New staff wants adult league out. Games during the week are a routine ghost town whereas only a few years ago you had multiple games on multiple fields every night. Literally one game with one set of umpires one time slot at a time. Disclaimer- This has nothing to do with the virus, this has been going on since new management took over. If games get rained out, which they obviously do, they no longer make them up and don’t even pro rate the payments. Pretty much eliminated home runs and there aren’t even playoffs-just blatantly apparent they are trying to phase out adult league, even though that’s where they make their money and what’s thrived there not that long ago. Best fields in the region run by the worst management. No clue what they’re thinking.

Wow! Things have really changed at this complex with the staff. Came here in 2014 and 2015 and it was awesome. They were friendly and helpful.Yesterday it took 20 minutes to get through the gate. If you were paying cash, you could go around. The problem was that they didnt tell you. When a staff member finally told us to go to the last table to pay, it was wrong. The workers were very rude. 2 bands on your wrist for the weekend. Going in this morning and you have to take the wrist bands off, get 2 tickets, give them to the next person, go to another person to get another wrist band.Then through security and have one of the staff harass you to dump a mouthful of coffee out of your mug!They way I see it, the staff thinks the are above everyone and are very condescending!Remember, its Florida! You rely on tourism to support your economy.Poor job by all!

The bathroom was hella hot inside though

I like.to encourage young people to stay involved in sports. This complex is a great resource.

Needs more parking, no shades over bleechers but the trees help a lot with the shade.

2019 came from Oregon should have saved our money. The shuttle was good. From there downhill. Lack of seating. Ran out of food and water first day. Had to sit through the game ahead to have a seat for the game you want to see. No clearing of stands. No shade. Lack of dedicated handicapped seating. Excuse we heard was we didn’t know that many people would come. If I remember the tickets were sold out should have been a clue to someone. Will we be back not a CHANCE

Went for first time to both parks. Enjoyed the games very much. Will do again. Was a little disappointed with cost of food and really disappointed that t-shirts not for sale. If you charge $4 for a hot dog think of what you would get for a t-shirt. Set-up at field 1&3 was great but at 8&9 was a little on the sloppy joe side. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Think that if games in the future bring people as it did this time you need to think about covered bleaches. Sitting in the sun from 8 to 8 is a get not tan but sunburn.

Great fields for slowpitch adult softball, but the #1 field to be rained out due to coordinator and umps that do not care that just want to be paid

This was a great place when I visited, and for the most part, enjoyed the complex. The only reason I wont give it 5 stars is because I had my registered service pet with me, and I was informed we dont allow pets here and the dog needs to be taken outside the park. After nicely informing him of her service pet status and advised I had her paperwork, the response was a bit snappy and rude, then after I see the paperwork we can let her stay, until then, she has to go. The gentleman was nowhere to be found so that I could show the paperwork and was not allowed to take her back in per other staff. This gentleman had to approve it. Needless to say, I hope not to deal with those jerks again.

The fields are well kept, and there is ample parking. Great place for softball tournaments! Would love to see them start accepting credit cards!

Excellent fields, but the parking is usually atrocious. Since there are no lines in some parking lots, people park very haphazardly, wasting a lot of space. Facilities are nice.

Feb 17-19, 2017. This was our second trip to Clearwater for the Michelle Smith Softball Tournament, which benefits Childrens Pediatric Cancer. Our first trip was in 2016. The Eddie C. Moore Softball is a wonderful complex. The City of Clearwater does a wonderful job staffing the facility!The only complaint I have is the shortage of handicapped parking spaces at the entrance -- only THREE designated handicapped parking spaces.

Seating was limited and awful. From the bleachers on the baselines, couldnt see the entire field. One field, couldnt even see the batters. Poor design.

Fields are well maintained but do not drain well.Many games are rescheduled or canceled as a consequence of flooding.

There are two complexes about a block apart from one another. Be aware of that.

Great park, one of few in florida with shade between fields.

What a great tournament for the GSA World Series

No maintenance crews on site needs to have someone out here drying it with a blower needs more maintenance crews for all the fields in the area

Could use changing area for people to change their clothing. Had to wait awhile to use the toilet because of people changing their clothing in the stalls.
