This is a great place to live. Brandi, the maintenance guys, and the owners of the community do everything in their power to make sure we are happy and taken care of if something does come up. Its a very quiet community for the most part (we live on one of the main roads in, is why I say that). I couldnt ask for a better community for our first home. I highly recommend it

We have lived at Bloomfield Hills for about 6 months, we ordered a new home on a rent to own contract- the price is fair and we LOVE our home. Every single thing that I’ve asked of the property management, as far as minor repairs or small issues, have been addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. The manager, Brandi, is absolutely amazing and so attentive and easy to talk to, and the grounds keeping guys are prompt, professional, and make you feel comfortable. The community is safe and quiet and clean, my kids play outside and love having other kids around to play with. We absolutely love living here!

The money it takes to live in that place you could own a nice house owner lets sons run it they are very money hungry manager will lie and swear on it cant believe nothing she says

I can only say good things about the community and staff. We bought our home in June 2019 and have had nothing but praises for the community. If we have had any issues or needed anything at all Brandi Pack has made sure it was completed and in a timely fashion. I feel like they truely care. They have been patient with all my questions about owning my new home and have assisted us with Warranty questions and getting things fixed or replaced. I feel like this truely is a great place to live. Thank you for providing us with a safe and caring community.

Seems a quiet community. Kids play around a lot so, i looks like the parents are comfortable in the community. Management seem nice.

The places are nice but for a double wide trailer you have to put 7,000$ down you might as well buy a house if you have 7,000$

My husband and I recently purchased a new construction single wide at Bloomfield Hills. I am consistently impressed with each initiative to make the community safer. Recently new speed bumps were installed on all streets to help enforce the 15 mph speed limit.I absolutely love the dog park with convienent bags to pick up dog waste and a trash bin to dispose of it.Management is friendly, accommodating, and fair. Each contract from the lease agreement to the community guidelines are gone over in detail at the time of signing. And questions are encouraged!

Definitely the nicest community in Clinton! The manager, Brandi, really puts forth effort to maintain the community and the owners truly care about their residents.

Trailer parks arent like the were years ago, this is community living now! This place has it all either you can mow and take care of your lot or they do it for you, and I havnt seen one trashy lot in the whole park as far as Ive seen. It has a nice childrens playground, dog park and speed bumps every where to keep the noise and speeders to a minimum! The people I have know that live here have been here for awhile with no trouble or incidents that make it a decent persons living. Living in closed places with lots of people living normally has problems with normal type of problems for police concerns, but I havent seen any trouble at all management and maintenance are always quick to respond and very helpful and nice bloomfieldhills has made mine and my wifes relocation from Illinois to Tennessee very easy and painless would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live at very reasonable prices

My husband and I bought a house recently in Bloomfield Hills. The home is older and we knew it had some issues to fix. The price reflected that and we do a lot of home repairs ourselves so we were happy with the deal. We knew the kitchen floor and ceiling would definitely need replaced and we knew that because you could see water damage on the ceiling and floor. When we asked about it the manager told us that there had been a leak in the roof and it had caused damage. We were assured that the roof had been repaired outside and that it no longer leaked. Fast forward a week. We were tearing the ceiling out to repair it and we discovered that the roof was indeed still leaking. When my husband called the manager to try to see if they could possibly get the roof repaired since we were told it was fixed she stated that she would have to speak to the owner. The owners said they would not fix the roof. It was our responsibility since we purchased the home as is. It is possible that the leak was undetected. The owner did offer to give our money back but since we have started remodeling the home it would not be feasible.

Great place to live. Management very nice. My neighbors are very quiet and nice. Its a great area to be able to walk and i enjoy working in my flowers.

I am so happy with Bloomfield Hills MHC , I have been here a year and have had nothing but great help and the park is Clean and kept very nice. Brandi the Manager is such a good and helpful lady, They are very fair and my dogs love the dog park. This community is very quite and clean. The houses are nice and they have some new home to purchase and the lots are great size. I love this community the people and owners are very good people to work with...Thank you for making a nice place to live.

I bought a brand new 60000 double wide $860 a month with $7500 down it was full of problems that never were fixed no water pressure most doors won’t shut if the do they just pop open big jump in middle of the house looked under siding outside theres shingles covering were the house meets in the middle cause there is a big gap at the top so that is why everything in the home don’t work it’s all cobbled together it 609 beware please they too advance of me and my McDonald’s
