I love this place! Today was my first visit. I will be back for sure! This is a wonderful little fish store! They have awesome fish not found in big retail chain stores. There is a wonderful selection of fish and live plants for all types of aquariums. They also have great prices and very nice people working. I had tons of questions and I got plenty of wonderful information. I cant wait to shop some more! I was in process of taking down aquariums. Now, Im really thinking of setting up new because all of the cool and unique items here.

Very nice store! Added some new colors of bristlenose to the mix. Don’t mind the plain quarantine/grow out tank in the pic. Healthy fish and fair pricing, customer service is off the charts! Had to drop acclimate one of these guys as he was in RO water at the store but was wonderful to know what ph he was in. As you can tell they are happy and munching down!

Aquaria Masters is awesome!!! They have such a huge selection of both fresh water and salt water fish. The staff was a real pleasure to work with and they literally have a fish genius working behind the counter to answer any questions that you have. I highly recommend this store!

I am so happy with this place! Very friendly and willing to answer questions. Every customer gets full attention. And you can make an appointment for days they are closed.

Josh is the fish master. He let us bombard him with questions, took his time and made us feel like we were in the best hands. The only place to truly trust for all my aquatic needs!

Wasnt sure where a good fish store in town was so I checked out a few of them without success.Glad I persevered though and found my way to Aquaria Masters, very friendly, knowledgeable, and had a very well kept shop. I will be returning!

It’s a great place. Customer service is amazing. They have salt water and freshwater fish. All the way from Tiger endlers to an assortment of shrimp and loaches. Aquariums are clean and well looked after.

These guys are so cool I’m from fl and am bringing fish back and they helped me set all the stuff up and get the fish along with giving me tips on how to travel with them they were also nice enough to stay late so I could come pick up my order all in all I would recommend

I really wanted to see this place. My wife found the website online and I looked over it for two days. I decided to go but failed to check hours of operation only to find out once I drove all the way over there in rush hour traffic that they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Never seen that before. Probably will not go back either. Hours of operation seems like its a part time joint. Good website though.

I personally have never been to this shop. I’m sure it is wonderful based on reviews. However, I do receive a phone call from someone looking to speak to aquaria master almost every other day, as we share the same number minus the area code. Please remember to dial the area code first, or you will get the springs version of his phone number. I don’t answer my home phone if I don’t recognize the number, so all these calls just get ignored unfortunately. I decided to post something in case it will help someone get to the right place.

I went here to check it out after seeing the good reviews. It is a small intimate shop which I enjoyed because you get 1 on 1 service. Everyone was more than helpful and listened to my story. I ended up purchasing a pearl groumi and a blue acara as my centerpiece fish. They addressed all my concerns. My new fish are healthy and not aggressive with my smaller fish which is what I was worried about. My tank is peaceful and we love our new fish. Thank you!!!

After doing much research, and years of keeping fish tanks. I decided to try my hand at shrimp keeping. I looked at tons of shrimp online, but then was amazed to discover that we have a LFS that has better quality and selection than what i was looking at online. Definitely a top notch establishment. Ill be back for all my shrimp needs.

Great mom & pop style shop where is obvious they really care for their fish and treat them well. We were cordially helped out in picking fish and plants for a brand new 5 gallon freshwater tank, and everything was reasonably priced. Ill be going back!

I absolutely love coming here. Ive gotten 3 potbelly mollies, two dwarf puffers and a ton of plants from this store. The fish are all so healthy and the plants are growing great. What really makes this store amazing though is the owner. He is so passionate about fish. Wether or not its busy he treats each customer that hes with like they are the only person there. He doesnt rush you at all. He talks to you about different fish options to best suit your tank. He answers any questions. I have green water, he took the time to explain why its happening and different options to take care of it. The store hours are a bit erratic since it is just one person but if you call ahead he can make appointments, even if the store isnt usually open at that time. I cant recommend this place enough, its always my first stop when looking for fish supplies.

I bought only 2 feeder crawfish and a bit of food, but the man helping me was so incredibly informative. Its a wonderful looking store with many amazing varieties of fish and invertebrates. Their Koi looked healthy, much more healthy than many other stores i have been to. The people were friendly and were happy to show me what i wanted, great store!

Really cool 0lace that doesnt a good job displaying what they can in such a small place. Im horrible with names but the guy thats always there when I go is super nice and helpful, they also have really good priced heaters they work great so save ya a little bit there...definitely continuing to go here.

FANTASTIC STORE! My boyfriend and I recently moved from Alabama to Colorado. Unfortunately, our mass collection of larger fish couldn’t make the 23 hour drive with us and we had to start over. The staff at Aquaria Masters is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to making sure you have a healthy tank. We bought more than 20 fish, all, of our fish from Aquaria Masters and we won’t be going anywhere else in the future.

The owner of this store is super nice (unlike the shop I used to go to). He was helpful from the get go, didnt push me into buying anything, and assisted me with all of my newbie questions. The selection is pretty nice. All the fish I wanted were already there and he told me he can order more. The prices are very fair and the customer service is unmatched. I have a new favorite fish shop.

Tanks were dirty, selection of fish was below average, the old man that works there was pleasant but did not seem too knowledgeable. I might buy fish food from here and thats about it.

I read all of the wonderful reviews and thought that I would stop in for a visit, needless to say the reviews are 100 percent accurate. I have been all over town looking for specific plants for my fresh water aquarium, which Aquaria Masters had a majority of in Stock. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, and prices are very reasonable. I was able to trade some equipment that I no longer needed for in store credit, which helped out a lot. I will be returning to the store time and time again!!

By far the best fish store in El Paso County. They have the best customer service in town, very friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming, not at all pushy or rude. Great selection and pricing, lots of fish that you wont find anywhere else nearby. Also, they have a great trading program and offer lots of other accessories and gear at very low prices, both new and used. Absolutely my favorite fish store Ive ever been to. I recommend to all in the hobby, beginners and experts alike! The owner, Joshua, will take great care of you. What other store in town has this many awesome reviews and five star ratings? None! I visited this store for the first time today. Josh was very helpful. We bought 12 fish, got home with them and 3 were carrying fry. We now have 36 fish!

Extreme care and respect towards customers. The shopkeep who helped me was extremely informed and took personal effort to make sure I had the right product. I was able to swap out a light fixture hassle free after about 2 weeks of use!

This is a great store. Josh really takes the time to work with you and making sure your giving your fish the best quality. Hell also help you out if your on a budget and helps you stay with in the budget.

Absolutely the best aquaria shop in town. Joshua knows everything there is to know about keeping fish, and really takes the time to make sure all your questions are answered. We had a couple of false starts with fish we got online or at other local stores, but since finding Aquaria Masters our system has been running successfully for nearly a year. We cant say enough good things about this shop.

Small store, excellent customer service. Wish people would support local fish stores with people who actually seem to love what theyre doing, and are willing to invest their time helping out those who want learn before getting their feet wet. The location is just weird. Im not going to blame the storekeeper, but it seems so out of the way.

The fish tanks were a bit dirty when we came in, but the fish were happy and healthy, indicating it was probably about time for them to get cleaned. They had a nice selection of fish and gave us suggestions for keeping our snails shell nice and healthy.

The guy was super friendly, and the prices were great. However, after purchasing fish we thought were peackock cichlids, it turned out only two of the 6 actually were. One of the fish we purchased actually is a mbuna, which is actually known for killing peackocks. Not sure if he knew, but thats what we found out.

Came in on a whim, left with a Violet Goby. Havent seen them out here before. Well versed staff with lots of knowledge and great care instructions. Cant wait to add some more things from my tank from them in the next few weeks after these guys get acclimated.

After having bad luck with valley pets, i walked in here not knowing what to expect, and was absolutely shocked with how great this place is! Some of his tanks have algae, but to me that just indicates a healthy tank, and all the animals in those tanks look healthy and happy! I was especially pleased with his knowledge about pufferfish, and ended up getting a pea puffer who is still healthy and going strong after 2 weeks! I was so nervous to get another puffer fish after one I got from valley ended up having internal parasites and dying, but the gentleman working assured me I was doing the right things and that from the sounds of it, it truly was the fault of the store for selling me a sick fish. So knowledgable and kind, answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to best take care of my new fish friend. Will definitely be visiting again in the future, and highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable fish store, who isnt going to sell you sick fish at a ridiculous price.

Hands down best fish supplier in the Colorado Springs area. I have purchased numerous unique looking fish from here and have yet to be dissatisfied. The prices are excellent and the owner is absolutely great.

Went here today to have a pokeabout, no actual aim in mind. The respect the owner has for live aquaria is apparent in their keeping.This isnt just an aquatics shop. Its a community place-he hosts frag swaps that start in March and is active on FishTankLife of Southern Colorado on Facebook. Im looking forward to getting more Macro algae once things come in season!
