EDIT: THIS COMPANY BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK SO THAT I CANNOT LEAVE A REVIEW.If I could give zero stars I would. This joke of a company even blocked me on Facebook so that I cannot leave a review. I am disgusted by this company! After pushing through March tuition payments for two classes totaling almost $300.00 they closed their doors after the evening of the very first class due to the virus (which I understand) what I cannot wrap my head around after speaking with the owner is that they will not refund the March tuition payments. I was very real and raw with them about how the virus is impacting us financially and how we desperately need the funds back especially seeing as how the class no longer exists. I was told they DO NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY and they can only apply the payments as credit towards classes in the future. THIS IS NOT A SMALL BUSINESS THAT IS STRUGGLING. They do not care about their students wellbeing’s or how they are being affected by all of this. I will NEVER put another cent in to this company.

Infinity cheer took off my review. It was a detailed review of how my money was taken due to my daughter being sick. They did not give me any refund by money or makeup classes. The teachers have lots of drama. And my daughter did not improve in her cheer abilities. Instead my daughter improved at her new cheer gym. It’s very unfortunate Infinity would take off an honest review and many others. It shows their character as a business.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!I’ve had the worst experience with this company. Brooke took my money and treated my kids poorly. They talked terrible about other parents when they would leave and make fun of the kids that wasn’t as good as others. Straight bullies! Brooke says she was in cheer in the past but I CANT SEE IT.....

Brooke is amazing! She cares so much for each of her athletes. She has spent countless hours dedicating her extra time to help my daughter build skills and confidence necessary for high school cheer. We highly recommend Brooke and this gym!

We love this gym so much! My kids have been doing classes here for two years. We have two children in the Ninja Warrior Class. They have so much fun with Coach Josh. I love that they do different obstacles each week. They come out of class happy and tired which is a win-win for me. My daughter does tumble bear with Coach Abby. She is great with the little ones. They also offer a discount where the 3rd child is free!

My 7 year old granddaughter was visiting for the summer so I enrolled her in classes so shed have something to do and to try something new. The instructors are awesome and the facility is clean and safe. She had the time of her lufe and is looking forward to next summer.

My honest opinion is this place should be shut down. Do not waste your money! They are going to respond with the same reply they do all the bad reviews to trick google into removing them but it don’t work that way. You do have records of all the other parents bringing their children there and they we sure have prof we have been there! I hope this company will stop taking advantage of other family like myself and find something else they may could be good at.

Staff & management are very caring and positive. We checked out three other gymnastic facilities before we decided on American Twister. We have been here for over a year and have had an amazing experience ever since!

The staff at ICT are phenomenal. Always friendly, always willing to spend extra time with kids to help them develop their skills. They work very hard and are dedicated to getting the best out of the kids.

ICT has been wonderful for our daughter! She has grown so much in both tumbling skills as well as cheer. The coaches are devoted to each child and love them like their own! We are proud to be an ICT family! #infinitynation #proudtobeict

I love how the staff responds to two other reviews in the same fashion. They have “no recollection”? I’m sorry but I do recall that incident. The staff does not pay attention to people’s needs. I have a handful to say too

We have been taking classes for a year and I couldnt say more great things. My daughter loves her coaches and has learned so much!! Thank you so much for being my daughters second home.

My daughter was previously enrolled in classes at this facility. I now realize there were several red flags I simply did not notice before. First, is the lack of facility photos. Also, the website claims there is a closed circuit system to allow parents to watch. There was a tv in the room, but all the times I was there, is was never on. The only way to see my daughter, was to peak through a cut out doorway. The website also claims the facility and waiting area are air conditioned. However, the waiting area was extremely hot. The only air conditioning available was a large fan. Even the class information was inaccurate. According to the site information there is a Tumble Turtle class and a Tumble Bear class. But there is no Turtle class. The class time given on the site was different from the time I was told when I called. My daughter now attends a much nicer facility, Action Gymnastics. I did not know what I was missing. Now I am able to watch my daughter the entire time from a viewing room with glass walls. The area used for the class was much larger and included better equipment. Unlike American Twisters, all of this can be seen in the numerous facility photos. My one star rating is more about what is missing from American Twisters. There was very little Gymnastics equipment. Its mostly open floors and trampolines. I didnt see balance beams, uneven bars, or anything of the like that you would expect to find in a gymnastic facility. I wish, Id known before enrolling my daughter, that there was a better option. The biggest difference is the ability to watch my little girl.

Came here for a birthday party in October and signed my grand babies up for class. They love their class with Miss Paige. Friendly staff and very clean. Can’t wait to start cheerleading here in January.

I have had my fair share of not so great gyms that I, myself have worked at as a coach and that my daughter has cheered and tumbled at. We have currently have been at American Twisters/Infinity Cheer for about a year and have been greeted by the most professional coaches and staff as well as the friendliest group of parents. My daughter has not had ANYTHING negative to say, she loves her new friends and says her coach the nicest coach she has ever had. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else. This is truly the place to be! I honestly believe my daughter will do great things being apart of this gym.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. Staff is rude and there is a lot of drama between them. Your child will not succeed here. There are plenty of other places you can go. I wasted my money for 3 years here.

My autistic daughter started attending here by attending a Parents Night Out and a free cheer clinic. She loved it so much that when I found out they were starting a special needs cheerleading team I signed my daughter up. She is now a cheerleader and she loves it. They have an awesome friendly and helpful staff and I highly recommend them.

Best place around! We love all the coaches and the gym! Amazing! My daughter has grown so much in so many ways being there. Its like a 2ns home to us! Everyone should check it out! Great cheer program and tumble team

My daughter has been a student here since she was three years old. She loves it! The staff is amazing the amount she has learned is so impressive. Im so proud to say were part of this gym. My daughter also participates on the All-Star cheerleading squad, we love the program, we love the sport, we love the coaches and we are proud to be ICT!

American Twisters is the BEST gym! The coaches are so caring and encouraging. Kellie, Brooke, and Sam are all amazing with the kids. My daughter has been in recreational classes, on a competative cheer team, and on the tumbling team. I am always so amazed at the skills she learns and the confidence she gets from her coaches. The equipment here is first class. I LOVE the positive encouragement that this gym believes in. I am truly thankful for what this wonderful gym has given to us. My familys experience here at American Twisters has been very great. We have two children in classes there and they absolutely enjoy being coached by Brian. He has been very great at teaching my daughters. The staff there always have a great attitude and are willing to coach any child. My family would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for a great place for their children to learn great skills.

My girls started taking classes this summer and in the short amount of time have learned so much. My 9 year old couldnt do a cartwheel and she is already doing her back walkover and front walkover and can almost do her backhandspring. We couldnt be happier.

This place is like our second home! We love American Twisters. My daughter is 6 years old and already competing on Novice levels for Tumble Team. She has only been tumbling there for a little over a year on the team. The head coach is also the owner and she is AMAZING! We are so happy we found this gym! I wish we had found it a lot sooner than we did!

When my daughter Lorna started taking classes in Dec. 2010 she was a complete newbie, now she is a member of the tumble time and has been since Sept. 2011. My other daughter Bryttani will never be a great tumbler, but they have always treated her great. The entire staff is wonderful, especially Kellie and Sam.

Cheering here us an absolute blessing and privilege. I was treated with respect and love. I became family with this amazing gym. You couldnt go anywhere better.

My 13 yr old son just had a birthday party here and I highly recommend you try this place out! The kids had a wonderful time and are all asking to go back.

As a tumbler at American twisters, I walk in and instantly feel like family. Super nice coaches that push you to your limits and get you more progressive truly love American twisters!

I’m very confused why this cheer team has such great reviews. I know a lot of families will agree with me that this is not the place to place your child in!-Parents are not allowed in the gym area. You have to sit in an enclosed room with a small tv screen to watch your child. If you choose to step into the gym, you are kicked out and given a warning.-Your child will only go so far with their abilities here. They will be very limited. It’s hard to be challenged and hard to feel like you are professionally trained.-My child was placed in prep. However when we left to a well known gym, she was placed on a team that competes at the ACA and in a high division. I was very confused why they placed her at such a low level compared there. At her new cheer team, she learned how to do back tucks within one week. INSANE!-The owner does not care about your child. She only wants money and will do whatever it takes to make it appear like you will be getting the best out of your money. 30 minute private and classes are way too overpriced. Your child will not learn as much as you will be expecting-I’m more than positive that the owner is pushing current parents to post high ratings on Google and their Facebook. It’s unfortunate these aren’t actual reviews.Overall, DO NOT ATTEND INFINITY. It will only frustrate you more and more the time you are enrolled there.

I will never bring my children to another clinic at this gym, I paid $135 to be told I was not allowed to watch my children. The only available way to watch was via poor quality video from the pro shop. This was a stunt clinic, only 8 parents total stayed all standing off to the side quietly watching until the gym staff informed us we had to leave.

I love American Twisters! I am a highschool cheerleader and absolutely love going to the gym. They have the perfect equipment for me to practice my skills and achieve my goals. The instructors are extremely helpful to me and always strive for me to do my best. I wouldnt go to any other gym!

I have cheered with these coaches for 10 years now and they are absolutely amazing! They will go out of their way to help you get the skills you need and become a better athlete!! It was truly a blessing to have them as coaches!!

The worst management in town. I have been told nothing but lies time after time. They dont care about the kids just the money and Ive heard Brooke on many occansins talk about other kids and their parents behind their back. This is a terrible environment for any chid to be in and we have been with the gym for 2 years now and it has totally changed when Brooke took over. LAST PLACE IS GOOD TO THEM> They have teens that dont know anything about cheer teach class and are mean to the kids. I would recommend to check out other gyms in the area. You wont be happy here.

We love this place! Kellie and Sam are amazing and so is all of their staff! Brooke was Madison cheer coach last year and she was amazing, she is one the most caring person I have ever meet and so is coach kellie! ! Sometimes people look for the best price that they can find to us its finding the perfect match, I want someone who is going to teach my child and treat them as their own and I feel 100% that everyone here makes my child do her best and help her any way they can!

We really enjoy traveling up from Georgia each year to attend their Trampoline and Tumbling meets!

We love American Twisters homeschool tumbling class that meets on Tuesdays! Great small class size means more individualized attention! And great teachers are just the icing on the cake!
