Great place to go for beginners, pros and hunters. The kids range is off to the side and goes from 10 yards to 20. The actual range has targets at 10 yard intervals from 10-80.There is also a 3D/walking range with various animal targets. Only complaint I had is that the majority of the targets seem to be uphill. Not bad to practice on, but they are I proportionately uphill. To use the archery range it’s $8 for a parking pass or $80 for the annual parking pass (good at all CO state parks)The 3D range is an additional $3 or $30 for the annual pass. Both annual passes are well worth it if you plan on going to the parks throughout the year.

Visit the 3D Range! Expect to find two targets at each of the 28 shooting spots, one paper target and one plastic animal target. Several distances are marked on the ground making it easy to identify distance to target.Marked distances range from 20 to 60 yards. Different elevations and distances from spot to spot make the short walks exciting. Tables and benches can be found along the well kept trail.

Extremely fun and very well designed. Had an absolute blast walking the trail and loved to put my range work to good use on 3D targets :)

This place is awesome. The covered ranges are nice and the 3D course is sweet. $7 to park and use the covered range (per vehicle) and an additional $3 for the 3D course per person. Annual passes can be bought for both for $70 and $30 respectively. Bring extra arrows! Some of the uphill targets are misleading!

Great place to practice distance with your bow! There are never too many people during the week, but I have not been on a Saturday or Sunday, so I cannot say how crowded it gets on weekends. The 3-D course is pretty great. It’s well kept and there are park rangers that come through from time to time to check and make sure the rules are being followed. The course is a great way to practice your real world shooting scenarios and doubles as a nice little hike, so strap on all your gear and give it a go! You’ll figure out what you don’t need and what you are missing in a hurry.Have fun shooting!

Best place to spend my time in Colorado springs. Extremely well kept!!! CPW workers are always courteous and keep things safe... never had a problem. Glad to know that my money is going to the right place. I will always buy my annual pass here. Only $30!!! I would have paid more.

We loved staying here. $26/nite. Quiet, large sites built up the mountainside overlooking Colorado Springs. Lots of hiking trails. They kept the roads cleared during a snowstorm.

Very well kept range and facilities. Myself, my daughter and my youngest son go here a lot. My annual state parks pass was well worth the money. I wish that there were affordable indoor ranges like this one in the Springs.

Best archery range in the area, no doubt about it. Very enjoyable 3d range w/ 28 targets. Would love to see more ranges like this in other state parks!

The best archery range on the front range! Well kept static range and an ever changing 3D range just across the street! You MUST shoot here!
