Im on vacation here in Colorado springs with my boyfriend and we stopped by this store. They had a huge selection and the ladies were so helpful! I was there on 7/16 around 7:30pm, so thank you to the two ladies working that night they were very easy to approach! Since we got a coupon we may be stopping in again to pick up a few more things to take back home as well. Great place!

Purchased a device here. The employee did not and would not test the Device functionality out of the box prior to purchasing. The device was DOA out of box taking it home.Attempted to return or exchange the Device and was told that I was out of luck. Wasted $$$ here. Will not return for future purchases.Buyer beware of buying electronic devices here.

We loved this store! Its huge, with a pretty broad selection, and the employee who helped us was incredibly helpful, assisting us in finding just what we needed. The store was also very clean, bright, and welcoming! If we lived in the area, we would DEFINITELY be back!

Very rude staff.I have spent lots of money in the past here and I will never be doing so again.Came into to buy something and was told I couldnt enter without a mask which is fine, I simply didnt have one. I said okay and left.When I got in my car one of the employees walked to the window, flashed a picture of my car and flipped me off? Not really sure what I did but I will never ever ever shop here again.

Ive been to every adult store in town to try them out and Fascinations is by far the best one. They create a friendly, well lit, no pressure, non sleazey atmosphere! They have all size inclusive lingerie and tons of toys! I feel extremely safe going into this shop while Im alone. I will only shop here!

The staff was friendly and nonjudgmental. Their selection of items was decent. A little expensive but worth the cost. Their lingerie is adorable and have great size ranges. They have cute stuff for the thigh gap skinny girls all the way up to us more lusciously inclined. They even had rave attire.

The store itself was clean, well lit, and well organized. There was a large variety to choose from in many different categories, including plus sizes in clothing and lingerie. I purchased some items online and my card was charged twice, can i return in store if the items were never opened from the original package, plus the online store does not send a confirmation email/number to verify the purchase was completed.
