Fun family place. We waited a while for our snack bar food(even though the place didnt seem too busy for a Saturday night)Food tasted good.( especially the lemon chicken wings) Lazar tag was awesome. Arcade is relatively large and there was many games to play..at 1dollar each you convert your cash or directly use from bank account into a card making easy to swipe at each game.I liked that my balance appeared each time i swiped This place is enormous. They have go carts and bowling. Ample places to lounge. The temperature of the building (as large as it is) seemed to be just right, with fresh air flowing from the fans above. This helped me to feel save for covid. Bathrooms were well maintained.

We love this place! It would be nice if they expand it even further and get more games, but its so nice to go to and have some fun! They have food and drinks, an arcade type area with games, bowling, a bar, mini golf, virtual reality, laser tag, go karts, and a spin/bumper car type area. I think the prices are fair, but they can rack up if you have a family. The people are always helpful and friendly when we go and even if its busy it never seems overcrowded.

Sam was very helpful and very quick with grabbing drinks. He not only grabbed our drinks and offered to bring them to us but he also had conversations with us that we all enjoyed. Will go again and recommend going and seeing him

This place is the best place Ive been to in a while......way better than Chucky cheese...... great staff..... clean environment...... just a wholesome experience all around...... definitely going back for more fun......loved it....

Issue was corrected with proper service. Good business practice. Josh, the cook was very helpful and polite as well.Came here and it was fun as usual. The food took 32 minutes and we got a large cheese pizza, they told us 15-20. Our pizza was cold upon arrival and clearly sat around. Very disappointed.

Great place but very, very over priced. For 30 bucks per person you would think you could do all the attractions but you can only do half. You can take your kids to Six Flags and Splashing Safari for the same money. Plus, we were told there were things that the toddler could do with a parent when we bought the tickets but we found out that is not true. Save your time and money and go somewhere else unless they come down dramatically on their prices.

The layout was nice because you could easily walk to all of the attractions, but I thought the prices were a little high for the activities

Fantastic attractions and arcade offerings, great staff. Can be somewhat pricey, but the available deals throughout the week make the difference. Very easy to social distance due to large space. Consider visiting if you have the time.

I wasn’t sure if I was going to post this but I was encouraged to after talking to my neighbor facebook group and my virtual bible study group. I walked in The City Forum with my family on a day I won’t specify but it was busy. I turned around and walked right back out. I don’t really think it felt safe to be there. I didn’t see hardly any Employees wearing masks. Cases are spiking right now and it just really looks like that The City Forum just doesn’t care. With or without a mandate to wear masks right now, this is not a good look for such a local staple. My family will be back when changes are made. It is possible to be open safely. This place just isnt doing it. I will refrain from posting photos I took because there are kids in the background.

First off, this place is extremely expensive. One go kart ride which is only 5-6 laps was $17/person. I’ve been to other places that will do 12 laps/ride for a lesser price. Second off, you’re required to fill out a waiver which they didn’t tell us about at the front desk, so had to walk back to the front door after getting in line for the ride. Lastly, they have a small selection of beer priced at $6/drink. After our first 10 min experience, we didn’t want to check out anything else this place had to offer cause of the extreme prices.

Clean, lots of space, open feel with lots to do... Will be back again. Austin an employee was very kind taking our very indecisive order.

Some people may feel nervous about taking their kids to The City Forum due to the pandemic, but I decided to take a chance and brought my kids here to break up the monotony of being at home...we felt safe as the place smelled like bleach, which means theyre sanitizing. They also had hand sanitizers every where and the bathrooms were clean. The place was also not crowded, so less people means you can safely maintain a safe distance. The front desk ladies were nice and very helpful...most importantly, my kids had fun!

Weve frequented City Forum numerous times with family and friends in the past. Love go karts, arcade, and laser tag. This was our first time bowling there! I loved the atmosphere! Will be back again soon!

This is a really fun place. My husband and I decided to have a date night!! Everything was wonderful! It was our first time there! We would definitely come back! The only thing that made me really upset was the fact we got food when we first got there, which was delicious, but we put our card on file to come back to have a beer after we drove the go-karts. We came back and had a beer. Then let the bartender know we would be back. We went a play lazer tag and mini golf. It was 10 mins before close and we headed back to the bar to pay our tab. As we returned, he told us he had already cashed out our tab but forgot to add our beers so we had to do a separate payment. But when my husband asked for the other check, the bartender hesitated to give it to him because come to find out the bartender had added a tip to the check without our permission. Then had the manager remove it after. I wont be putting my card on file anymore because I cant trust the bartender. And it wasnt even close. I will be watching my card to see if the money went back to my card. If not I will be contacting someone.

I liked the idea of using a storage house to make a park inside of it its really creative. The park also contains a variety of things to try including an arcade, mini golf, bowling, laser tag, and go cars which invites different types of audiences. I recommend going to The City Forum in a big groups, it makes the experience 10 times better. The less people the less fun it is. Keep up the good work.

Seems like a great atmosphere and loved how clean it was. Sadly the food service was absolutely awful. Took an hour to receive our appetizer and it was completely cold. I saw them refund 3 different people for their food for various reasons while I sat at the bar. Waste of time and money

Everything was clean they sanitized everything that was touched. The pizza was AMAZING. Like better than Chuck e cheese, and thats hard to do. Prices are fair on Wednesdays they have a lot of specials. Only downfall is the arcade games are $1 a game.

Huge, beautiful facility! Very clean and everything look brand new. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Food at The Streatery was tasty. My kids had an amazing time playing all of the games and we will be coming back—we love supporting quality small, local businesses! (We didn’t use the event space, but looked at it—it’s huge, visually appealing and versatile—it could easily accommodate a wide variety of events.)

So much fun to be had for kids and adults alike. We spent some time here for a business reunion and had a blast! I think I laughed so hard I cried in the little spinny bumper cars, and just about died laughing during laser tag. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff are all very attentive, intuitive really. The owners are really awesome people and you can tell they treat their staff well by how happy they are.

Clean spacious entertainment center. We had a great time playing miniature golf. Theres also bumper cars, a racetrack, bowling, laser tag, and an arcade. After golf we enjoyed pizza and drinks at the bar. One of the pizzas had dairy free cheese on it and was delicious. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. Would definitely go back!

We showed up about 11:40 and waited for about 20 minutes be opening. Once inside the facility it was clean and very spacious, plenty of room for the young ones to run around and have a good time, I stood at the bar and had a few beers with my brother, the bartender was the sweetest, not being from Tennessee myself she was very welcoming and easygoing. The bar itself could use a bit bigger selection but nothing crazy. Thank you for the hospitality hope, and city forum for all the fun!!

You will need an accounting degree to figure out where your money went. Our teens figured out the girl put all the money on one card and left the other with $5. The staff is useless when it comes to explaining the monetary conversion system. You are totally on your own. It eventually becomes clear, after hemorrhaging cash for an hour. We had a blast, rode the spinners which are so fun, race cars which are slow for “family.” We played the arcade games. Cost us $200 bucks an hour for 3 kids to do the games and attractions. It is a great place except for the lack of any kind of explanation or system at the front entrance. We will go back. I think it’s cheaper per hour if you bowl or golf, but we can do that cheaper elsewhere so we skipped it. The teens rated the place 8 out of ten. Our 10 year old was so frustrated she rated it 2 out of 10.

We had a ball here, we did the mini golf as well as the go carts. If you want to do the pro carts you need to bring your own helmet because you know... The Covid... We always enjoy playing mini golf.. Change it up by playing each hole different, opposite stance, between the legs, backwards, using the handle, the edge only, one handed with your non dominant hand whatever have fun with it.

A little pricey but fun . Go kart are hard to steer. Eat before you go. Good place for young teens

Staff was friendly. Had my sons birthday party here and the host was very accommodating. The kids loved it and is a birthday party to remember. The area was very clean. Would come again next time I am in Tennessee

Went there three Tuesday no one there real comfortable dont have to worry about contamination lot of hand sanitizers did some bowling golfing had a great time after 4 half months of hibernation

This place is really amazing! There are so many things to do here and you can easily spend a few hours. What the City Forum captures best is the mixture of family and adult fun. You can have an adult beverage at the bar or to the other extreme of tiny toddle arcade games. This is a very accommodating place. Many other reviews discuss the noise or the price, and honestly for what it is the price isnt bad at all the facilities are very clean and nice, the staff is fantastic, and the options are vast. The noise is also kind of understandable. Yes its a bit noisy, but in an open warehouse you have karts, mini golf with big water features, and bowling. If youre looking for a place to have deep conversation this isnt a spot to do that in, but you shouldnt expect it to be.

First time visiting this evening. My family of 5 had a blast! I highly recommend checking this place out. Clean establishment. I saw employees walking around wiping things down. My youngest was on her toes getting around that place fast, whenever she would get ahead of me an employee always noticed her.. it was like a second set of eyes on her helping her stay safe! Thank you for that. There are so many things to do there. Keeps everyone in the family entertained. They also have a nice selection of prizes you can win from playing in the arcade. Happy we decided to go there! Check it out!

Plenty of fun here, only concerning thing was the amount of people that were not distancing or wearing a mask. Place is clean with a variety of fun, video games, miniature golf, go karts, laser tag and more. My family and I just went in to play a round of mini golf, prices are fair.

Great new attraction to the city. Miniature golf, bowling, go-cart (no gas fumes), laser tag, spin cart, and arcade games all under one roof! Parking lot is very nice too. Weekday specials are great.

Visited on Oct 23th. My family bowled and spent a few minutes in the Arcade. If we hadnt pre-paid we wouldnt have bowled, but we stayed. I gave them a 2 star because NONE of the employees had masks on and sanitization wasnt happening. I feel our actions represent our priorities and community health and wellness isnt a priority for this community, locally owned buisness.

Go Karts for the first time for my 50 tall son. Before his turn I felt very nervous since the whole group rode in very fast speed. I did not realize that there are 3 different types - the Pro Speed, Intermediate and Family. The staff member who controlled the traffic was very pro. Glad we came on Thursday night when it was less crowded. Recommend for newbies to come practice on the weeknights.

The go carts b slappin. 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend

During those extreme temperatures of high highs and low lows, this is the place to go. It just so happened that we were visiting when it was hot, so we welcome the all-indoors activities they have to offer here. They have go karts, bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, mini golf, and a huge arcade. To save time, you can sign the waiver online for the go karts - and you will definitely want to drive the go-karts. If youre looking for a deal, be sure to check their website because they offer different value options for almost every day of the week. We were there on a Wednesday and Wednesdays are half price on the arcade games - which my kids (and us parents) appreciated. We also did the bumper cars, but I dont recommend those as they werent near as exciting as the go-karts.

We never knew this place existed! It is so much fun!!! They have everything from an arcade to go carts to mini golf. The kids loved the bowling, but the price was a little too expensive in my opinion (you could go elsewhere for a lot less, its $35 an hour for up to 6 people not including shoes which are $3 per person). Bowling is the only place that will not accept the arcade card as a form of payment. Mini golf is $6 for kids and $8 for adults. Laser tag is $8 per person. They have a spinning game that is $5 per person. The go carts have different levels- Family $9, no helmet, no boost, driver must be at least 48; Intermediate- have to be over 13 and over 60 tall with no passengers; Pro Racers is a bit more expensive. It is $17, no passengers, must have a valid drivers license and be at least 60 tall. The arcade is fun, but it is super easy to go through money. I would come with a set amount to spend, go to the big ticket items then go to the arcade. We easily spent over $100 in one day.

So much to do! Wings were great, and had a blast at the attractions. Had a small issue with game card and staff was helpful in getting it resolved. Becca is AWESOME!!! Constantly saw her checking in on patrons (myself and husband included) answered all our questions and definitely helped make sure we had a great night. Will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I visited The City Forum to celebrate his birthday. It was both of ours first time, which we voiced to the employee at the counter. She didnt really have any suggestion on what to do, so we just put money on a card to use at the arcade. Several of the games were not working and a couple took a funds without allowing us to play, so limited option were even less and no employees were seen on the floor to assist us. We decided wed been there long enough and went to the ticket counter. A guy acknowledged us, said hed be back, we waited... then had another female employee come assist. Im not sure if she was new, or what, but she honestly had no idea what she was doing. Which, weve all been there, but when asked to combine the points from coins and our the tickets on our card. One was 1,000 something, the other 700 something. A total of 1,700 tickets. She kept asking, so you want to combine them? We replied, yes. She said, okay, wheres your second card?. But, we didnt have a second card. We ended up taking our ONE card with 700 points and leaving tge 1,000 points of coins/Oz Cards behind. The facility itself seems okay at best, but poor customer service. We have $20ish left on our card, but both agreed that would be our only visit. Great concept, poor execution.

Visited tonight for a private party, not all of the areas were open, but what I could see...OH.MY.GOSH! This place looks incredible! So many fun activities under one roof, I could easily see a family or group of friends making an entire day of fun out there! The areas I could see were (but I believe there is more) bowling, mini-golf, go carts, arcade, and laser tag. I look forward to going back during their regular hours and checking out some of the things to do.

The place is spacious clean and lots to do. We didnt get to spend a lot of time there but did the go carts. Super fun.

We have been a couple times and plan to go later today. The first time was for go-karting and the arcade. The second time was for bowling and the arcade. Compared to other places, it’s pretty reasonable price wise, especially since we are a family of 6. The staff is always helpful and once when the machine ate $3 of our money, they refunded it back onto the play card without any issues. The place is clean and the pizza is actually pretty good. I highly recommend!

We had a great time bowling! Inexpensive evening full of fun and memory making for the family. I used Waze to get there and at first it was a little bit hard to find the entrance but once I saw the signs leading around to the back side of the enormous building, there were no problems. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The pizza and appetizers were delicious. The beer selection was good. Overall, a great time was had by all who went on this family outing. Were already talking about going back to try the go karts and laser tag.

Laser tag and Go Kart racing whats not to love?The food is kinda sickening, but you can just eat before showing up.

It has a lot of different attractions, the prices are not terrible. I would say if you want to do more than one thing or play multiple games of laser tag/go carts the price adds up quickly. They have reloadable cards which is fine but its not easy to track when doing anything other than the arcade. Multiple games in the arcade do not work or are broken. All in all its okay, lots of potential but definitely needs some work.

Clean and pretty decent amongst COVID. Employees wear a mask and have sanitizer stations around the facility. Certain areas are restricted for your safety and social distancing which is good. More customers should wear a mask though. They should probably enforce that as a policy.

Absolute poggers. Though I prefer Dave and Busters for the arcade portion.

This place so far is awesome. Love the settings although I wish some thing had more space (like the spinning bumper cars, tiny area for like 15 cars)but overall amazing place. Prices are decent, food was good. Wish funnel cakes were available more but they have the funnel cake fries so that will lol

My family and i went here on Saturday. This place is was loads of fun and cheap. I am used to going to places where you can barely get on the go karts or laser tag in Arkansas but this place had lots of organization. It allowed for everyone to be able to day exactly what they wanted. The food was also really good. I am sure the next time we go to visit my brother we will be returning.

Games will take your money without you playing so watch out for that

A great place overall. Food prices are great for how good it tastes. Highly recommend loaded fries and hot wings. Great please for birthdays. The service was amazing. Very nice people. Laser tag was fun but you kinda loose some of you time putting the best on and going over the rules.

Fun place! Finally great to see family fun places in Clarksville. We really enjoyed the Go Carts & the Laser Tag. The wings were pretty good, as well as the soft pretzel. Next time, we plan to do some putting in the Golf course they have (a friend told us it was quite a lot of fun).

If you plan your timing in advance you can jump from one event to the next. My wife and I had a blast! Lazer tag was a little small compared to what Im used to, but the mission was way more fun. I suggest small groups when you go. We did the pro racing go karts and it did not disappoint! Go karts were fast enough to have us grown adults feel like kids again. I will go again just dont know if my little kids will have fun there yet
