I came into the store last night October 18th 2020. I usually feel extremely nervous and awkward walking around stores like this for some weird reason even as an adult. I was very professionally and kindly greeted by Monica a staff member at the store. She was amazing, she took the time to walk me around and show me different things that were all the options of what I mentioned to her I was looking for. She was so kind and easy to deal with. This was the best experience Ive ever had in my life going into an adult store and I think she should be recognized for the amazing job that she does. I will definitely be back to the store and I will tell all my friends about it because of the experience Monica gave me. Also, the store was extremely clean well organized and had everything you could possibly want in one store. Thank you again Monica for such a wonderful experience and for your amazing customer experience

The staff there was amazing and helped us out so much and gave us extremely helpful info/tips. Jimmy was the staff member that helped us out and he was super nice and didnt make the experience awkward or tried to sell us stuff we didnt need. Awesome place. Go there if you need some spice in ya life or the basics.

The staff are top notch and super helpful at answering any questions you might have without judgement or making you feel uncomfortable. The store itself is always clean and classy, which adds to the greatest shopping experience ever. And the products are just fantastic and reasonably priced! I have never been disappointed with Romantix! Jimmy is especially amazing. He is so helpful and friendly, and the shop always smells so nice when hes working! I like how the store is laid out. I like the clothes being the first thing I see. I was welcomed kindly and felt comfortable by Jimmy. Not pushy which is great with intimate purchases but made sure I knew he was there to answer questions or find merchandise. Thanks!!

Jimmy is an absolutely incredible employee and helped me with whatever questions I had, while recommending products. The store is organized, and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend stopping in here! I had an excellent experience shopping!

I was/am a weekly customer at this specific store. I have spent a LOT of money here. The majority of my purchases have been $100 or more. We were just on the store buying another product. We specifically were talking about them being warrantied to the clerk who was training 2 new gals. He told us the product is warranties for 12 months. We made our purchase. Get home and there is NO WARRANTY info in the box. We call the store and he told us: Every one that was ordered did not have the information in them and you need to contact the company. First off, why would you sell me a product we were just specifically talking about being warrentied and you know it isnt in there? Second if you know it is not in ANY of them, as a store you should fix this or figure out how your customers can go about in doing so. I was very happy with this store until this point. I will not be spending any more money here unless this is fixed. Not only did it screw me over but others who bought the same thing as well.

This store is becoming my second home. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service. Prices are ridiculously affordable. You need to spend your money at this location. Monica the manager and Jimmy, assistant manager. Are fabulous. Bought a wardrobe for photo shoot. 6 outfits and accessories. We were out the door at $120.00 for everything.

My husband and I came in for the first time tonight. Ive been to every adult shop around looking for a comfortable place to buy my products from since I recently moved here. Jimmy made this my go to place. He asked questions to help guide us where we needed to be. He gave us multiple options in different styles and price ranges to make sure we got what we really wanted. He was truly amazing. He was professional and more than willing to explain items to us and show us how they worked. He also got us signed up for the rewards program to start earning rewards. His well grounded approach helped my extremely shy husband feel more comfortable. I didnt feel pressured or creeped out. Thank you so much Jimmy!

Tasha was amazing!!! She went out of her way to help me find my personal style for lingerie. She was so approachable, welcomed me as soon as I entered the store, and went the extra mile with letting me see some of merchandises out of the box (to make sure it would fit me). She stayed kind the whole time and wanted to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She definitely knows excellent customer service skills, and I would highly recommend she be a part of management. She helps that store big time!

This place is so awesome and they have the sweetest staff! My boyfriend and I were looking for a good lubrication and they had the most helpful staff! Drew is so hyperalgesic to everything and we found some incredible lunbricants that dont make him swell up like a big peach.

I was shopping for someone else, didn’t know exactly what I wanted, so I wandered a long time. Jimmy was very patient and polite, and kept checking on me, even though several other customers came in, got helped, and left while I was there. I found a few ideas, and then explained to Jimmy my goal. He immediately showed me another option, similar to the things I had chosen, but his turned out to be absolutely perfect. He helped me find necessities to go with the item, and then even showed me some great products for myself, which I purchased also. I could not have asked for a better experience, and I am very grateful.

My girlfriend and I enjoy shopping here and come from Pueblo because its a very clean and well maintained store with a great selection for both of us plus the staff is always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! On a side note it doesnt hurt that she looks drop dead gorgeous in everything weve purchased!!!

We have never been so offended by a retail shop as this one. We were LONG TIME customers and spent a lot of money at this store until today! My girlfriend was immediately offended from the moment she walked in the door. She was told to show her ID, which I get...she does look young though she is 49 years old, but then the rude clerk behind the counter told her to do the unthinkable...she told my girl that she wasnt allowed to roam around the store with her purse in hand. She was expected to hand her purse to the clerk and keep it behind the counter! Are you serious right now??? My girl has spent 100.s there and because they are unwilling to hire security,, she is expected to hand her personal belongings to a total stranger to hold? My girl hasnt contributed to their theft problem and she shouldnt have been treated so rudely! No other retail store expects that of their customers and this store shouldnt either. Well they lost a paying customer...think Fascinations will thank Romanix for the not so professional clerks and the rude tactics to lower the theft problem. I say Hire security or close your doors. Itll be just a matter of time before that happens because good customers like to be treated as such! Fascinations got that sell and all other ones yet to come!

I went in late at night, could be the best or worst time to go to an adult store I guess. As for the staff, she could have been slightly more pleasant or at least pretended she cared about her job. This person seemed like they hated it there. As for adult themed stores there is one slightly down the street. It has a lot better reviews, but I havent been into that one so I dont know.

Honestly one of the best adult novelty stores i have ever been to! The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Not once did they make me feel uncomfortable about anything i was interested in trying, and that alone made me want to come back many more times! Really, anything you need answered or if you need any suggestions, they got you covered!Come in when Jimmy is around, and i guarantee you, you WILL leave happy with your purchaseAnd in esponse to the reviewer complaining about the male mannequin, If youre really that worried about what your kids will be seeing in the window of a SEX SHOP, how about you dont make your kids tag along, or plan to park away from the windows! ( obviously not the sharpest tool in the shed lol)

I walked in with a lollipop that I got with my friends prior to coming here. At the end after taking my card, running it through, she put lollipops in my bag. Told me she saw me steal it and then said i had to pay for what I DIDNT steal. This is after she had already rung me up. Now she has to refund me money for what I didn’t do. We weren’t disrespectful at all when we walked in there. She was rude to every person in there. Don’t go here.
