I have had many good years here. Im planning on many more. Excellent landowners. Close to the best schools and the Lake. I have awesome neighbors and we have started our very own neighborhood watch.

Jana and the owners Jim and Karen are great people. They always address issues or concerns when they arise. I love the community, and I hope to live here for many years!

I havent moved in yet but I bought a home in the park. After I move in I may give 5 stars. The lot my new home is at is very nice. I think my wife and I will be very happy there. The manager seems pretty nice. But will find out after we get moved in. I do like the park.

Talked to.the owner friday and said he had all kinds of 3 bedrooms that were interested in and we go in monday morning and he never asked our names just looked.at my husbands tattoos and said he couldnt help.us...he is very judgemental and thats not fair especially being a beacon

Place has run down terribly. This used to be a nice kept up neighborhood. Now it looks like a slum.

Could be cleaned up a smidge..

This guy is a horrible person in general. Wants cash refuses to give a receipt bullying women and small children. Supposed to be a deacon in a church somewhere. I feel bad for the church if this is an example of the leadership there. Dont go here even if you are homeless. Youd be better off sleeping on a bench.

The man answering phones is absolutely rude! Wouldnt not recommend this place.
