Very clean, well organized. My only concern is the exit door in the far corner of the arcade. I wouldn’t have let my kids wonder so freely if I knew that earlier.

Somthing to do for all ages. However the birthday party packages are TERRIBLE. very very expensive for not too much. I would recommend the venue but DEFINITELY not the party package. Party hosts was always available but very short with answering questions. Better to just grab a table and enjoy the venue than spending all the money birthday room.

Okay experience.. food was expensive and bland.. my niece had lots of fun tho.. arcade was a joke.. we hit a 750 jackpot but was only give 660 tickets.. told the counter guy and he didnt believe us.. went and look and the only thing over 100 tickets was the 750.. he couldnt explained how there was only a 660 deposit.. wouldnt give us the rest.. but it was fine cause nephew only wanted a slingshot 500 tickets.. overall nephew had a good time so cant complain too much.

Incredibly, I havent tried their laser tag yet. However, I did try everything else. The car racing machine is a joke, the game is 90% in control, slowing you down at turns making the machine less than noticeable. The motorcycle one requires you to turn your head to steer. It was so nauseating I didnt finish, took off the head set, lost my lunch, and left my credits behind. The VR booth had potential. However, I spent the entire time worrying about punching the TV, swinging my arms and hitting the metal cage, and falling off that 1 inch step with wires attached to my head. The massage chair was painful and because it hugged you, you couldnt get out till it was done. I dont like arcades, but there was nothing wrong with it. The food is quite excellent. Service is speedy. I just wish there kid playground was available to all, it looks fun and seems to be the main attraction.

Laser tag is in a big 2 story room. Games are 20 minutes long

First time here. This place is AMAZING!!! Try the Asada Fries. The meat surprisingly tasty. And theres beer and margaritas for the parents!! Definitely recommend Tuesday. $5 for 3 hours!! I think yes!!! And $3 for the socks. So 8 bucks total. Cant beat it! My daughter demolished the tacos. Great atmosphere. And staff!!

Very good price for a 3 hour session! Our 6, 5, and 2 year old had a blast! The staff were friendly and super helpful. The pizza was delicious and fresh! I know it may sound weird but even the fountain drinks were good. You would understand if you have ever had a BAD fountain drink. This place above and beyond exceeded our expectations. They even had massage chairs for the adults which made my night! We will DEFINITELY be returning and telling others of our great experience.

I go here whenever I visit the area, but after this experience I do not want to remain a return customer. They started the laser tag game at least 15 minutes late which also cuts into having a good amount of time left of the day for anyone to want to play the next game. The instructor was nice overall but no one here ever explains how each gun type works. It was a Wednesday so I had a buy one game get the second free, but wasnt able to do the second game that day because of time and the fact there would only be 1 other player who wanted to play that late. The instructor suggested we ask for a voucher for the free game we didnt use, but the front desk staff only gave 1 of us a voucher while I was left empty handed.

Great place to spend the afternoon with some friends and family. Has an arcade, lasertag area, play area for the kids and even a vr section do. Very fun, would go here again!

My first time taking my children, they had a ball here! Tons of things to do and they loved the laser tag. Bathrooms need to be cleaned more often and they need more tables to eat at. Other then that, we had a very enjoyable time!

The experience is great but they tried to call a regular Monday a holiday and unlimited laser tag wasn’t available. You want more people to show up and play, don’t change things up so you can make a couple extra dollars. Your fixed cost is the same, the more people you have playing the more money you make.

Disappointed that most of their hand sanitizer stations were broken. Seems like that ought to be fixed immediately in times like these. Otherwise 5 stars.

Great place for kids. The have different things for kids to explore. Just one small incident when I ordered some fries. I asked for a side of ranch and the cashier said no problem. A server brought out my fries with no ranch so I asked him for a side of ranch, and he says they ran out. Just as he says this another server brings ranch out to the table in front of us so we were confused. I go back to talk to the cashier who took my order and she brings one right out. Then I told her the server said they ran out when we asked for it. I figured the server didnt want to go get us one.

I really enjoyed this place. Tuesday’s was the day to come. Let me tell you. I have 3 kids. Also I bring my neighbors kids as well. But on this particular day I brought them only to find out that they no longer provide specials for Tuesday’s. It really takes from the enthusiasm and enjoyment you would normally have. Also there isn’t a lot of people here like you would normally see on a Tuesday. Usually there’s tons of families. Dozens of kids running around. People eating pizza and really enjoying they’re time here. I really think this place should bring back specials on Tuesday. It feels really bland here. Not to say I don’t have fun with all the kids but it doesn’t feel the same. I’m sure this place makes a lot of money. Something as simple as giving the customers a discount day would be much appreciated especially by our middle class hard working moms and dads. I was really looking forward to today. I bit my tongue after hearing my grand total. There’s nothing you can do. When you’ve hyped all your kids up from the start of the day until your arrival you have no choice but to pay. I’m just a little disappointed. The kids really wanted me to play with them but I told them my ankle hurt so I was not able to participate.

No Surrender is always a lot of fun, and their prices are great. Dropping the review because theyve implemented arbitrary rules in the past few months that really discourage their Callsigns (basically a free subscription that lets you track your game stats) from bringing in new guests. If I bring someone in whos never played before and doesnt have a Callsign, Im not exactly thrilled when were assigned to opposite teams with no regards to player requests. Refs have been really aggressive about this, and its kind of driven me away. Used to always enjoy filling up my car with groups of friends, but the new rules make it less worth the while.UPDATE:Had to drop another star sadly. Went back after some of this COVID craziness cooled down, to what was in my mind their best attraction: an enormous and supposedly newly laid out laser tag course. All I found was their prices raised and what looked like they took a knife and literally chopped off a big chunk of their laser tag course without actually changing any layout. Paying more than before for an attraction that had a third of its space simply chopped off just doesnt add up. Maybe the VR and arcade games that took the space of what they cut out bring in enough revenue to justify the reduction of on attraction for others, but its not up my alley. Disappointing, used to really enjoy NS Laser Tag...

Hands down one odd the best places to go when you have a big split in kids ages. Something for everyone and very clean.

The kids doing the safety brief are kind of rude, but the course and time per session are with the price. Not too expensive unless you play the video games. They want 1-2 bucks per play. Crazy.

We attended today for a birthday party. We all had a blast. The staff was helpful, friendly, and very polite. Supervision was outstanding, employees made sure children complied with the rules. It would be helpful if more parents did their part, just remind kids not to run and be aware of the little ones. The pizza was good and the prices were fine. Will be going back.

A little something for everyone. The adventure park offers thrills for the kids lazer tag for the adult, some good food and drinks and an arcade. Worth the trip for family fun.

Took my son here for his 9th birthday a couple weeks ago and we had a blast. Laser tag is fun and a good workout. Pizza and wings are tasty and they have a little bar for the adults. If you want to rest up a bit while your there they have massage chairs everywhere. All in all it was fun and worth the price. Will definitely go back again.

Really cool for my 13 year old she loves running amok in the adventure part. My 3 year old loves it as well. Its really hard to get him out of the giant ball pit in the toddlers section when its time to go lol. Food is not bad, maybe a little pricey for the quality. Half of the time staff has been ok, sometimes a little cranky (I would be too its loud and kids running everywhere 8 hrs a day) and they will not let you have your drink in the play area, which is again understandable, but they tell you to leave them at a table then they come and throw them away!

First time there, took my grandkids, 7,5,1 year old and we all had a blast!!! I have driven by No Surrender countless times but thought it was only laser tag. Boy was I wrong. There is fun for every age group inside No Surrender. Staff was helpful and friendly. There is good and drinks available. Check it out, you will be pleasently surprised. Get ready to create memories that will last a lifetime.

This is definitely a fun place! What are you looking for laser tag, trampoline fun, a ball pit, a huge indoor jungle gym for your kids, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and even party rooms for reservation are all within this one building! Its pretty amazing! Keep in mind, the alcoholic beverages are wined down so they cant serve anything that strong️When it comes to laser tag they have a huge multi-floor arena within the building but it is sectioned off specifically for laser tag. If its your first time or if your constant player it doesnt matter because they give you a great intro if its your first time and the best part is if you have already been there you do not have to wait and listen to the speech. The guns work very well! NOTE: They do have view sight and keep in mind, when a player asks for health, make sure you hold left on your dial pad it is close to your trigger finger. I cant tell you how many times someone would run up to me and asked me for health and I had no idea what to do . Their food is actually really good too! Great times!

This place is an absolute ton of fun. The food is better than you would expect, and not too bad price-wise either. The laser tag is a blast. The one thing Im not really that crazy about here is the smell... its hard to describe, but it seems to be some kind of sweat/urine mixture... its pretty intense, and even after a few hours, its hard to get used to.

I have twin girl who are almost 3 and an almost 2 year old girl who ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE. I swear, it was the best $30 we spent in a long time. Highly recommend.!

It was amazing my kids had a great time 10 bucks for 3hours I ordered a Pina colada and it was amazing plus Brittany the girl who made our drinks told us if we like on Facebook its happy hour prices so we did and she hooked up up with some bomb Micheladas!!! This place has a very large playground for kids....thats about it. The arcade is mediocre and very expensive. They have like 20 games and most of them were broken. Some allowed you to win tickets but the prize selection was very very poor. Nothing enticing to even try to get the tickets.They also had a (at-first-glance) impressive VR area in the back that had 6 or 7 VR games to try out...again, too expensive for what it is but a good experience if you never experienced VR before. The best thing were the $2.99 fries in a basket and these were not just regular fries, but piping hot and freshly deep fried seasoned fries....the kids loved it after two hours of playing in the playground.OH, and dont forget you have to purchase $2.00 socks for each child in order for them to play in the playground...thats additional on top of the price for two hours.....I cant remember what we paid per child or else I would of included that as well...

No Surrender - First time there last night , went with my family I have 2 babies a 3 year old and a 2 year old and let me tell you( LOVED ) how clean this place was everywhere I went was cleaned smelled amazing no stains and just was blown away and the restrooms , NOW THATS A PLACE WHERE YOU WANNA USE THE RESTROOM AT PEACE lol but all jokes aside had so much fun customer service from the ladys at front desk to gentlemen in the back was SPOT ON . I wanna do a HUGE SHOUT OUT and THANK YOU TO TYLER and SEBASTIAN them too were so helpful, made us feel at home and were so friendly. This is a 5 star place food was off the hook wings could of been more HOT temperature but NOT A BIG DEAL I will be coming here more often . Oh and the prices were AWESOME.

Be aware that if you go in as a family or a large group. There is an age limit type of policy that only allows so many adults per little kid. My nephew and I sat out because he was too old but i get why that is doneyou must also have their brand of socks to play in the play area.

My kids love this place. Even if it looks packed, their service allows for rapid guest service. They are efficient at what they do. The pizza and fries are awesome too.

Very crowded when we go which is a Sunday. Lots of things that most kids and teens want to do. Our 7 year old and his friends had a blast! I think its a little pricey.

Fantastic for young kids to run around, the arcade portion may not be worth your time or your money. The selection is minimal and for a $20 token card you pay roughly a dollar for 4 tokens which make the games cost between one and two dollars. Not too crazy but consider how many of them produce tickets and then how many of those will actually give an amount of tickets worth playing for. Nearly none. The VR section consist of a handful of stations half of which are individual game play and the others you and your buddies are just along for the ride. Translates to about $5+ per use. They do offer birthday reservations for private party rooms, laser tag, food, and drinks here.

The refs (ones in the tutorial video) help a whole lot and really are enjoyable. Was just there yesterday afternoon and the main ref (one who starts the video before the game started) kinda just felt like he was there for the pay. Might have been because of a long busy day, but oh well.Overall really great though.

I go for the laser tag and Im never disappointed. They also have VR games and arcade games and play area for smaller kids. Usually these type of places have poor food but here the food is Really good! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

My child has so much fun here and the best part is that the play structure is parent friendly, so instead of just watching your child you are able to go in and interact with your child. We had so much fun and had a good work out while doing so. Will be visiting again soon.

It comes with great disappointment that this place is as much of an utter failure as it is. Every facet of this company is beyond repair and it is only a matter of time before it folds in on itself in the most catastrophic of ways. Everything from the front of house staff, the attendants in the back, the horribly trained supervisors and finally the owners for lack of better words are ignorant and complicit.Ive been offered full compensation to come back again and I refuse to come back, nor would I advise anyone to consider spending money here. Im sure the novelty or idea seems intriguing, but unless you wish to be spoken down too, overcharged (I am far from frugal, but this is beyond fair) and experience rides that are beyond faulty with an undertrained staff, then avoid this like the plague.Furthermore, on a business level; if you have a brand that is looking to work with them, prepare to have your time thoroughly wasted. After a poor experience here my marketing brand was asked to draft a marketing agreement to fix all the problems they were having, internally and externally. After sending weekly reminders for 6 weeks, we wrote this brand off as a loss. Failure to even communicate effectively with brands after specifically requesting documents is a sign of a business that isnt looking to make it the long haul, and are in it for the quick cash before they get sued out of existence.Any response provided by the company should be considered false, as Ive seen the shill responses left in previous messages to attempt to negate responsibility as well as pass onus across. Additionally, its a simply another trick as responses on here can not be responded too.Cheers.
