Casino Dealer Training is a really good place to go if you are looking to break into the gaming industry. The instructors are extremely flexible and encouraging. We have a lot of fun in class and I feel confident that when the time comes, Ill have all the tools I need to pass an audition and land a really good position as a dealer. You need not look anywhere else.

The training here is extremely thorough and interactive. New techniques are taught in a group setting, then two trainers monitor individual students progress and work with them one-on-one to perfect those techniques. The trainers are direct and honest about the aspects of your game that need work and about where youre strong. They go out of their way to help students book auditions and are genuinely interested in helping you find a long-term job. Its a friendly atmosphere and a lot of fun.

This place has done wasted my money and time no one should even have to spend a cent on training when the casinos themselves will train you for free. the time i have spent here was very short but i can tell you right now no one should come here unless you have time and money to throw away

I really enjoyed the course! Jen and Crystal are really great instructors, I now have the skills and confidence to deal the WSOP! They are even going to our audition with us in Las Vegas!! I highly recommend this course for Vegas or local card rooms.

Im extremely impressed with the caliber of this school. The instructors teach in a way that is interactive, positive and constructive. Failure is not an option here. Jen provides a conducive classroom environment that almost guarantees your success as a dealer, as long as you put in the work. Both Jen and Crystal are knowledgable instructors with real world experiences, best practices and advice on how to become successful in the casino industry. The instructors provide hands on experience and one on one training. Going above and beyond just training their students. They also walk their students through the process of applying and auditioning in the WSOP class. Their time, effort and dedication to the success of their students is truly amazing.

I joined Casino Dealer Training to deal in the WSOP in Las Vegas during the 2016 summer. The class lasts about one-month and they teach you everything you need to learn to deal at the WSOP and/or local card rooms. The instructors are AWESOME and makes all their students feel welcomed. I highly recommend Casino Dealer Training, you will love it!!!Derick

From my experiences and people I know experiences, the owner/operator/instructor doesnt always show up when she says shes going to be there. For example she would say shes going to be at the school @ 1pm and wouldnt show up till 3pm or even later. Sometimes she wouldnt show up when she said she would be there. She is very unorganized. This school in my opinion is also very overpriced. Last year I was introduced the owner of this school by a mutual friend who vouched for her. We discussed me running my WSOP Training Course that Ive been running for the past 4 years at her venue and to act as partners. Our friend also said it would be a good way to give your new business a boost. We decided to go through with it. I was going to teach two sessions; I completed the first session and started my second session which Jenn (owner) decided to take as well because one of her closest friends was taking the class and she wanted to go the series with her. There were lots of games that Jenn didnt know that I taught to her. Her and her friend ended up getting hired at the series. After I completed both courses Jenn decided to give a wsop crash course to two students over the course of a 10 day period which was no where near the amount of time of my sessions. She also charged these 2 people $500 more than we charged for my class. This was done w/out me knowing because I would of recommended against this. Both of these people ended up getting hired however one of them ended up getting fired due to lack of training. Jenn likes to fast track peoples training. One of my students from last year who took her class before mine told me that he would of been lost in a dealing job if he didnt take my class. Today I found out that Jenn and her friend decided to run a wsop training course on their own; she never even reached out to me or discussed this with me, she just decided to do it behind my back. So if you ask me the owner of this establishment cant be trusted and has poor ethic values and will not always give her students the true dedication they need. Also I ask this question, how can one claim to be the best casino dealing school in northern California if her school hasnt even been around for one full year?
