Run from this place. The property manager Erin is the most unprofessional, rude and disgusting person I have ever met. Immigrants are not welcome in this place. She will do whatever it takes for someone she doesnt like to sell and leave the place. This place is hell on earth.Worst place Ive ever lived. Run from Deerfield Lakes. Peace is priceless. Save your self the headache.

Awful place to live. Manager is spiteful.

I have some problems with the people who manage this place. My water supplies turn off all the time and dont turn back on so if you dont check your plants will die. In a period of a year I asked to have water turned on 7 times. When I was out of the country and got back plants were dead. I dont mind water turn off but should you turn back on after you are done? The location is superb and neighbors are nice and friendly.

The worse place to live they raise your land lease every year the manager doesn’t help with sink holes goes around if you have a few weeds and expects you to power wash every 6 months cannot even walk to collect your mail because you may sink into so called lawn
