Really good, but unusually busy!
Amazing place which one of these was around when I was little
Nothing fancy but it is nice. Its small but its better than nothing
Not terrible for beginners but definitely needs improving
This is a great spot at Tinsley for kids and adults to learn from each other in a safe, supportive, and fun venue. I love watching my super cool, lifelong skater boyfriend teach kids fundamentals and tricks and see them light up and start following him for tips... The location is both good and bad. Good because it is in the middle of the park with plenty of open space and right by the parking area. Bad because its in the lowland area and rainwater accumulates easily making the back 1/3 a huge puddle. Also, just be mindful of your kids and where they are. There are some creepy older men lurking by the bathrooms...
The Skate Park is small compared to Chattanooga, but it is free. Because of the size, I did not give it 5 stars. But the lack of 5 stars does not mean this place is junk. The ground is smooth concrete. I suggest you bring a push broom and give it a quick sweep before using as pinecones and other tree debris can collect on the ground and equipment overnight.Helmets are requires and you can get banned permanently for not wearing one. There are restrooms and water fountains free for use. This park has two drop-in ramps, various rails, and a picnic table to grind on. I have supplied some 360 photos of the park and equipment.
Could be a lot better
We go there all the time
Love the rips
