How can u have your light on for register 4, be standing at the register, and tell us your not open with that bah humbug attitude? Wife and I proceed back to the line only for you to then yell that register 4 is open not 30 seconds later. It never fails trying to check out of Michaels that it appears like the employees do not enjoy their jobs. We literally have to prepare ourselves to checkout. At this point I suggest we eliminate their jobs and install the self checkout lanes so we can actually enjoy our shopping trips here.

Can find most crafting needs. Love their stamps collection. Their seasonal items are very cool, especially on 40% off + 30% off on sales item with coupon....

Im very upset, i took a trip here today and upon arriving there was a gentleman leaving with his dog. Thats not my problem, the problem is is that 20 minutes later I happened to STEP in dog poop. Just looking up from where I stepped in it there was three employees who should have seen that well before considering it was there for a while. And when I went to tell them there was already another woman with her daughter, this little girl slipped and fell in it. =( Im beyond disgusted that I had to clean dog poop off my shoes, more so mad that it wasnt even from my own dog. Not even a service animal.

First time I walk into any retail store and actually see employees practicing sanitization precautions between each customer for covid. Very nice to know they actually care.

Always have a love for arts and crafts. Prices are a little higher on somethings however they usually have anything I need.

This Michaels compared to most was on the smaller side and hard to find things.I needed help looking for an item but the only employees I could find were on registers and the wait in line was outrageous.Id say that it was ok...overall.Compared to Hobby lobby its definitely easier to find things but that is comparison.Id go back since it was my first time. Could be a fluke day.

Employees here have always been courteous (e.g. custom framing, checkout, help around the store), but today the manager, Laura, went above and beyond with her helpfulness and efficiency on my return; as such, I am compelled to leave the 5-star review for everyone to know!! Sometimes the selection is limited because we are in small town Clarksville, but the consistent, positive shopping experience will maintain my loyalty. Kudos to Michaels Clarksville!! Keep up the good work!!!

I love this store. It has a great selection of products, but is small enough that it avoids the often-overwhelming supermarket atmosphere of another area craft store. And the company regularly provides great coupons, to offset the rising cost of arts and crafts.I love their Recollections cardstock.I love their selection of stencils. I love that they have vinyl by-the-sheet (I hope they still do; I havent done any vinyl cutting for several months). I love their jewelry supplies. I love their storage solutions.Michaels was my very first craft store experience, back in the 90s, and then they closed and broke my heart. Im very happy that the store returned to Clarksville, after maybe 15 or so years.

Called before getting here to find out if they price match an item to walmart. The person I spoke to said yes. Upon arrival I spoke to the person at register and she tells me that they received an email days ago about that specific item not being able to be price matched! Wasted time and gas for nothing. Before speaking to the person in the register I asked someone on the floorand that person gave me attitute telling me she can’t help and I have to speak to someone in register. Will not be coming back to this Michaels. People should find another job if they hate where they work so badly!

Awful service in this store. They made an announcement they were closing in 5 minutes, we took everything we needed and ran, and when we arrived at the cashier they told us they already closed. Why the hell would they even let us in in the first place? Thats so stupid. Never coming back at least to this one in Clarksville, TN.

I was in the store at 6:55 and was looking for just 2 black shirts I had seen online “in stock” and as soon as I approached someone to ask they rudely pointed at the door and said, “we are closed.” I am not very fond of this at all I was the last customer it wasn’t like I had just walked in at 6:59 I was in the store before the closing time just to get 2 small items but couldn’t because it was closing time.

I have only been to a Michaels this one time but it was a good shopping experience. There were employees just inside the entrance that offered free balloons to my 2 and 6 year old. Like most kids, they were super excited. The employees were very helpful and checkout was fast. Highly recommend shipping at this Michaels.

I love the selection here. Its pricey unless you MAKE SURE you sign up for their free rewards! Then you can go to the store and pull the coupon up through email and scan. It changes constantly but there is usually a 40 to 60% coupon to be found weekly.

This place is the best place to get really low prices to get great quality things. I bought different sized canvases for my Brother for Christmas it was going to be $19.99 which that is really cheap considering how it cost at other stores. But then I saw the for sale sign and it said that 8x10-16x20 were on sale each for $8.99. Go to Michaels in Clarksville,TN today on 12-11-18 it will save you a lot of money trouble.

They have lots of great craft making things but not everything they have a small selection of tape and yarn. Theres 3 craft stores in the area so if I cant find what i need here i go to the other stores. They also have crafting classes which is a plus.

This Michaels location its always well stocked, clean and organized. The staff is helpful and friendly here as well. There is somewhat of a steep entrance, so those utilizing mobility assistance need to be somewhat prepared for that. The entrance ramp is around a 20 degree angle.
