Super clean an well kept. Kids had a blast wish they offered better discounts cause $60 dollars FOR ONE HOUR is just crazy for 3 small children and 1 adult....Wouldnt visit this place regularly or more than 3 times a year

Party room was spacious and clean. Sanitizer readily available. Had a wonderful time with Jesse , his first birthday was a success

The kids had a good time but unfortunately we had to leave early. They are definitely not enforcing the mask mandate or social distancing. I get it, hard to enforce at a trampoline park. But not hard to enforce for staff and parents that are just standing around.

I liked it when you pay for everything else the snacks are very cheap but the 1 thingthat I would love to make it bigger but that is out of there control.

Perfect place to bring your kids! We visited on Christmas Eve and appreciated the fact that they offered jumping just before a major holiday. It was not crowded and staff working that day were friendly. Reminders: Be sure to call ahead for hours, be prepared to fill-out waivers, pay $14.99 to jump and purchase socks plus have money for vending machine drinks.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.The must unethical business in our area. They are rude, disrespectful, demeaning, dishonest... the list goes on and on. Due to the character restriction on Google reviews, you will have to view my full review on their Facebook page. I will never return to this horrible establishment.

It was fun. Best time to go is as soon as they open. They also do not enforce the mask or social distancing gidelines. I saw serval employess either not wearing mask or wearing them around thier necks as well as just about every visitor or 95% of them not wearing mask at all. There is also no such thing as social distancing when jumping on any of the trampolines or foam pits. So be carefule going and take your own bottle water because the only driniking fountain they have is not working. It is expensive to go. I paid 345$ for a party of 7, which included 5 kids under 16 and 2 adults for 1 and half hours. Also you will have to sign a waiver before you can jump which basically says you can not sue the staff or company.

We take our 4 yr old son every week. Since COVID it’s scary to take the kids out in public. I feel they go above and beyond (as anyone could do working around kids) too keep everything wiped down and as sanitized as possible. Highly recommend.

Ill never be back after being here several times. They jack the price up to over $20 a head after 7:30 which is ridiculously outrageous and then wont give kids water when their one and only drinking fountain doesnt work. They will be glad to charge you for water from a bottle though. Money pit from hell. No morals or ethics. Shame on you money hungry idiots.

Kids loved it. Some birthday parties going on. Good staff, someone in every area watching for problems. Took special care with the dodgeball area. Manager patrolled the floor staying in touch with his staff. Snack bar and well kept bathrooms. Very good time.

My children ages 7 and 9 LOVED IT. Staff is very friendly, helpful and approachable. More than just trampolines. Dodge ball, rockwalls, and Ninja warrior type challeges. Cafe for drinks, and plenty of cubbys for shoes. Paid $14.99 for an hour, so a little procy. The name Xtremenasium isnt super catchy nor very easy to say or remember, I feel like that might cause some business issues. Overall I highly recommend!

I love going here. It was a gift from my boyfriends mum. My brother, sister, me and him all went. Its real safe and there is plenty if room.

My kids had a great time. They literally followed Tristen around to every station... Always had a smile on his face. You could tell he loves working with kids... the rest of the staff was nice as always... we pass up the House of Boom just to come here

We had a lot of fun here. For $20, we spent 1.5 hours jumping around and doing the little obstacle courses. The people working here were all nice. They were all into making sure everyone was having a good time. When you first go in, you have to complete a waiver on an ipad. Or you could complete it online before going. My kid loved it and he wants to have his birthday party here. Highly recommended!

Fun for the whole family! I am 40 years old, with kids of 9, 8, 6, and 5. We all had a blast here. Plenty of space to spread out, and explore your own style.

Awesome place! So much to do from American Ninja Warrior style challenges, to dodge ball, rock climbing, and of course jumping. Highly recommended over other trampoline places.

Very disappointed due to non-compliance COVID-19 with prevention measures. Signs say masks are required for those eight and older but not enforced. I saw various adults and teens without masks. Many staff also had this masks pulled down below their noses or around their necks.

Very fun, good prices. They need to fix the leaks in the roof/ceiling. My son slipped on their floor and hurt his knee, havent been back since.

So many fun things to do! Took the youth from church for an activity and they really enjoyed it! They particularly enjoyed playing the Dodgeball game, which was pretty entertaining to watch, too! You do need special socks that you purchase there, but after the first time, you just always bring those and dont have to pay for the socks again. I cant wait to take my kids sometime! I thought it would be super dangerous, but theyre good about having attendants at each activity to monitor for safety. Definitely a great family activity!

I have taken my kids here a few times and they normally have a good time except for this evening the girl operating the machine that spins around the trampolines was doing so by going way to fast and changing directions intentionally that caught my daughters arm and hurt her shoulder and then was rude about it. Management needs to make sure to train the kids operating these to remember to keep in mind especially young kids are here to play not to be maliciously hurt. If the workers arent mature enough to do the job get rid of them. There was one worker who stepped in and was checking on my daughter and offered ice for her shoulder. So needless to say that it ended her time to jump that we paid for.

It was a fun time it is the first time that I have been there took my daughter. We had a fun time, my daughter didnt want to leave.

TERRIBLE. There was a fight this past Sunday with three men. My daughter was in the middle of this as it happened in the center of the trampoline park. This was not an argument it was a full blown fist fight with one man on the ground.We were not offered any refund or free passes even though we missed out on jumping time.I asked for a manager or the owners number and I was told they were all managers and that they don’t have access to the owner.This is the worst place. I’m giving it one start though because the place is very clean. It’s cleaner that all the other parks in the area.

We really liked this place! It was a lot less crowded then places we usually go in Louisville, and its laid out well so we can watch all the kids at once. My only complaint is an area with a foam pit right next to the thing you jump over that goes in a circle (I dont know what its called sorry), the foam pit is about 2 feet higher than the rest of the floor and one of our kids was playing and fell. No one was hurt but its easy to walk right off the edge there.

This place is very fun for kids and young adults. Lots of different activities. Dodge ball, diving platforms, long stretches to run and flip. There are party rooms and live dj.

Let me first say if I could rate zero stars I would. I am beyond frustrated with the way my family and I were treated. The manager or bouncer that arrived well after we did was so rude to us because HIS team made a mistake. He stood in front of me and yelled I had to have a waiver in order to walk 5 feet behind the counter to get my car seat and diaper bag. He also yelled at my sister and kept interrupting her when she tried to speak. I will not be back to this place. I suggest if you want to go to a trampoline park, go down the street and get treated with respect somewhere else.

The party package is a great deal and the facility provides everything you need except for the food and beverages.

When we first came here we were wearing our own personal socks, that not the long one. They didn’t say anything about it. However, the second time when we went there, we still wore our own sock, and they didn’t say anything at first. However, after we paid and the kids went to jump. The employees told us we must buy their socks. We told them when we first came there they didn’t warn us about that policy. The manager reasoning was because they were out of stock of the socks when we first came there. However, we are for sure there boxes full of socks at the time, because I actually wanted buy one of their sock at time after mine is lost. Liar! This is not about the money problem, but the way the manager attitude to deal with the problem. We saw a lot of the people that time buying their sock. The never warn us next time we need to wear their socks, or must wear long socks. Hate the fact the manager had attitude explain it to us. If the store require us to wear a specific types of sock, we understand and respect it. However, they should of warn us before we pay. Plus, the place is overall great, however the manager attitude is just unbearable.

I’ll start by saying we love this place—the staff is friendly and the kids always have fun. My son loves to bounce here, so we rented a party room for his birthday party today. That was a mistake. They had 11 parties today, and they were overwhelmed. The girl working at the counter was nearly in tears. Also I saw no evidence of management presence; appeared to be completely staffed by teenagers. We waited in line for 25 minutes to check in for our party. Thankfully I got there early. We were told to go to our room, and that was the last time I interacted with a staff member. We had no host to help with the party—which may be the norm for Xtremenasium, but at other places (and we’ve had at least 10 bounce parties before) they have a dedicated staff member to take gifts into the room, and to help with serving drinks, etc. I cut the cake with a plastic spoon. No ice available for drinks. It was a very stressful two hours and I felt embarrassed by how disorganized it was. I’ll continue to take my kids there for jumping after school or on weekend nights, but I’ll never book a party again there and I’d advise you to think twice (or maybe three times) before doing so.

I took my four-year-old for the first time we were there for 5 minutes and he ended up breaking his leg in two places. Divya and tibia bone. we were rushed to the hospital. Before we left they gave us tickets instead of our money back but like we could come anytime soon or even at all. The manager apologized and told us that they were above their capacity limit they were only supposed to have three parties but they had four that day. It was really crowded.I regret going seeing my little boy in pain and pretty much bedridden for most of the summer.

The staff needs to be trained on how to talk to children. None of them seemed thrilled to be working there, and they were constantly yelling at kids in rude tones. My son who is 4 years old was in the area with the bar that spins and you jump over it. The kids were running around jumping over it and the lady didn’t say anything at all, then another staff member took her place and told the kids that they couldn’t move, they had to stay on one trampoline... that was fine, I’m all about my kids following the rules. I made sure to tell him right then that he needed to listen, and he said he was having fun, then the staff member said to my 4 year old, “well you won’t be having fun when I pull you out of there”... Very inappropriate way to talk to someone’s child. I immediately told her I would handle it from there and got him out of there. The staff all were very young and I think could use some information on what’s appropriate and what’s not on how to address children.

Cool staff. Night club type atmosphere with a d.j. on sat after 8 pm, that was pretty dope.5 stars if they had more food options. We almost always go to steak and shake or so some other burger joint after.

My son was the only child at the time of our visit and had nobody to play with. I so surprised how the workers took out and played with him. They were so sweet!

My kids LOVE going here. It is a great way to help them get their energy in check before nap time or the evening time. And seems like a great venue for a childrens party. $10.99 for an hour for kids under something like 10. Keep in mind you will have to pay $3.00 to buy a pair of their socks to wear. After that initial purchase you can use them next time. Ther are rock walls to climb, diving boards into foam pits, ninja courses, smoothie bar, a lounge on a second open level with couches and massage chairs.

This is an amazing trampoline park you and your family will definitely enjoy it I highly recommend visiting this place

We had a flipping good time!! Parents, jump with your kids and make a fool out of yourself at this place. Very family friendly and a great place to make memories! They have rooms to rent for Birthday parties or church groups. You won’t regret it!

Do not let crowds deter you! Even though it was busy when we went, the staff does a good job of managing the crowds. I’m not sure who the gentleman was that was running the moving bar obstacle course, but he made it fun and challenging. A great time was had by all from age 8 to 42.

Excellent experience. Would have a 5 star but the balance beam gladiator attraction is a safety hazard. I was fighting my six year old and i let him knock me off. When i landed it looked like a giant foam pit but I hit concrete. It was shocking and fairly painful.Would have had a 4 star but the owner replied that it was impossible that i hit an incredibly hard surface under the foam. Id advise you check your attraction. It was mid way through the bar on the side closest to the front of the store. Away from the rock wall.Im as honost as they come. If I say I Hit something insanely hard how about you investigate before calling out you paying customers. Unacceptable behaviour.The staff was great.

Great place for the kids to burn off energy. Lots of activities for all ages. CLEAN facilities and they disinfect at least weekly. Definitely got our moneys worth for the time we were there, too. My kids are already looking forward to next time.

Truly.But be you forewarned that I am an adult who tends to be pretty physically careful, and my nose was broken in the first 15 minutes of jumping by a kid who jumped into me.This is NOT a place for kids. And I will never bring mine here.That said I Do -NOT- Blame This Establishment Whatsoever. It was 100% my fault for seeing allll thoseee signssss and signing waivers and still thinking everything would be okay. It wasnt.Id suggest this place get creative to solve this issue of tremendous danger. Maybe use nets, have compartments. Get creative because Ill only come back if it is safe. Right now it isnt.

Always worth every penny

Brought our 5, 6, 10 and 13 year olds. Plenty to do for all of them. Place was clean and well staffed. An hour is definitely long enough as I’ve got some tired puppies. Concessions were very reasonably priced. They allow adults to go in to supervise without paying which is HUGE. Great facility, and Great Experience. We’ll be back!

Is pretty small, and after a while you get bored since there are only really 6 or 7 real things you can do. It doesnt help when its packed with little kids (most being 6 and under at least). It was fun when I was there, but it got boring fast.

It was fun. There is good supervision on all the children and safe for toddlers.

Yeah I was fully prepared to take my step kids here today. Until I saw the rude comment of the owners when someone (not asking for anything in return) warned of a hazard & had hit something hard In the foam pit. Idc what he hit, he hit something & again idc if he said there was a land shark in the pit, it should of been checked out. Not that smartmouth comment the owner made. Between that and how they treated parents of kids with broken bones, I refuse to set foot in there. People need to read through the reviews befor hand. I get kids get hurt, but wow..No wonder the place in Louisville got sued & this one isnt far from it.

We generally have a good time. Today there was an issue where one of our waivers didnt come through and my husband had to miss half of our time waiting in line again to get in.

Had a great time with your family (kids are 4 and 13) both had a blast and were worn out when we left. The bathroom was a little dirty, with toilet paper and paper towels everywhere. They were busy, but we had enough room to do any obstacle we wanted.

WAY better than skyzone. If youre at skyzone, leave NOW and cross the river. Youll thank me. More items, more space, a better staff and comparable, if not cheaper, pricing. Youre welcome.
