This park looks super immaculate.And the people that live in the park are so caring

We have lived here now for 3 years..the park has changed drastically ..there are a lot of issues that NO ONE is doing anything about. People park any place they wish, on the street, across the side walks...cars speed I mean going well over the 10 miles per hour that is posted. Many many house look like junk yards...small fences with tons of items behind then. Side walks, houses with mold on them...trees not being trimmed in the swell and else where. We have had 3 mangers in 3 years!! Really?? There is NO ONE to work with here, we are told its up to corporate, its up to corporate...The office is being totally remodels AGAIN! Second time in 2 years!!! We did not even have the center of the main street decorated for the holidays..DISGRACEFUL!!! Right now I am writing this here, I will be writing on the sites that the general public will be able to view.Corporate thinks its fine to raise our lot rents $25-30.00 per year, yet we see nothing for it!! The rules were put in place by Corporate yet corporate does not follow nor enforce them. There are many many times the security gate is left opened. It is a know fact there are young toddlers, teenagers that live here..This is a 55+ . SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!

Absolutely beautiful very peaceful and the people are wonderful. Pet friendly this is a slice of Heaven. Will bring Peace of Mind . If you cant enjoy living here you cant enjoy anywhere. Love the management very dedicated very informed to the book on rules very important for me as that means a lot for overall ell being of the community. There are places that may not be UP to standard of the by laws prospectus but wow the majority are well landscaped just beautiful. CLUBHOUSE wonderful, Swimming pool very nice, shuffle board courts and so much more. I love it here and keep in mind there will alway be people who just have a negative outlook you must see this for yourself. ITS A WONDERFUL MAGICAL PLACE very affordable and classy

Best community ever to live and enjoy life. We have a safe and clean enviroment plus an amazing management team. My parents could not be happier to enjoy their senior years here! We love it!!

Very good place to live but when it rains comes, a lot of dirt accumulates in the garage exit that is responsible for the condominium, nothing is done to repair the sewage. If the condominium is expensive, it should pay more attention and respect for the residents.

As far as Im concerned the issues here that I wrote about previously are being resolved as quickly as possible with the new management. I would still like to see something put in place to stop the speeders. Otherwise, new manager is doing a good job trying to resolve residents complaints.

This rating is for Maribel. Shes doing a fantastic job cleaning up our retirement park. Getting after the trailer trash that we have been putting up with for 9 years now!

This park is one of the nicest in Coconut Creek Boca Raton area you can find a house to own with land are you can rent the land and just by your house and pay lot rent. Or if you can find a home to buy hoa fees our 135 monthy. Very nice neighborhood with sidewalks clubhouse pool pool tables they do have dances at least six or seven times a year and you are also allow dogs but they cannot be over 20 lb, I think Ive gone on for long enough come and visit and you can decide for yourself it is a very nice neighborhood

Wonderful neighborhood!

It used to be a nice place to live, but Pam Raboin, the park manager has taken to letting in drug addicts & criminals, & shows bias towards residents in the park, comprising her supposed neutrality. She allows her friends to violate the rules of the park with no repercussions, while strictly enforcing & writing violations on residents she doesnt like or who are critical of her management decisions. The park manager is supposed to be a neutral party who enforces the rules equally to all residents. New management is needed to bring the park back to its former glory before she became the manager.

Very well maintained everyone keeps their homes nice.

This manufactured home development is one of the nicer ones because it feels like a real neighborhood with sidewalks and nicely kept homes. With the exception of a handful of single homes that have not been taken care of by the turnpike an some throughout the community itself, really think this is the best mobile home park around and that includes Boca Lakes, the pool area is kept very nice but have noticed lately it needs to be cleaned in the French drain. It has a beautiful fountain that overlooks the pool area it is so relaxing. I have been coming to visit my sister and father for the last 14 years or so in this development and have always found it quiet and friendly. The downside is that most of the homes are on rented property. Dont quote me on the accuracy of home that are owned with land but I would say about 15%. Regarding the rules of the community, they must be kept strict otherwise the community may not get as high a rating as it has it keeps out Riff Raff and people that do not care about the community or personal property. I have since moved into this community and find it just as I thought it would be when I visited as much as I did. It is now taking over by Sun Communities and I imagine the rules will even get stricter but as far as I am concerned that is a good thing.

Nice well kept community though you may not have much success getting a response from the office, and probably wont fare too well with respo se either if any issues arise. Ridiculous rental restrictions.

There is a rat problem and it is the home owners responsibility. Tallowwood needs to have a pest control program. Neighbors should not have to deal with a situation caused by other neighbors.
