Great selection on all crafts reasonable prices great coupons the store is very clean an organized easy to find what youre looking for this job is extremely friendly and is more than happy to help you find what you need when you need it they offer the curbside pickup theyre very courteous about it they make sure that if they dont have the item that you are looking for that they can order it making your shopping experience that more enjoyable

I love Michaels, it was the only place in town I could find that still had Christmas decorations. Because of covid everyone is buying up all the Christmas stuff, walmart had left overs but Michaels has alot of items that you can put together to make anything.

I went looking for embroidery floss and found most of the numbers I was looking for....I dont know if any store would or could carry every number. I also was looking for 11 ct Aida white...Its very popular and their stock was out. Ive got over 10 weeks before the Christmas ornaments HAVE to be done...so Im not worried....yet

Our entire family loves visiting this store there is something for everyone here. The kids spend a lot of time looking at all cool stuff they can’t ever decide which things they want because the variety is so much the flowers are beautiful the baskets assortment is amazing household items there is such a wide wonderful variety of items I highly recommend you visit Michaels.Wide variety of craft items and books also.

I went to Michaels because I had a 20% off coupon for sale items and a $5 reward. When I got to the checkout, the cashier (who did this the last time I was there) commented on the large amount of stuff I was buying. I did not appreciate that. He combined my order with my moms, which we did not want. He asked after he had already scanned several of the items. I told him I had 2 coupons I would like to use. He was patient about me pulling them up. When I showed him the reward, he said it shows you dont have any so I had to explain to him that I did and show him the barcode. He had to manually type it in because his scanner was not working. Then I told him I had another and he said I could not use it. I showed him the coupon and he said that wouldve been good. I asked why it could not be used and he said it cant be used because he already put in the tender. To me, that meant because we had already put in our card and pin information. To him, that meant the $5 reward. I was upset at this point because that coupon would have saved me $40. He said he would have to rescan everything if I wanted to use it. Due to the long line behind me, the long time it had already taken, and the cashiers demeanor, I declined. He then said you need to pay, but we had already put a card in and typed in the pin. We tried to explain that to him, but he ended up calling over the manager because we kept telling him we already put the card in and he would not accept that. The manager only said, everything is fine. They never told me the total of my order and I had to reput in my card information. If I am charged twice, I will be going to corporate.

Michaels is one of my favourite stores! Youre into diy, crafts, art, have some hobbies? Michaels have everything you can think of: starting from paints and clay and ending with unique home decorations, yarns, sewing supplies and scrapbooking. They have coupons and rewards program as well.

Visited most of the craft stores in the city over the years, this location has the best selection and most inventory, Ive found. They also do a better job keeping the shelves tidy than some stores Ive seen.

Michaels has the best selection of holiday decorations that wont break the bank. As always I went in looking for one thing and ended up with a couple of bags full!

I like Michaels selection of art supplies. They have very good quality oil and acrylic artists paints, canvas, charcoal and pencils, and a nice selection of paper products for artists. Not to mention all of their other products. Theyre just significantly more expensive than other sources for the same items, but I suppose thats the price you pay for the convenience.

I love Michaels.. favorite store ever. Everything is good but waiting to check out takes forever. So dont expect it to be an in and out thing because the lines always hold me up

Very difficult to find any help in the store and only 3 registers open. Oh, wait, theres a manager coming out of the office but dont disturb her, shes a little busy.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go but the last 2 times I was there I left empty handed because there wasnt anything there that I couldnt find at dal mart or oeder cheaper online. That being said, the store was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful but the merchandise was nothing special and there wasnt much of a variety of choices. They do have a mask requirement for in store shopping, the store was clean, employees were friendly, and parking was no problem, I guess my only complaint would be The variety of merchandise along with the prices just wasnt worth it for me.

Havent had any bad experiences at michaels or this one until lately. The manager there, red hair to shoulders, is one of the most heinous ppl Ive ever met. She closes and locks the doors way before closing time. Last time she asked me what I was coming in for, just to let me in. And its not even closing time. Today she decided to pick a fight w me bc i spoke up that one of the gals there had no interest in helping me — only after they asked me if found everything okay and I said no. Wth

I love coming here and almost every time I end up spending HOURS just trying to think of different projects I can come up with and see what new and nifty items they have. I get my jellyroll gel pens here, mainly bc Ive never been able to find another store that carries them.

Clean and friendly place always have what Im looking for on any project. Not happy with the way staff lets people cut in line and do nothing about it because they dont want to offend anyone but they dont realize thats exactly what they did to me by letting it happened good thing Im never in that big of a hurry to get anywhere but still rude of them to allow it to happen.

Just a treat for holiday decor.

Went in to make a simple exchange for a defective product and was greeted by an incompetent cashier who couldnt seem to do anything without the help of manager. On top of that, she would not acknowledge me to the point where she basically ignored me. She even picked up the phone in the middle of me explaining my situation without even excusing herself. Only giving two stars due to the fact I finally got my item exchanged. I will say this is my first bad experience at this Michaels.

I was a manager at Michaels for 3 years. Its the best company to work for not to mention shop at! I think the prices are up there a little for some things, but for the most part, theyve lowered prices. Anyone on any budget can shop here and have fun!

Service attendants were very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed there were no mask patterns available. I saw info on your website. Patterns could be printed in-house and given free to customers buying elastic, wire, etc. for masks.

Most items I wwas interested in were jumbled on the shelf, out of stock or placed in wrong area making it hard to know the price.

This michael’s is never stocked at all unless it’s seasonal items . No candle wax or supplies ever , no wooden boxes , no wire selection .they need to work on their inventory it’s sad

Michaels employees were great. They have a new way to check out that seems faster. But as a disabled person who is also on on chemo, I am weak. After walking to the back of the store, a woman got in front of me and blocked my progress to the checkout lane while she meandered and shopped. Then, when she realized where I was headed she raced me to the long checkout line. Rather than allow a handicapped person with four items to go first, she raced forward with her cart full of fifty cents items. Why blame the store? Because there are no chairs for handicapped people who cant stand that long. There are no handicapped carts to allow me to actually shop. On anther day I would not have had the strength and probably would have gone to the floor because of the long wait. They cannot be responsible for rude customers, but they can make their stores more accessible by allowing handicapped people priority in long lines. The only reason they did not score a one rating is because their staff was helpful in every other way and their assortment was awesome. But this store is not accommodating to the handicapped!!!

Really long check out line. What was in stock felt more like what you might find at a Ross. But it might have just been not anything I was looking for or interested in.

Not the biggest yarn or model selection (my main concerns) , however lots of drawing & they usually have great selection for holidays. Great place for special interest child present shopping, make sure to download the app for coupons & rewards.

I always enjoy a trip to Michaels, especially now that I live in pueblo, where there isnt one. Great selection and best Halloween supplies around. I do wish they had more findings in the jewelry making section, but for the most part, these guys are great.

Went in looking for color pencils. Not much of a selection. What they did have was very expensive.

You will be approached abruptly and simultaneously by the upper staff who people watch and hound your right to have your own personal space

Ordered online and was notified items were ready to be picked up. But when you go in to pick up an online purchase they send you to the framing area which is this slowest area and if youre third and line you have to wait for the framing people to do all of their work with picking out colors and frame types and making the order. Thats not the way to do online pickup they should have a separate line for that or at least get someone special down there when someone is there to pick up online orders.to a way too long to pick up an online order I could have saved time by just picking it up off the shelf myself and waiting in the other line.

They never disappoint me for finding what I need and a short distance from home.

Got a nicely priced Xmas tree there but gave it to Goodwill as they are a pain to store. Nice clean store, not as cheap as it used to be.

Empty Shelves and pretty messy as always. Havent been here since 2018 and dont miss it.

Great selection of crafts and fair prices

I love Michaels, their selection, and prices, plus they have an excellent paper selection at generally the best prices Ive been able to find so far. They were out of a lot of Cricut accessories which is what I was there for this trip so that was disappointing (it was a Sunday and Hobby Lobby, who has a generous Cricut stock was closed). I also looked at the large supply of planners which were all an amazing 70% off, great selection, but the aisle was a mess. The cashier was ok but nothing to write home about, she didnt seem particularly thrilled to be there which Ive noticed seems to be the case for most of my visits there.

The paints here could really use an update, I came looking for colors I cant find at Walmart and was sad to see the old packaging on my favorite brand implying theyve been there for a long time. Also a lot of the paint isnt clearly priced, I was left wondering how much my purchases were going to be. There was nothing wrong with the consistency of the products I did purchase, so at least i didnt waste any money

Love this store. Not as busy at the other one down South on a Saturday but more selection. Everything was fair priced for the most part. You can really find anything for anyone here. Or, for any craft for that matter. I did come across a rude staff member on the floor. She must had been having a bad day how much she was bustling around like a train wreck. But, the sweet checkout lady made up for that. She was very calm and I had a nice conversation with her. Made the whole experience worthwhile and I would definitely recommend. Helps that I got plenty of goodies I couldnt find anywhere else!

What do you want me to say? This place hasnt changed in 30 years. They sell crafty and decorative materials, and some toys, some of which can be considered educational. Make sure you have their app on your phone though because it always has coupons. Husbands...wait in the car and take a nap.

The store is clean and well organized with spacious isles. If you use the Michaels app, you can pre-plan your trip as it tells you exactly where to locate what you are looking for and the quantity in stock. The only drawback is the cashiers (and manager on one of my trips). They seem more interested in talking to each other than making sure their customers experience is good. In short: the store is awesome and well stocked, but the employees need some customer service training!

I always did like Joanns more but now that Michael’s isn’t excepting competitors coupons, I won’t be shopping there at all anymore.
