Tucked away behind a school and beside an affluent subdivision. Right on the lower Appomattox River. Trails, fishing deck and tidal basin wildlife.

I enjoy riding my bike around Ft. Clifton. The hills and trails arent too bad for me at 52.

Great place to take your mom on mothers day. Lots of crafts, good music. And great place to meet friends

Local civil war historic site. Good park for walking and picnicking. Access to Appomattox river.

My first time and I cant wait until next year.

They have an event every mothers day...food trucks, near a hundred, if not more, of artisans have booths including jewelry makers, photographers, wood workers, bakers, candy makers, bee keepers with honey products, civil war reenactments-men and women dressed from the time period, canons booming, guns, etc....petting zoo n bouncy houses for children. A good time. Honestly, I just play pokemon go here the rest of the year

A little piece of nature still left in the city. Love the trails and walk to the water. It has a place to fish, restrooms, and a shelter with picnic tables. Dog friendly with pick up bags provided.Watch out for snakes.

Fort Clifton Arts and Crafts Festival is always fun! Plenty of artists, food, music and childrens activities and civil war exhibits!

Out of all parks in colonial heights, this is the best. Has it all. Trails, fishing, wild life, shelters and picnic tables. Lots of history.

This place is kind of a dump. Its poorly maintained and a lot of drinking and drug use regularly happens here.
