Needed a very basic supply of field paint. Called multiple places and the delivery time was too long. Pioneer had it in stock but it was $20 more than the others. They were one state away and said it would take 1-2 days to get to me. It has been 8 days and still not here. Called multiple times and got multiple stories about system problems and warehouse and shipping issues. As recent as yesterday the outside sales rep texted me saying we would have it at noon today. it didnt arrive and tracking shows 9pm tomorrow. They seem like nice people, but dont order if you need something quickly.

I am ABSOLUTELY in SHOCK, I called in to speak with VINCE. Who I have spoke with in the past 11 months ago on my recorded call sheet. He answered the phone extremely rude and told me if he needed me IT WOULD BE ONLY TO COME IN SO HE CAN PUT HIS HANDS AROUND MY THROAT................................ I was simply calling to see how your shipping operations were taken care of. I can offer a better service then most and thought I would only ask. Now...... I am a salesman and deal with REJECTION everyday. But to speak to me like I dont have a family and pay taxes like VINCE ALL MIGHTY,,,,,,,was a bit OVER BOARD.
