Best light show around, seriously. Prepare yourself for a long long line. We waited maybe 2 hours but it was well worth it. $7 per person is absolutely worth the show. Make sure to turn your radio to 97.5 fm as the show is synchronized with the music.Make sure if youre bringing little ones to bring something to occupy them during the wait and definitely make sure they use the restroom. They have port-a-potties but theyre gross.

My family and I just visited Christmas Nights of Lights for the first time and it was by far the best Christmas light show we have ever seen! It was extremely well organized, laid out, staffed, and such a great time. It took about 30 minutes to go through the entire show and we are even talking about visiting again this year. You definitely dont want to miss this!

This is a must for the holidays lights. Their website says to get there at dusk to avoid the long lines and they are not kidding. The wait was worth it, the hot chocolate was good and everyone had a great time. We will go every year, maybe a few times during the holiday season.

Went to see the Christmas lights show. It was worth the trip and time it took to get through the line. It opens at dusk and runs until 10 every night including holidays until January 9th. Best to bring your own drink and snacks because may be a long wait although lines move fairly quickly. The cost is $7 per person. They play music through your radio that coordinates with the light show.

$7 per person. They take credit cards and cash. Salvation army has a donation bucket after you pay so have some money on hand to donate to that good cause. Go on an off day like Tuesday or Wednesday.Make sure to go to the bathroom at home before going. If youve never been its worth it. But heed the warning on going on a day other than weekend.

It was so very beautiful...thanks for all you hard work...

Today we came for the drive through Jurassic Quest, which was a great distraction from being stuck inside for covid. The kids loved seeing the big, animatronic dinosaurs with a self guided tour. Weve also been there during the holidays for Nights of Light, another drive through experience, and we loved that, too. They have a great pool, but we did not get to enjoy it today, due to covid.

Good time. Id say they are doing as good as you can expect on the social distancing, as they were encouraging it. Lines for food/slides its pretty non existent, although it is marked. Weve been going to Coney Island for decades. We always try to make a family day twice a summer. Unfortunately with the diving boards being removed from the deep end it has lost part of his charm. Yes there are three diving boards and a separate pool for diving but once you jump in you have to get right back out, you cant play around or swim around so it has lost something. Its still the best pool in town but with no rides anymore and a neutered pool (yet no reduction in price) its a little bit of a letdown. We will still go there, but with less excitement than before.

Ive always loved it. I still do! BUT as those who know, its NOT like it used to be. Rides are gone while prices havent lowered. My day wouldve been okay if I hadnt called before going to inquire about the once upon a time picnic area and was told that THERE IS SPACE instead to lay blankets & do just that. WE arrive being a family of 6 adults & 4 children=10! with the same cooler Ive used for years in the same CONEY ISLAND I was told since my cooler that was completely examined full of water & lil hug juices was too big to take inside because it wouldnt fit in a lil black box at the entrance. Of course not! Its 10 of us! you want us to do? Go break it down PER PERSON. I was told I had 2 options... leave it across road (ONLY THING THERE) OR! Rent a $100 lil tent for the LAST 3hrs. Id do that if I was making it a day. I left it not wanting to go back to truck. When I got inside WHY did I SEE so many other people with BIG lil red wagons & carts & strollers(no babies) much larger than my cooler of bottled water. Next time I know if going as a group we better all carry a bag

We had an amazing day at Coney. Grandma and 7 year old granddaughter spent the entire day riding rides one after the other. Parking is $9 a car load. And if you dont ride the rides you dont have to buy a ticket to get in. My 7 year old granddaughter is too big for the kiddie rides but small enough for the big rides , that she must have an adult to ride with her. I was glad to have had that stipulation because I rode rides I hadnt ridden in years and had a wonderful time. You can take a picnic lunch and leave it in a reserved area near the entrance and the pool. And we have plans very soon to return for another day at Coney to check out the pool.

This is an amazing place to spend a day with small children. I have two kids ages 4.5 and almost 8. Neither are really ready to start riding REAL rides. Not to mention the amount of walking you have to do at most amusement parks. Coney island is compact and the lines were almost non-existent. We could get off a ride, run back to the line, and get right back on.The water park is phenomenal. Theres a HUGE pool, multiple slides, and a fabulous kids area. We may consider a season pass for next year. The amusement park side is older, so the rides show their age. But thats literally the only negative thing I can say about the park. I had came here for my birthday, and what a relief. My New York relatives where surprised that there is another Coney Island but here we are. The air conditioning is not working well at my apartment, so this was going to be the coolest Ive been all week. This was indeed a minivacation. It is not like a neighborhood pool, in fact from what it looks like there is no other pool like this in the world. All the other large historic swimming pools seem to have been torn down. At least in the US. The pool has one of the largest deep end swimming areas Ive ever seen. With the shallow end that is even bigger. With the theme of certain buildings and the blue of the water it almost reminds me of a trip I took to Jamaica. Most of the people spend the day with their friends and families, theyll get a spot either on the large lawn area or under the umbrellas and trees. Most of the people will go swim in the sun lite pool, or seek a diversion on the twister slides, cannonball diving boards, and typhoon tower splash park. Other people simply just read and relax, listen to the music on the loud speakers. Ive seen people playing ping pong off to the side.Im writing this during the pandemic, so Ive noticed that they do have people cleaning the dining tables, dinning chairs, sun chairs, and even pool hand rails.
