Im so happy my 4 1/2 year old stumbled onto the rest of the park! Wed gone a few times but only to the kids playground (with a skate park) - we found out there are lots of trails, a lake, a stream...so much fun for several hours

One more discovered gem ! The visitor center is one of the best Ive ever seen. A lot of reptiles, birds of pray, even a butterfly garden. The park has nice trails. The trail around the lake offers incredible view. Big surprise to see very nice carved wooden sculptures. There is a kids playground, picnic areas.

A nice and intimate place for family get togethers and family fun

Nature center in the middle of the woods. All the animals are awesome. Staff is great, clean location. Plenty of free parking. Family fun with a twist of educational

Nice and scenic place to take the kids! Be careful did encounter what I believed to be a copperhead snake.

Gret! Hard to find, but spacious, quiet and nice spot for a cookout, childrens party or family reunion.

We were there 4 only 1 1/2 hr. When 5 cop cars came rushing 2 our sight. Claimed we were there 4 2 weeks. When we were there less than 2 hrs. We were told ( by the parks office) that if we got there late 2 set up & pay in the morning. We were going 2 do that as we always have done. We will never come back there again. & we will def spread the word!!

Been coming here all my life. Top 5 Favorite parks, lots of playground for kids and ponds for walking.

Had a family reunion here and this park was amazing. The weather was wonderful and there were no flys or gnats flying all over the place. Nice lake which you can rent paddle boats to go onto the lake with.

My place to get away.

Fishing is allowed, tho there are shady ppl in the parking lot close to the closing time. Occupying parking spots to take weird pic and blasting extremely loud music.
