My grandson enjoys this park,its good excercise a lot of fun for the kids. Its clean and everyone is always nice. Have a good time.

Do not waste your money at this place! Went here on Tuesday April 3rd all the associates need to be fired! Where do I begin with the problems I had? Getting kicked out 39 min into my hour I paid for for 4 people? or making it clear I was buying 2 tickets solely to play with my infant to be told I infact couldn’t play with him after I bought the tickets and jumped with him for 20 min? Or rudely being told by the associates several times we “ruined their free day to do no work”? Or being told we can only use 1 of the 8 areas to jump even though the PLACE WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY! Or when I wanted a refund for all of the above and the manager “disappeared” and nobody knew her name all of a sudden! They harassed us the entire time we were there because the were pissed off they had customers! Told my fiancé they didn’t have customers all day and it was their day to do nothing! So because of that they told us we could only use one of the trampolines! Then had an issue with me having my infant on it even though there was no one in there and the manager knew I was only buying the 2 adult tickets just so he could play! Then they got on the intercom 39 minutes into us being there and told us our time was up. I told them I wanted my money back for the disrespectful mistreatment and telling us to leave way before our hour was up the manager got an attitude and left and refused

Good place for family fun. I might have missed it but there was no concession stand or vending machines for refreshments. It was easy to find. Lots of parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at.

The place was clean and had many nice areas to jump and play in! We did have trouble though, I had register online for a group of friends when we showed up the did not know how to see that we had paid online and where not very informative. Also I have been to many different Trampoline Parks so i had brought socks that were special jumping socks i asked specifically if i could wear them and i was told that it would be totally fine. I jumped for an=bout an hour before one of the works told me to get of the trampolines because I had the wrong socks i explained to them that they were special jumping socks and that I had been given permission to wear them they told me they didnt care and to get off and go ask the front desk for a pair of socks. So I went to the front desk told them want happened she was okay, well give me your socks. I was like uhh no these are my personal socks i brought them they dont belong to yall and she was like oh well then if you want our socks you have to pay. Okay people they gave free socks to everyone else there but they would not give me the free pair unless I gave them my personal socks. I ended up just giving them my personal socks so that they would just leave me alone. One of my friends went and asked them about it because they just stole my socks they told him it was policy. we understand that if you want people to wear your socks that is fine I understand that but you can not take someone personal items that is wrong. I ended up having to pay an arm and a leg to get my personal socks back. I enjoyed the place till them I think that I wont be going back to this place.

Good fun for kids , teens and adults. Away from the home and getting kids active.

Great time for all. Great if you have small children, designated areas for them. They dont have a concessions stand, only sodas and Gatorade vending so definitely eat before or after. Staff attentive and courteous.

Omg I love this place. Had my sons six year birthday party here, we had a blast. The party host was kind of none existing but we still had a good time. They over charged me do to there own mistake but they straightened out the issue with no problem. Definitely a good place for you and the kids to go blow off some built up energy.

Took my grand children for open jump. They had a great time. They loved the different types of challenges such as the climbing walls, foam pits, balance tethers etc...

Brian was great! We came in last minute for a birthday party and he took care of everyone very well very professionally and made it fun for and easy everyone checking in...will definitely be back!!

This place is fun and not to expensive. The only thing was that they only had XL socks so anyone with smaller feet had problems jumping.

The new manager is awesome! I dunno what it is, but people have smiles on their faces and the place is looking great. Get Air is back! Dont hesitate to stop in and check the place out, I know a lot of it has been there for a while, but I heard they had some changes coming down the line and it already is looking different! Great job Get Air, you make us want to come back.

I love this place to go hang out with friends on the weekends or on school breaks. Its also great for having birthday parties there too! I recommend to go there if you like to have fun, while burning energy!

I love this place just great for kids to burn off energy but they need more employees on the floor at each station making sure the kids are playing safely,other then that great place.

Employees do not care to provide customer service and now after reading the reviews I now know why it’s empty. I thought I was was misinterpreting the situation so I decide to read the reviews filtered them by recently and noticed how customer service complaints increased. There is new competition in town providing great service get your staff trained to be respectful and friendly so customer would want to return.

Boring, nasty, bad service. Just go somewhere else. Urban air, sky zone, even jumping world is waay better.

I suggest that they change up the jump areas. Kids get bored and it hasnt changed yet. Need to bring back the foam pit for the bigger kids as well. A zip line dropping into the foam pit is what my kids suggest.

Great place for kids and adults, love that they keep it safe by having separate areas for little ones and big. Giving them only 4 stars because it is a little steep for an hour and even the snacks are too pricey.TIP: They do give military discounts

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Just paid almost $100 for my wife, three children, and myself to jump here but now finding out the hard way (not explained) that we can’t. Why would we pay for Two adults and watch... feel sort of deceived but we were just wanting to try other places. But JUMPING WORLD off of sycamore view is the place to go. I’m definitely going to try and tell people this as this wasn’t explained nor posted to my knowledge. Don’t waste your money and time if you want to jump and have fun with your children. They are a little extreme with the rules. My daughter knocked a few foam cubes out of the pit and had a whistle blown at her and had to put them back in. They are 1 and 5. We literally can’t jump together in any area with our kids. Jumping world is the only place to go when it comes to an indoor park.

The foam pit is for small children only. Adults can only go in less than half of the areas. We were kicked out of an empty area because it was for little kids, but all the children where in the big kids area? Maybe if the teenagers working there could keep their hands off of eachother and focus on managing their areas we would have had a better visit. My family will not be wasting our money here again.

I had my sons 7th birthday party here. He would say it was awesome, but I had a terrible experience. I paid for the party on the website and received an email that stated to arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the party time. I arrived exactly 10 minutes prior and there was a girl at the counter putting on her makeup and playing with her hair and was flat out rude to us and said that she couldnt do anything for us for 10 minutes. She didnt even let me talk, she just kept interrupting and saying that we had to wait 10 minutes. She wouldnt let us put our stuff in the party room or anything.I bought a party package and then added on an additional 10 jumpers. Per the website, for each additional 5 jumpers you pay for, you get one additional pizza and 2 Liter. The party includes 2 pizzas and (2) 2 liters. Plus on the website I added an additional @ liters on top. I wanted the parents to be able to have pizza and drinks as well and make sure that we had enough for everyone.We only got 2 pizzas and 2 drinks....when we should have gotten 4 pizzas and 6 drinks. I dont think you understand unless you know how much a party plus the extras cost here! I asked to see a manager, but no manager there. I asked to see my order or my receipt, and was told I could not see it unless I knew the exact date that I paid for the party online. Completely absurd!I left a comment in the comment box about my concerns for the party. A manager did call me that same day and wanted to know the details. I was offered a free jump for my son. He also told me that I overpaid online somehow and I got a $57 refund. That really is not that much when I paid over $500 and got shorted pizzas and drinks and the front desk girl was horrible.I guess I would have another party there if my son absolutely wanted it, but I would never use the online booking and paying feature again. I would call several times to make sure they are ordering the correct number of pizzas and we are getting everything included.

Chaos sure, but each eventing area is well done. Surprisingly doesnt smell like feet either. If you end up having to be here for a kids birthday party, you will have fun, although youll feel separated from your kiddos.

I would not spend my money here again! I wish I had read some of the reviews before I went and spent $200 for 2 hours. One of the areas was roped off and of course it was one of the things the kids wanted to do.Be prepared to take a lot of cash because there is no where to get your kids a drink other than the vending machines that only take cash, no credit card.The staff was in no way accommodating. Clearly they do not enjoy their jobs. The 2 of them that were working stood in a corner and talked the entire 2 hours we were there. No one was running the dodgeball games or monitoring the games.For the money you pay I would highly recommend Urban Air in Collierville over this place. So disappointing!

Brought my little sisters in today and the girl at the front named Hailey C. was so rude that I made an effort to look at this girls name tag because i just could not believe how terrible she was treating me and other customers. I almost left as soon as we got there because of this, but I did not want to do that to my sisters, so we stayed. I get if you don’t like your job but there was absolutely no reason to be so nasty. Won’t be going back

Clean establishment and fun for kids. Check in was quick and easy. No hassle. Before they went to blacknlight they even asked if we were okay with them turning off the lights.

This place is very clean. The foam dont stink and staff very professional. They were mindful and alert the entire time the kids were playing. The hard bench seating is uncomfortable but it is a great place.

Okay so parents cant go in any area with their toddler..? Thats the most absurd thing Ive ever heard of. And the reason I was given was because jumpers over 46 tend to lose control like okay because Im going to be doing backflips beside my 2 year old.. *major eye roll*. I cant even walk in the area around my toddler in the trampoline area. I get the safety but Im an adult with my toddler. Not a 12 year old with her friends and little brother and acting crazy. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Completely absurd. I drove almost an hour and a half to come here. Waste of time and money. Go to SkyZone Trampoline Park. They also actually have more than one staff member walking around watching kids.

I loved get air it was so much fun i was there with my bae and 19 year old friend

They were rude, combative and left our kids unattended in their “special area” and yelled at myself and my friend when we decided to watch our kids ourselves. Their manager lied about giving us a refund and would not give us a receipt. We left a diaper bag there and they hung up on me repeatedly when I called to see if they had it. This has to be the worst service I have ever seen from a company like this. The Collierville TN location needs to be restarted, immediately.

I had a wonderful time and everyone was very nice and friendly.

In the past I sort of liked this place. In dealing with management today and them not honoring the SFMS Honor Roll coupon for the students today I am very disappointed. The manager was cold and not personable. Today, Friday February 10th is NOT a holiday. So so disappointed! I usually want to support local but not sure I want to support this place anymore. Too pricey in my opinion! I can buy a year pass to the zoo for the same price you all charge for my four kids to jump for 2 hours!

Lots of fun for the kids but the staff was less than helpful in our experience. Upon checking in, we were given incorrect information about where each height group could jump and because of that, one of my children was in the wrong area for his grouping. One employee, Hailey, physically picked up my 5 year old (little jumper) and moved him out of an area without asking him to move first or giving him a chance to comply. I was looking on, immediately outside the enclosure and would have helped myself had I realized the mistake. The area was not crowded at all, he was not in danger himself or endangering anyone else, and could have easily moved on his own if given the opportunity. Since Hailey was the Manager on Duty during our jump time, there was no one else to address the issue with and she seemed uninterested in taking my concern seriously, thus this review.I completely understand the importance of jumpers being separated for safety but am very unhappy with the way the situation was handled today. We will not return until Im sure that all of my children are well above the big kid height limit because of this confusion and the staffs reaction.

The boys had a great time. Lots of things to climb on, jump in, and throw. Definitely will return and reccomend to others.

I went last weekend for my 2 year old birthday party. I love this place, our server (Taylor) was wonderful!!!! Only problem I will say about Get Air is please have someone supervising the kiddie area at all times. There were big kids in the area; therefore my child and her friends couldnt enjoy the area. And the killing part about it the big kids parents were there, we eventually had to go get one of the workers to assist. One of my parents from the party got upset because her child got hurt from one of the big kids jumping on the trampoline she was on. Besides that we all had a good time, and we will definitely be back. p.s. I hope the air is working next time, lol
