Its a wonderful venue, the only problem is there is no center aisle, so you have to climb over about 30 people to get in and out of your center seats.

Ruth Eckerd Hall is beautiful! Best concert hall in Tampa Bay! The remodeling has been finished and last night was my first time there since its been done. I wish II had taken pics of the entrance and lobby but we were running late. We saw STYX and they were great! Theyve still got it! Vocals were spot on!Love those guys️

There really isnt a bad seat for a view at Ruth Eckerd Hall. All seats also have lots of leg room. Only issue with seats is if youre in the middle you have to walk past lots of people to get to your seats. Fortunately not everyone has to get up since in general there is enough leg room.Main thing they need to work on here is the parking! Every time we are here for a show it takes forever to get out. They need to learn a better system of merging people out from different lots and parts of lots, so youre not seating in your car for a half hour before you even begin to move!

I like the Venue. BUT WHEN YOUR DISABLED WITH WALKER and you wait and wait and out comes a beautifully styled young woman walking fine make up perfect. No limp. I was devastated. Because it was to late for me..I had waited so long. MAYBE AN ATTENDANT AT THE LADIES ROOM WOULD BE HELPFUL. Or 2 disabled restrooms there are more than one disabled person at your events. This will keep me from coming again...it wasnt pleasant sitting there

The new renovated Ruth Eckerd Hall looks amazing. Love the new lights in the main lobby, it all looks clean and sleek. Great venue. Didnt look to be a bad seat in the house. The only negative was that there are no center aisles so everyone had to get to the center section my going from one end or the other. So if youre sitting on the end of an aisle, there is constantly someone making their way past you. Otherwise, a great place!

So I paid for my tickets to Lindsey Stirling MONTHS in advance and they said were allowed to film for the FIRST 2 AND yet some A-hole from security was trying to touch me and to tell me I couldnt film.Has NO IDEA who I am how many followers I have how much I paid for my tickets and that he obviously wasnt listening when they said that for the first two songs we could film--But, I WAS.I do a lot of things with the media I have a film and radio background. I appreciate artists. Ive been in SAG/AFTRA for 20 something years. I AM A voice OVER artist, producer, director. Done a lot of things in my life and what I dont appreciated some F ng person from security and trying to pretend I have no right to record when I was given permission for the first two songs.People who are bad employees should be fired immediately because they do not listen and they dont know how to appreciate the people who are fans in the audience pay the tremendous amount of money for the tickets and were told that them right to participate in the first two songs and then stop recording which I immediately did.

We were at the Joe Bonamassa concert on Feb 25. Joe was amazing. The venue was not. We pad $300 per ticket for 3 seats. The entire concert we had people getting up to go get drinks. This was happening in the row in front of us as well causing people to stand in front of us and blocking our view. As the evening went on, the people in our isle were so drunk they were falling on us going back and forth. I tried contacting Ruth Eckerd admin and did not get a response. This was the second event we went to there in the past 2 months. Martin and Short seemed to be free of this type of activity. The bar should be closed during the concert. I guess the Halls desire to make more money superseded the experience of their patrons. Dont think we will be back.

Three of us went to the salute to Vienna. Yes it was a lovely night out and the special treat to hear a full orchestra but the music were unfamiliar to the entire audience and not as entertaining as we had hoped.there were two selections at the very very end which were wonderful and engaged the audience. But we probably wont buy tickets for next year unless we know exactly what pieces will be performed. There is a certain expectation to that performance and it was not met.

Update: I went to a sold-out performance of the Kingston Trio, with 2100+ others. I was almost the last car, and most patient driver, and I still got out within 30 min. Try that at another venue!Original:I dont think there is a bad seat in this auditorium. All have good view of the stage and good sound. You do want to be careful to go into the correct side (east or west) because there are no aisles that let you get to the other side once you go up the stairs. The seats are comfortable enough, and there is enough room for later-comers to pass by. Even though we took the elevator, we had to either go up or down stairs to get to our seats. I could not believe that they serve food including popcorn! We enjoyed the performance so much that I got on the website and made a list of all the things I want to go to in the next six months-- Kingston Trio, 112 yrs of Broadway, etc. My calendar is full!

First time seeing a show here. The venue is a small older theater with tight aisles. If you have a middle seat you have to walk from the outside in. We purchased seats, and we ended up in the very last row of this theater,. Even though we were in nos ed bleed area, we almost had center row seats. The music was not to loud, and the performances were excellent. The acoustics were excellent. There was no bright lights shinny in your eyes, and the voice entertainers could be heard very clearly. Although this hall brings in an amazing assortment of performers, parking is a nightmare, and the long rows of seats with no aisles make for a dangerous situation. In case of fire or terrorist attack, everyone would be dead. I am amazed that the Fire Marshall allows these long rows with no reasonable way out. Going to the bathroom during a performance is terribly difficult, as you need to wake past 50 or more seated folks in a very tight aisle. Not a pleasant experience for folks with limited mobility.

Plus desert of either fresh cut fruit or a slice of raspberry cake.Every part of the meal was tasty, including the chicken breast, which as we all know is usually dry at these kinds of venues...
