Worst place to live! We have been here two years and our rent has been raised three times! This place picks and chooses who follows the rules! We moved here two years ago from Alaska and regret moving our home here! No place for kids to play. Beware this place is horrible ! Ask the residents around here and you’ll see I am not lying! But hey if you love new rules all the time and rent increase by 40$ yearly then I guess this place is for you! They have corporate drive through here all the time and nit pick if you have a mower under your porch or if your kids bike is by your porch! Too much stress can’t wait to get this loan and move!

Very nice and maintained. The people are great and the community seems strong.

Haven’t even lived here for a full year and they’re already upping the rent. They’re also not too nice with how you park considering my sister and I constantly have to be moving our cars so the other can leave our driveway and they won’t let us park side by side. Also the people here really let their kids do whatever they want. Anytime my parents or friends come to visit they have to be careful because the kids like to jump in front of the cars like it’s a game, it’s really annoying.
