I included a picture of some snakes! Be aware! The course is nice but has a few drawbacks. Signage is practically non-existent. Download a map and follow that. There are lots if water hazards - one member if our group lost 3 disks. On the positive side each hole has long tee boxes and short tee boxes. Enjoy!

Great park, one of the nicest in BCS area. Walking trails weave in and around a connected system of ponds with plenty of green space. Great 18-hole disc golf course.

Fed the ducks, turtles, and fish! Walked around the beautiful scenery. I have been playing disc golf here since 2000. Best park in town hands down!

I have never been here before, so seriously, is this the park we were talking about? Where is the pond? Where is the grass? Where is everything but gravel?

I came out here to fish because it says it’s good for bass fishing and catfish and when I got here every body of water on this property says no fishing so if you’re coming here to fish don’t waste your time

The holes were poorly marked. There are also a bunch of holes over and next to water which I personally dont like.

Only 18 hole disc golf course in town. A fairly challenging course with lots of water hazard. The disc golf course is very frequently used but neglected by TAMU maintenance. The park itself is scenic and has mnny ducks, turtles, fish, and even very elusive beavers. Again the park isnt well cared for but still a very nice quiet place for a walk. Many people allow their dogs off leash here so beware.

FINALLY found this place. Not unlike some others whove left reviews, pure grass and cement is all we could find when we tried a month ago.Found theres another Google page to find the map/park more precisely, but those using this one, when turning off Raymond Stotzer Hwy (60) onto Research, immediately on the right, theres brick signage Smart Park, and immediately following, turn right and voila, arrived.Such a gracious expanse to stroll, run and play with pups, play disc golf, watch crane and mallards wonder if weve brought food (please know, bread is really not good for them) and enjoy the scenery. So very grateful for the ample trash receptacles. Pups are trained to pick up trash, and certainty appreciated I could toss it in just a few feet. Not to say the place is loaded with trash, by no means, the A&M crew were busy even on a holiday weekend, getting what they could see.Definitely glad we eventually found this place, pups had the best time since moving to BCS 2 months ago

I go there for walks with my dogs regularly. They just dont care about this park anymore. It use to be so nice, now its nasty looking and unkempt. Kind of concerning for the habitat there.
