A very well managed and kept up mobile home park. Ive had a few relatives live there, and never a complaint.

Great place

One of the prettiest senior parks in the area, lots of trees and flowers, great amenities, small gym, pool, spa, pool table and kitchen in the large club house . There are plenty of events for the residents in this lovely gated park. The only drawback is that its a tad pricey (the reason for only 4stars), but on the upside its owned by a Non Profit so virtually all monies over the actual cost of the property goes back into the park. My dad and his fiancee have been there very happily for almost five years.

I love the heated pool! We can get a workout all year long.The space rent and RV storage have gone up way too much for retired folks. I dont know how much longer we can stay here

Roads are pretty good shape.

Who could go wrong.! Tripped wide homes with wooden decks fire places, hot tubs for the master bedroom you can even get French doors a wet bar and a room do far back your mother in law wont even bother you no more. You can be out on your deck and BBQ ing and not even worry about water puddles if its should try to rain on your parade.

If theres ever a fire there is ONLY ONE WAY IN OR OUT

My friends grandparents live here. The community room is awesome. They have a pool table, ping pong table, swimming pool, and lots of other stuff.
