There are 2 owners-Walt & Ken. Walt has framed many pieces of my own art and has always done a beautiful & professional job. I am very particular about how I like the mat & frame to enhance each picture and he works with me to my satisfaction. Once he even took a picture apart for me at no cost so I could correct something I didnt like about my own painting.

I brought a one of a kind print to their shop. I was referred by Dodd camera, one of the artists there. I brought it down, spent over 400$ and they have ruined my print. I dropped it off, was told it would be ready in a week. Went down to pick up, they had not finished matt as expected. Will address and call me; one month later, I go back wondering, they were busy with another big order, mine not done. Will hurry to complete. Pick up another week later, hang and see bubbles all over print; adhesive didn’t work right... back AGAIN. He tells me he will be there, I drive half an hour, not there. :/Go back to pick it up again, BIG crease in print on main feature. He tells me it was like that! (Had been made and immediately rolled into tube and was perfect).RUN FROM THIS PLACE
