This was a very nice and CLEAN park! All of the employees were so polite and friendly, Cody in particular. He was such a nice and friendly guy! If you are worried about the health and safety of you and your family, I will say the entire hour and a half that my friends and I were there, they had at least one person walking around cleaning different things. We were very impressed with the trip (over an hour) that we made to go and visit this park! We will definitely be coming back and bringing more of our friends!

There were no staff around to assist. The ones you did see were to busy doing their own thing and were not paying attention. My grandson was waiting in line up on a padded box area for the trapeze, talking to another little boy, when a little girl came up on the platform and pushed him off. No staff said a word or came around. This is not a good family atmosphere if you have children 6 or under!

Came tonight because it was 14+. Workers werent paying any attention to the jumpers. Had a group of 5 kids, possibly ages 10-13, cussing up a storm, had kids sitting on the trapeze bar and hanging from their knees. No parents were in the park, just jumpers and workers who were all gathered at exit talking, or jumping themselves. Saturday night is suppose to be ages 14+ from what Ive been told. Also saw like 3 little kids, maybe age 9, with no parents around. Wish rules would Actually be enforced, and workers would do their job.

This place is great for the community and kids who have little to no outlets in this city. A lot of things come and go in Clarksville - and there is little to replace it. Kids need an affordable outlet - and I consider this affordable. People call it expensive, but I wouldnt say it is anymore expensive than taking your kids to a movie.$20 for two hours seems reasonable to me. They also have those club nights on the weekends, which I believe is the same price but the time frame is like 9-12.If $20 is too much for your kid to have some fun - then stop having kids, - of course if you have a Brady Brunch - it is going to add up. Also just buy the $3 socks once and dont throw them away - it isnt that hard. This place is actually cheaper than The City Forum, actually. If your kid is of age/maturity - they have no problem with dropping the little one off - which is great if you want to get away for a bit.The only thing I would state they need to work on is the marketing of the events - just went by to check out the Pillow Fight Lock In - and there was only about 15 kids and it started in 10 minutes.Im pretty sure if they did decent marketing campaign - they would have had a better turnout.Their lock-in is 8pm-12am for $30, and they feed them pizza. Thats cheaper than a babysitter. You cant beat that - just felt bad because there was only a handful of kids there during Spring Break week.

Their monthly membership fees start at $17 per month. For that deal, we can jump 2 hours max.a day everyday- more than plenty for good exercise for my 8 yr old son. I pick the not so crowded hours to enjoy this place. Their staff members are very helpful. We always have a great time there.

Very nice place, tons of parking. The staff was very friendly. The prices are reasonable, you do have to buy their socks but they are about $3.50 so budget for that, don’t forget to bring them back when you return, or they’ll make you buy another pair.If you are a new customer you have to sign a waiver but is valid for a year, other than that it was a quick process; pay, wear bracelet, put the P3 socks and go play!

Aside from the occasional booger picker walking by, the place was clean and buzzing with happy families! I bought tickets quickly at the register as a part of a birthday party, realized I had bought too many and got a refund for the one extra ticket immediately! I suggest taking crisp dollar bills for drinks from their machines so you do t have to swipe your debit card for a Gatorade every 10 minutes to keep the kids happy! We always rent a locker to store shoes and drinks. I get a separate locker for my purse to keep the kids from spilling anything in/on my bag!

My kids and I have come to this place more times than I can even remember. I love when they are able to get out and do something active rather than being stuck behind a screen all day long. We always start with an hour of air time and then add on another if they decide they want to jump some more. The staff there are very attentive and the kids are always able to do whichever activity they want (sometimes they might have to wait for a kid or two to go first). The facility is always clean and they are very good at explaining the rules/process to you if you havent been before.

Having never had tried a trampoline park before, we were all super excited to see what this new craze is all about! And all four of us absolutely loved it! Youll start by signing a waiver, then choosing how long youll be jumping for and purchasing a park of their anti-slip socks. Once thats all done, youre off! They have a ninja-warrior style area with obstacles, rows of trampolines, a rock wall, a dodgeball area, trapeze bar with foam pit, jousting, and a toddler area with trampolines and a foam pit for the smaller ones. We had the best time and even us parents got in on the action! But I could see how this would be a great place to take your kids when youre tired and they have more energy than you do.

We usually go on Saturday mornings for Kid Jump (6 and under). Last Saturday (2/22) and we were told they were no longer doing kid jump on Saturdays (the website still reports they are doing kid jump on Saturdays). Instead of paying $11 we ended up paying for one child plus an adult ($28). Also, we were then surrounded by kids over the age of 6, which limited us to certain ares due to safety (i.e dodge ball was not the best idea). Besides this, we still had a blast- the trampoline and activities available are very fun for kids and adults of all ages.

You will never get out. I gave you fair warning. Stick to dodge ball and the trampolines. Other than that its a fun place for the kids and adults too. They have seating so you can watch your kids even if you arent jumping. Also 2 massage chairs that you can pay to use while you wait for your kids.

Daughters have been wanting to go since our last visit in late May 2018. This visit was a bit disappointing, the place was very limited on staff. The last time we came they had personnel supervising/ managing the trapeze swing which is my oldest daughter’s favorite memory of this place. Today it was me, which I don’t mind but then children were lining up expecting me to do retrieve the swing as normally I’d happily oblige but with all the items you waive and the ages of some of those children I wouldn’t assume that risk. I would hate for something to happen to a child and be the one left to explain why their child had a knot on their head. Anyways, there was some of the trampolines blocked off due to painting and I understand they are undergoing changes in management and will no longer be recognized as Planet 3.... then there were several locations that there were gaps between trampolines which with a bit of TLC could avoid unnecessary injuries. There has been some additions in the past 9 months I did notice but doesn’t forgive the worse part... it smells like a mans locker room in those sponge pits. Is there not a contracting agency that can wash them and keep them on some type of rotation??? It sounds like a great opportunity for someone to start that business and prevent the next spread of skin diseases, i.e: scabies, athletes feet, ring worm... anywho all of you who can get past that enjoy. Don’t let me be your Debbie Downer but for this mom... No thanks!

You have to purchase their socks - keep up with them and put them in glovebox so you don’t have to buy another pair last min on a return visit.2. Look on Groupon for discounts that could save you a ton of money!3. Remind your child how important safety is for themselves and for those around them.

1st visit for us. Compared to other trampoline parks its pretty good. The staff out on the structure could be a little nicer to the kids though. I know it can be annoying to have a bunch of crazy kids running around, but a smile, or a simple hello would be more inviting. EVERY SINGLE employee on the floor had a very big case of RBF. The front desk employees were decent. I believe the gentleman that helped us was named Carlos and he was very pleasant and extremely helpful I give him a 5. I told them two times that the restroom was out of paper towels and they still never filled them. Drink machines were quite empty. The facility itself was decently maintained but room for improvement for sure. I think we will be going to Nashville from now on unless it improves.

Please be aware that Planet 3 does little to keep children and adults safe. There is little monitoring, no rules and not enough workers on the dangerous tumbling areas or dodgeBall. Unsupervised small children are allowed to run over the facility and across all trampoline mats while others are attempting to do difficult tumbling routines. It is a free for all just waiting for the next injury to happen.Every visits there is serious accident due to lack of rules and monitoring the areas. Our last visit, a child was seriously injured with an orbital fracture blowout which required emergency surgery and this child still continues to experience double vision. There’s a reason you have to sign your life away before entering this unsafe facility. Go to a facility in Nashville where safety is their top priority. You’ll see the difference and wonder how Planet 3 can stay open...only because they are the only trampoline park in Clarksville.
