Day of the Dead escape was fun. Dont arrive too early though because you may hear clues from the group that is in before you, thin walls. They have lockers for you to put your belongings in. The bathrooms dont work here though.

We had a great time doing something a little bit different than we are used to, its something thats a little more cerebral. Some of the equipment was run down and didnt quite work the way it was supposed to, but it didnt detract from us having a good time.

This is only for the Day of the Dead! It was COLD beyond COOLLLLLDDDD. The whole facility was terrifying cold. I personally run COLD... its 52 degrees on this cold Clovis night, and it felt it in there.... (at least have a small heater for the room, if you cant afford to heat up the whole facility! Or tell us to wear layers!) My group got the deal on GROUPON. I would have thought they would want to hook you with an amazing room, with sweet-out-of-this-world-deadly-clues. But no. To simply put it, it was lame. The worker was trying...trying to pump it up that it was like COCO.... NO!!! It was not! The clues had nothing traditional to the Day of the Dead. The decor was so-so (something you can get at the dollar-tree).But dear Escape room, if your ever hiring an artist to paint.. please PLEASE hit me up. I could paint some realistic tomb stones, with readable words. But, overall thank you, but no thanks. I am not hooked!

We have played alot of escape rooms, i think this ones the best. The clues are complex and the themes are different. Which is really cool to see an escape room branch out of the normal kidnap theme or whatever

I got to do this escape room with my husband and a few friends and it was SUPER fun! Ive done three other escape rooms in the past and this one was just as challenging, rewarding, and thrilling as my favorite ones Ive done before. I really loved it because there was something for everyone to be working on all the time. Ive been to a few others where I ended up sitting around because there wasnt much to do but this one is super engaging! I really loved the adrenaline rush we got from the process if disarming the bomb. We went through about a week ago and were still talking about it and asking each other how the other did certain things, etc. It was really fun and I cant wait to do the next room as soon as its ready! Id highly recommend The Great Escape.

Really fun. Went with my wife and had a great time. Spent an hour and a few dollars and had a great experience. Weve talked about it several times. Cant wait until they open their next room (which we hear is soon)!

Great time that the entire family can enjoy. Very fair price and worth every penny. Staff is very nice and very professional.

We did the Heist riom with 7 people. We went when they were in the middle of constructing new rooms, so things seemed a little unfinished. Overall, the clues were challenging and entertaining. We were split into two teams and put into different areas, and we had to communicate with each other to figure out clues in each of our areas. The room could have been more immersive if the game master didnt have to physically come into the room to help us figure out one of the clues, but my family had a great time and we still talk about the experience.

We did the Day of the Dead room. Props and atmosphere were quite good, however some puzzles were a little obscure, and many required reusing elements that had already been used on previous puzzles multiple times causing us to get stuck a few times.

Had a blast . Kenny was a great hostess and made us feel welcome.

Went last night with some family and friends. Definitely a whole lot of fun. The staff was friendly and professional and the escape room was challenging and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

As far as escape rooms go, this one was awesome! We just barely didnt get out in time but we had a lot of fun trying to figure everything out. The staff is very friendly and helpful when you need hints.

Fun if you get to actually finish

Im no expert but Ive done a few room escapes and this one was not my favorite. I think if we had gotten a better guide in our room that actually paid attention and knew how to explain what we couldnt understand, it would have been a little better. And one of the written clues with Sharpe was so rubbed off that we couldnt get the right answer. We spent forever trying to get the clue. Over all, It wasnt horrible for Clovis only room escape but its not the best. I took my family that have never gone and it got a few of them interested in trying another room escape with me.

I hate to be the first one to write a less than average review, but I wish this review had been posted before I went to this escape room. To start, we did The Heist room. We found a Groupon for 4 people but only had 3. We called ahead of time to make sure that it would be okay and we were informed that 3 people would be fine for that room. When we got there, the whole place was a little unfinished. There was exposed wood framing with cheap plastic backdrops covering what looked like work areas which included a table saw just sitting on the ground. The room(s) (this is a multi-room escape room) were underwhelming and the items inside were damaged and/or worn. It made it hard to tell what you were supposed to do in the room. The pictures on the wall were poorly secured via velcro which made you think they were meant to be removed (to look for clues) but it turns out, none of the pictures needed to be removed. The room itself was a hard room (we knew that ahead of time) but after we failed, the staff member agreed to walk us through it so we could see where we went wrong. Turns out, one of the things you had to do required 4 people (and remember we only had 3) so even if we had gotten to that clue, we would not have been able to progress (even though we were told it would be fine). There are a few other escape rooms in the area and I would ask your friends before I would trust reviews on Facebook/Google. I would not return here and only wish I had this review to warn me before I went the first time.

SOOO FUN!!! Its been a couple days and my wife and I are still talking about it. Definitely going back when they open their second escape room.

This was the worst escape room ever and I have done multiple escape rooms at other venues. Did their newest puzzle and it was terrible. Items broken in the room, trash and food on the floor, horrible guide, had to use walkie-talkies to try and communicate, but guide would talk too closely and couldnt understand. Items around room didnt line up properly. Broken shelves and picture frames. Just an overall poor, disgusting, and wasteful experience.

The bathroom had no running water.. the rooms are fun though
