Very helpful staff. Had just what I needed at a decent price.

Customers are given privacy to do their shopping/browsing. Upon asking a question staff is always happy to help explain or suggest products that would accomodate your wishes. Well run, clean, and always being updated. 10/10 would go again.

It was okay until they stopped monitoring their online reviews and questions. They hardly answer the if they do lately just been rude. Ill be taking my business elsewhere after a almost 1k$ spent they obviously dont need my business Im sure the next establishment will considering what I spend each month at that store. Glad I havent been back this just puts the proof into my pudding. As for Cleveland tn you can keep it too. When i went in the store there were two people behind the counter and no other customers in the store. Both employees seemed like they would rather be somewhere else rather than dealing with customers (doing their job). I was told I couldnt bring my purse in the store. I said Really?! Ive been in this store many times and have never been told that, and had my purse each time because my WALLET with my MONEY is in my purse!!!!!! Wal-Mart is a much bigger store and doesnt ask that of their customers! I understand the problems of theft in stores, as I was a store manager for years; however, this is ridiculous! I left without purchasing anything and they seemed relieved not to have to deal with another customer. Definitely were not concerned about sales! Will not go back again!!!

Babylon is a well run retail store for adults. For your privacy they do not try to give you a tour asking what you need or are looking for. Your welcome to browse and make selections in privacy. If you need help or have any questions they are happy to assist you. Answering all questions about products.The selections are above most other stores. They can even order that special product you would like.The owner/operators are very plesant and courteous. They do request no bags or purses be brought in. I have seen people shoplift products by placing them in their bags. This helps everyone by keeping prices lower and no one has to endure police coming in to arrest shoplifters, asking other patrons questions and disturbing their visit.I was first introduced to Babylonby a relative when she took me there for butane and a lighter. Her intention was to embaress me with questions about other products. When it failed she was perplexed and asked why nothing about it bothered me. My answer was,only in America will you find people uncomfortable with sex products, videos and clothing. The rest of the world find it perfectly natural even healthy behavior. Most Nations do not even equate nudity with sex. Only here with our taught behavior and incorrect beliefs concering nudity, sexual behavior, sex aids and different ways to achieve sexual satisfaction. Our suppressed emotions concerning sex ultimate leads to confusion, needless shame of self and others. This leads to bad behavior, contributes to sexual assaults and phycological damage. We have the highest rate of such crimes and mental disordersNot embaressed to make purchases for others who want the products but are ashamed to do it theirself only proves the point.Citizens be yourself shop, select and purchase the products you want either educational, sexual stimulants, sexual aids or clothing. Upon entering we were greeted and treated as unwanted patrons from the second we arrived. The staff was unhelpful and condescending and even if the materials on the walls were intended for adult entertainment I could have done with out seeing racially slurred martials such as Slant Eyed Babes on the shelves. Maybe its because I spent many years stationed in Asia and have a deep admiration for Asians. I would avoid this shop unless you just have no other choice , Also dont event pull out a vaporizer without being talked down to for spreading second hand smoke. While the store was clean, the staff did not talk to us (my husband and I) until we checked out. I was not asked if I needed help finding anything. The woman at the register checked to see if the toy worked but did not show me it did, nor did she wear any gloves whole handling the product which is unsanitary. I felt very unwelcome. The staff seemed like she didnt want to be there.
