Ugh...what can you say about this place? The people LIVING there are great! BUT, the management leaves a LOT to be desired. They do little more than harass the residents and cash the lot fee checks. Its a nice park, but its a hassle living there.

Your compation to the renters are beyond words. Thank you for waving the space rent for the month of April. This will help a lot of people in this deviation.God bless you.

Good sized homes and decent parking.

It is a beautifully maintained park but the lot rent goes up $10 a year and they expect you to fix the property out of your pocket even if it is something that needed repaired before you moved in. For example, the sidewalk on our lit had two huge cracks in it when we moved in. It is not our lot, we pay them rent, and yet they are telling us it is our responsibility to fix it or be fined. Also, our lot is total alkali. Nothing will grow in it. It does not drain. They will not work with us on taking anything off our lot rent for a month or two so we can afford to xeriscape it. Any improvements we want to make to THEIR lot has to come out of our pocket. I would love to have a business where people pay me to improve my property. I am in the wrong business!

Very clean village. The staff at their main office is friendly, approachable, and helpful. Their rates are not the most affordable but its for a reason.

The place is clean and orderly. Most of the residents are geniune people Midland management not so much.the residents seem to all tow Midlands directives;conformity obedience, silence is the hand that has a lot of folks walking on eggshells shells do to speak.

For a trailer park its nice

One of the cleanest trailer parks in the grand valley, also has a nice park and HUGE speed bumps that keep people moving slow enough to trust letting your kids out

Beautiful well kept homes quiet neighbirhood

After repeated complaints to the office about the amount of feral cats around this community We were told it’s not “their” problem and that it is the responsibility of the tenants. This after explaining to the management that this tenant who is consistently feeding these animals outside both doors of the residencey has openly agreed to take responsibility of these 6 + cats and still has yet to do so. In the rulebook that each and every tenant has signed it states that no more than 2 INSIDE ONLY CATS ALLOWED. Also, that these animals all MUST be up to date on ALL shots. Consequences being: fines paid to the Management. After our complaint the Management should have taken proper steps and a follow up or Warning to the tenant involved. Yet, there has still been nothing done. From the neglects of management at Midlands Village the entire side and porch of our trailer has been destroyed and reeks of cat urine. Which we were also blammed for by management staff when trying to make this complaint for not having the outside skirting “Feral cat proffed”. This used to be the best community in Clifton to purchase a home that you could love forever. Now it is torturous even going outside. This is not a happy community anymore and if you are looking for a beautiful place that stands by their word of community and standards DON’T look here!

We had considered purchasing a home in this park, but the rules here are pretty outrageous, as is the lot rent.

Very hostile management. Small lots that are really costly and they dont bother to provide any lawn services, not even snow shoveling! I would never make the same mistake twice. Its like living in a war zone here.

If youre interested in moving in I hope youre retired or have an insane amount of time to dedicate to yard work and house work. Becuse if you dont you can get fined upwards of 150$. If you have a lage dog that needs space, barks AT ALL, or you would like to make a dog run or have a fence in your yard, DONT. Oh and no sparklers for any of the neighborhood children on 4th of july, and no drawing with chalk on the sidewalks. Oh and never be parked on the street in this neighborhood ANYWHERE. Not more than 5 min or youll face more rediculous fines! Welcome to a little slice of Nazi Germany.
