A nice trail that meanders along the Yadkin River on the west side of Tanglewood Park. You wind up in a field that is preserved as a bird sanctuary. It is about 2 miles in and 2 out. The ground is uneven in some places and sandy in others, but it is a pretty easy hike. The parking area is just west of the main entrance to Tanglewood Park on the left, immediately before the bridge.
Didnt enjoy this trail at all. U couldnt see the river because of the trees & most of the trail was no where near the water.
