Senior living . I believe it is 50-55 and older .very clean...relatively quiet.

A really wonderful place to live, especially since the park changed leadership /ownership. Ive lived here for 3 years and love it! The other residents are nice and park activities are a good place to make good friends. People honestly care about each other and I feel like I have a place where I belong and mean something to others. The park is well kept and quiet.

If youre smart enough to check Picture Ranch reviews you need to know living here is horrible. Either its management over their head and looking for scapegoats to go after, and/or its the vindictive, hateful attitude of the residents. Its very stressful and very unhealthy living here. Do yourself a favor look somewhere else. Youll live longer.

Odd rules, lack of watering for yards. Ok location. Staff are 30/50 on positive interaction. Clean years. Great Tennants.

Nice but fairly limited variety it seemed as far as in our case pics we liked in the size suitable for our needs. Over all would probably be a good choice for most.

Incredibly rude, controlling management. A total nightmare. Would give zero stars if I could. If you’re under 100 years old you’ll be treated like garbage and watched like you’re a criminal.

This place sucks management is very invasive they micromanage everything and hound you about everything from watering your lawn to how your front steps look they take advantage of older people and makes their life miserable; they make stupid rules and choose who has to follow them DONT MOVE IN THIS PARK YES IT LOOKS NICE BUT DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU I lived there for 5 years and I hated them all
