I have been a member of WPGC since their opening. I have found everyone to be knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful. Several handguns have been purchased through the facility with ease and good pricing. I have particularly enjoyed my recent participation in several of their classes. This is a truly outstanding Gun Club!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection of firearms and accessories, and two great indoor ranges. Lots of great amenities for members and the class options are top notch. I’ve taken several courses — pistol and rifle — and would recommend them for anyone just starting off or looking to strengthen their skills.

This is a great facility. I wanted to get my daughter some rifle experience before entering USAFA. They rented us all the necessary equipment !! That is NOT why I gave them five stars...Brandon is the reason for that!! He took his time and education us on the rifle(AR15) and safety, answered every question at the level we where at. So great to be assisted by an employee that loves what he does and is willing to take the time to share his knowledge with us.

My son wanted to shoot for his 13th birthday. We set up a session with my wife, son, and I to learn some safety and shoot at the range. What a great experience. They were able to provide firearms if you dont have your own as well as ear and eye protection.

Ive been a member here for 6 months or so and Im VERY pleased so far. Great staff, fair prices on ammo, and I havent had any safety or attitude issues with any other members either. The organized USPSA-style events, scenarios, etc are a great bonus.I also greatly appreciate that members are treated like responsible adults, and this club doesnt try to rip you off like some places do with silly things like a $50 draw from the holster class. Here you just need a sign off by one of their folks, shoot a match under the the watchful eye of the range master, or take the free safety class. Very reasonable requirements and THANK YOU for not squeezing your members for more cash.My experiences at the East and West locations mirror each other. So long as I live in the area, I fully intend to remain a member here.

Never had a bad experience in neither the pistol lanes nor the sales area. Everyone has always been friendly and informative.

My fiancé purchased me a membership for my birthday and I have went to the range multiple times since joining. The staff are always friendly and any of my friends who have joined me for a range day have loved the facilities. I can’t recommend this facility enough. I’ve visited other ranges in Colorado Springs and no other range staff has been as helpful and courteous as the staff here at Whistling Pines-West. Thank you for being so wonderful to your clientele!

Friendly and knowledgable. Personnel always greet you with a smile. Retail prices are very competitive and staff is always ready to help or answer any question you may have. WPGC has a full schedule of classes with Nationally and NRA certified instructors. Highly recommend WPGC

Pretty cool facility, but the staff is super arrogant and rude. If you are looking for a fun, friendly place to shoot ... THIS IS NOT IT. But if you like angry old men staring over your shoulder, talking down to anyone whos not an ex-military sharpshooter then this is the place for you. I have witnessed it not once, but multiple times.

Terrible customer service. I was in the store 15 min before anyone acknowledged our presence. Two associates behind the counter and one customer. And they couldnt greet us.

Knowledgeable staff, easy to get a reservation, great retail shop, ideal location on the west side of Colorado Springs.

The price is high, but its worth every penny. Ive never had to reserve a lane because its never been too crowded (unlike some other shooting centers). The people there are nice and helpful. The shooting lanes are exemplary. The programs on there are fun and you can improve easily. You dont need to guess how far the target is because you can type in the precise distance. The club is classy and spacious. I can bring my friends for $10 on Wednesdays. The whole experience is top notch.

I have been a member at this location since they opened the west side location. Staff is always extremely helpful and friendly. Unlike some shooting centers in the area, they will not give you unsolicited shooting advice and let you do your thing. Safest place to become a member and shoot. Everyone is very responsible and attentive to safety including staff. I am here every week and I never have to reserve a lane because its not busy ever, but I do because I have my favorite lanes to shoot at. The target carrier technology is top notch. Always comfortable temperature inside. Decent selection of firearms and other merchandise. They have anything you would need on a range day to include some food and water. Some days you might catch some free food and beverage depending on whats going on. I have already gotten 2 friends to sign up here and ditch magnum! Price is well worth it as many times as I shoot a month! Catch open houses during special times of the year and they sometimes will knock down that initiation fee!

Great place for training! I like it here. Neat, clean, no riff raff. A good place to hang out and do some shooting.

Im in my second year of continuous membership, and have nothing to say except good things about this club. The Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The Clientele has always been safety conscious, friendly and courteous. The entire facility is top notch with well maintained equipment, and one that you can always be proud to bring your family or friends to.

Came into this location yesterday to shoot on the range as a non-member. Staff was very polite and friendly -- they explained it is members only and discussed options with me. I ended up getting an annual membership on the spot. Location is amazing, the staff is awesome, the facilities are immaculate, and lane reservations are easy to book.

Good place to shoot indoors, many 14 yard pistol ranges and a few 100 yard rifle ranges. Friendly staff, reasonable ammo prices, rarely too busy. Members only so you dont get a ton of idiots shooting next to you.

Great crew, I stopped by to do a private transfer with one of their members. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A big plus was the gentleman I was purchasing the gun from was a member, which allowed me to use the range as his guest. Great place all around, If I lived closer, Id be visiting more often (especially as my range time, showed that have some work to do)!

The owners are some of the best down to earth people I’ve ever met!
