I was disappointed with the lack of adherence to COVID-19 protocols. Although the facility was nearly empty, bowlers were placed in the very next lane. Also, none of the patrons wore face covering which is mandated in Shelby county.

The place was dead empty. Its sad to see this place suffering from covid so badly. They go out of their way to clean the place and masks are required. Go visit them.

They do not have enough help to at .they work the manger to death.

This was a fun place to go bowling for my birthday with 4 other family members and my boyfriend. We went on a Wednesday evening around 6:30 in November, and the place was unsurprisingly dead, minus a few people in the first lanes.The employee behind the counter was very friendly and funny, and helped me and my family pick the right bowling package for our needs, and got us playing within 10 minutes of us arriving. He also gave me a discount for my birthday :) Unfortunately he was the only one working (and I think he mightve been interviewing a young adult simultaneously as working) so it took a little bit for our food and drinks, but overall we had fun and I recommend this bowling alley to spend your times in!Theyre also very kid friendly and have toddler sizes in shoes, as well as bumpers and those little metal ramp things you can use for young children so they can bowl.Their draft beer selection could use a little work, and their parking lot is very very dark at night, but overall we had a blast

Worst experience ever, lanes open, not letting people bowl. Was told can not reserve online, had to be in side and wait. Get here and now were waiting because of people reserving lanes! 12 lanes are currently open!! Not even calling the names on the list. To busy as he stands here with arms crossed doing nothing.

Always nice and helpful. Older building but new owner is working hard to restore and improve. Safe and friendly atmosphere. Clean.One of few bowling lanes that offers Summer Kids Bowl Free program with a Family Plan. I encourage families to go there and enjoy.

Typically we have a great time here but on the night of November 23, 2019, (group of 6) our lane was having technical difficulties which affected HALF of our bowling time that WE PAYED FOR. The shift manager apologized and politely offered us another lane with our remaining 15 mins and not 6 but 4 free bowling passes. After our time was up, we asked if we could redeem the free bowling passes but what we werent told is that they WERE EXPIRED ( May 18, 2018) AND ONLY USEFUL FOR THE WEEKDAYS OR BY THE GAME. We were not rude or raised our voices once yet this was ridculous so as we were returning our shoes the manager told us he added 15 extra mins BUT COULD NOT GIVE US ANOTHER GAME OR HOUR. Never coming back but I wish we wouldve kept those free passes.

I had such a great time enjoyed being out with my daughter birthday thumbs up.

Awesome league

First time we have been here. Looking for something fun to do with the kids. Place needs an overhaul. Alley took a couple different times to get pins set up correctly. 6 year old used the ramp that is bent and had hard time getting ball to go straight. Back half of numbers fell a couple times and had to get the only person there to reset it. Alley next door the sweep arm was just flopping in the way. We had fun but could have been much better.

I recommend. We payed for cosmic bowling at 845 and stayed passed 1130 when they were closing. They let us finish up our game even after closing which I thought was awesome. Good customer service as well.

Although our lane kept having technical difficulties, the staff were so incredibly nice, welcoming, and very accommodating.

Always a fun memorable time going on 20 years!

Great crew, clean place, and great food!

It was a fun experience going for a work outting. The equipment kept breaking though. The ball return was failing, pins would fall over on their own, the thing that puts the pins back was getting stuck.

The bowling is great! Arcade could use a bit of upgrading though.

Tons of fun. The staff was great, even though they were busy due to the size of our group. Nice facilities and clean.

This place is alright, it’s just a bit far from the memphis area. What i loved the most was the price. Fair prices!!!

While in Memphis we rode out to the bowling alley/skating rink. That is a very nice area! Rink was closed. Had a great time bowling with the little one!

They dont have respect for league bowlers. We were make up for missing last week they came over and said there was a team that was going to bowl next to us. It end up being one guy..smh

Very impressed & excited about all the things happening at the new and improved FunQuest. Going through remodeling; including newly decorated party rooms and new furniture around the bowling lanes. Game room is fantastic and have great pizzas. I found them to have affordable pricing with impressive customer service.

This place sucked i am never coming here again i wish i could give them bo stars they stole our money then the lady that looked like she was from my 600 pound life wouldnt put up the bumpers up because we looked too privlages. sorry but i didnt knoe showing upin a sweatshirt and sweatpants was too pliveraged whatever until she gets fired i wouldnt recomend going there

Was recently given a tour of the entire facility by the new management.....AMAZING TRANSFORMATION! Everything has been remodeled, and the manager and event coordinator were extremely friendly, outgoing, and open-minded. So impressed!

Im going to quit my job and get a job here because evidently they allow you to run your own errands and not do your duties during business hours. The bartender was promised to return momentarily after making a FedEx run. After an hour, we were told she was now making a run to SAMs club. VERY poor customer service. The lack of a crowd should have been a clue. Will not return. Ever.

Such a fun experience without all the glamorous decor. The employees were super helpful and pleasant the entire time that we visited (4 and 1/2 hours).

My kids and I had a really great time. Clean great service and wonderful employees!!

I have not used fun quest but am no longer considering them due to mixed reviews I have friends and family of different races and etnicities and based on their feedback and general public reviews there seems to be great customer service for European Americans and horrible treatment for those who dont fit that category despite the fact that they all use U.S. currency. I will never pay someone to mistreat me. So glad I did my due diligence on this one!

Reviewing for a family friend who had a party:DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE!! The staff was suppose to serve the kids, give out tokens, pretty much organize the party. They did NOTHING. They were very unorganized and had several WEEKS to prepare!! Then, I overheard one of the cooking staff tell a customer, “It will be about 45 minutes, we’re really busy and we’re not a restaurant.” Extremely rude and horrible customer service. When we decided to order the cook told us it’s going to be about an hour and proceeded to tell us that he didn’t know he had to cook 25 hot dogs for a party. Little did he know we were a part of said party. They did give us a discount but very unprofessional.

Okay but understaffed. Had fun until the end when they got busy and couldnt fix jammed equipment because they didnt have staff available. We left halfway through a game because we couldnt finish. We paid for two hours and got shorted for the last 20 minutes. We may try the other place in town.

My children were taken here and they were told they were not welcomed there. My children are 7 and 3 years old. I emailed the manager Brandon Bevel about the situation and his response to me was that he responded on Facebook. Well I directed this to you directly no Facebook. He NEVER responded back to me nor did he apologize to my children . If I could give this DUMP a -5 i would. I guess our money is not welcomed there either. BEWARE of where you spend your money

Place is under new ownership, I have been a patron since the very beginning and I can say without a doubt its on the upswing. Only downside is that they are understaffed at the peak times

This the most prejudice place i have ever experienced the place closeded at 12am. We came about 8:30 pm black African American kids never been before they were excited to ever come to this place never come this far in Collierville when I say the guy said the general manager said shut it down we were in disbelief we asked why the guys said because the kids were to excited. I guess we were too black for this part of town. May God bless you general manager for your ignorance.

Tucked away and a little quaint but friendly service makes up for it.

This is not a bowling that you want to check out. Weve been here a few times and it just doesnt seem to get any better. I took the family for night out. The pizza was burned and the pitcher of drink was leaking because it had a crack in it. We spent more time waiting for them to retrieve our bowling balls than we did actually bowling. We finally got them to move us to another bowling lane that actually worked. If you have issues with your bowling lane, and you probably will, it takes forever for someone to come the counter to help you. We rented the lanes for 2 hours but we ended leaving early because it was a waste of time and it just wasnt fun. This is an ok bowling alley but not one that I would recommend. I would recommend any of the other 4 bowling alleys in the area before I recommend this one.

From a family friend,I have never been a victim of RACISM until today! I took my little cousins to FunQuest Skating Center in Collierville because they wanted to Skate and play Lazer Tag. As we were approaching the door, a Caucasian lady stepped outside:Her: Im sorry, youre not welcome here!Me: Excuse Me?!Her: You and your children are not welcome here, we have things going on and you are NOT welcome! NOW LEAVE!Me: Okay well is there a manager I can speak to because this is a public facility.Her: But its privately owned *Smirk*Me: Smile and Walk AwayDear FunQuest, you DO NOT EVER have to worry about me coming back! What happened today was discourteous, uncivilized, and quite frankly, rude.That was a place my church had been to, family gathered, and young adults come to relax and unwind. But as of today, I will NO LONGER patronize your business. Ill stay my distance and keep my money!I stay away from the black and white debate. Ive never seen color.. We are one race, the Human Race! But MONEY is Green and my favorites are Blue so Ill keep them in my wallet #BeExtraCareful#RacismIsReal
