Saturday morning when the lounge area was basically deserted, pool tables were only available for $10 an hour which is more than twice what we would have paid anywhere else paying with quarters $1 per game)

Shoes are 4.54 and so is one game. So youre paying around 10 bucks for a toddler to play a game? Ended up being around $100 for not up to date bowlin alley. With basic tasting pizza. Price did not fit the quality of this place. I wouldnt go here again.

Came in with a Gold card for a free game with purchase of a game. They wouldnt take it because she said her manager said if it doesnt have a barcode then they dont take it. People use our name. she said. So they covered the price of our rentals so I guess that made up for it!

Ehhh it’s a fun place but service can use a little work. Sure the staff is friendly but delivery of food and/or drinks may or may not take some time. The pool area was cool, the lanes and music were good but it’s a fairly average bowling alley.

I wish summer adult pass worked all day and all night most people still work during the summer.

The bowling and food is over priced and the game card for the games is difficult to use and over priced as well.

Went for New Years Eve for my sons 30th birthday party. We had family come from out of town and they were running late because of the nasty weather.
