Nice and clean !! Love management theyre awesome, and stay on top of things!!

I personally grew up in this Mobil home park. Family orientated; Ava Williams is the Landlord shes a wonderful pleasant woman. She throws special events for each major Holiday.

My Student has lived in the park for 3 1/2 years. The park is kept extremely clean, tho the management might be strict, she is very caring for all that reside there. So if you don’t like following rules you will not like it here. I am so thankful for the rules keeps out trash .

I feel very disgusted about the place and need to be cleaned up or the new trailers or something because its not working with the city the old and it needs to be replaced
