I love it here. Quiet, close to alot of businesses. Im happy to be here.

Hicks trailer and mobile park is a quiet place where you can rent a lot and be surrounded by trees and some lots even have grass . You may even find a few that have a storage area. You will be in walking distance to our Lowes Market and across the street from Lowes is a McDonalds . Where at all three places youll find friendly people.

My grandmother has been a resident of Hicks Trailor Park for the past 2 years. She has enjoyed the environment, the friendly people, and the property managers very much. She has had no complaints or problems. She is over 70 years old and feels that it is a safe and peaceful environment. She looks forward to living there for many years to come.

We have been here since Sept. we love the fenced in yard for our girls and there is lots of room on the lots for cookouts and gathering. We are working local and this is a good place to stay, it is close to everything that Clovis has to offer. It is a quite park. We go to bed early and we have never had any issues with loud music except travelers cutting through the park to the back road speeding behind the church. This is no fault of the park owners, the management is wonderful, and Bilingual. They are working on updating the park. And I would recommend staying her.

I live close by the area and I like it because of the quite and peaceful sarien place it is.

This trailer slum is full of illegal immigrants who get drunk and blast their music so loud and i have been threatened by them for calling the police because they refuse to go by city noise ordinance TITLE 9- 9.40.030. . .i have to call the police about every week but they wait awhile and then start back up when they want to. . .i am filing a formal complaint against the owners and the residents who keep doing it. . .i have been warned to leave them alone because it is said that drugs are a big business over there. . .that i dont know for sure but the public intoxication and the noise i see and hear almost every weekend. . .im 60 yrs old and a woman over there threatened to beat me up one night. . .im not scared of them because i have just as much rights if not more than they do. . .if you call the number of the owner it is a disconnected number. there is a brand new school built next to it so im hoping the property will be sold and the park will be flattened with bulldozers soon as possible
