If youre looking for a place to spend a couple hours entertaining the kids, this fits the bill. It is well suited to a broad spectrum of ages of children. On the right side of the facility is a large baby area with a very shallow pool and three small slides. Pair that with jets and waterfalls and your little one is set for fun! On the other side is a lazy river, large water playground and several somewhat larger slides. To the far left are 4 large enclosed slides. I believe they are 3 stories tall. This facility also boasts a bar and grill area. The food is great and is a fair price. Lastly, there is an arcade although small, its a great way for the kids to wind down after swimming.

The restroom and changing areas are absolutely DISGUSTING!!! No room to move in the pool due to it being so small..no the place wasnt too crowded but I think with it being such an attraction they need to have a bigger pool area for adults to enjoy with their kids. The only thing I would give a five star rating was the food...even tho a pretzel an cheese was $6 alone..its all freshly made. My three kids enjoyed it tho and that was the point of the trip.

Our organization held an event at Splash Cincinnati, and it was great! The staff was polite, friendly, and professional. They treated everyone in our party with kindness and respect. They anticipated and met all of our needs. Everyone that participated had a wonderful time and left with big smiles and great memories. We didnt hear a single complaint, other than: We wish you would do this more often! The owners are generous and involved members of the Cincinnati community and wonderful to work with.

From the moment my family walked in the front door of Splash Cincinnati I was blown away! The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient—they had us in the water having fun in no time. The indoor waterpark was fantastic, there were lots of water slides to choose from and were fun for the adults as well as the kids. The multi-level interactive play area was fun too and we enjoyed the unanticipated gigantic water bucket tip over and cascade huge amount of water on top of us while playing in the park. We laughed every time it poured on us. But our favorite part of Splash Cincinnati was spending time with the kids in their Adventure Grove, think fast paced lazy river. The gaming arcade was an unexpected surprise and will kept the kids entertained after lunch. The food was very good and well priced. We had the soft pretzels and cheese pizza. We will definitely be back again soon!

Awesome experience! We had a very large group with ages ranging from babies to 60’s- something for everyone to do. You can tell safety is a priority because of the number of lifeguards. The staff was so kind and had our food to us, as promised. Food was good and freshly made. The facility was clean and well maintained. Will definitely return!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience for our group!

This place deserves better than a 3.3! You cannot beat the price ($10 pp), the facility was clean, bathrooms and change rooms were spotless. There is two full buses of children and doesn’t seem busy. Food is not a 5 star but exactly what you would expect at a water park - edible and kid friendly. The only complaint I would have is there needed to be more tubes; there were kids always waiting for them. A lot of the reviews speak about a horrible experience with their children with special needs - I am sympathetic to this. The staff is already super busy watching and making sure all kids are taken care of. They cannot bend the rules otherwise everyone will take advantage. As for the cockroaches, I spent 8+ hours, I purposely walked around looking for them. I did see one come out of a grate, staff came by and dealt with it quickly. Doesn’t surprise me with all of the warmth and moisture. Great entertainment! Will be back

The chicken wings are delicious. We ordered 3 burgers, 1 nachos, 1 order of wings, and 1 order of chicken tenders for the kids. I was one of the first guest to enjoy this place before it first opened to the general public as Coco Key Indoor Water park as part of a marketing group. Back then, it was fantastic and my kids had a blast! But as of my visit today...it has gone drastically downhill. It was extremely humid inside, the water looked murky and the temperature of the water was abnormally warm. The floors were very dirty in the locker rooms, which also ironically, have no lockers. The bar was closed and the party rooms didnt look like any place Id want to host a party. The lifeguards look as if they couldnt have been over 18 years old and none of the staff was friendly. My kids tried to have fun but it was just not a very good time, so we will not be returning.

Great Water park honestly. My kids loved it I loved it! The staff especially the lifeguards doing their job watching the water making sure everything is as it should be. The main attraction the big slides were also kept in order by a lifeguard he even gave everybody high fives and fist bumps before they went down the slide my kids bragged about getting high fives from him. I asked for his name but I honestly forget Jonah? Jonas? Definitely recommend this place for parents to bring their children we felt so welcome and safe.

Great place to visit. Went on daughters birthday after 4 and paid 10 a kid. We only had 4 kids so it was good. Downfall is that you have to pay even if not swimming. But for 10 a person...its an easy pill to swallow. More fun for little I suppose. My daughter and friends were 13 but they had fun and were ready to go after 2 hours. But again...price was worth it!!

Just got back from a party we had at Splash Cincinnati, and my kid had a good time. Overall, its a good water park. It has a lazy river, a splash zone with some small slides, two shallow pools, two big slides and an indoor/outdoor hot tub. Even though my kid was too small for the big slide, she had fun everywhere else.Water temperature is warm and air temp is kept comfortable. The building could do with more lighting, or some sky cieling panels. Seemed dark for a water park.If you are with a party, be aware that they wont provide free refills on pitchers of drinks. My group found this odd considering that most places you hold childrens parties will oblige to providing complimentary refills.

It was very cold outside when I went and despite their best efforts the place was only just warm. There are no hair dryers or clothes wringers in the bathroom. I left with wet hair and a bag full of wet stuff to go out to a 16 degree day.

We have stayed at the hotel before, but this past visit (Oct,2016) was AMAZING. The changes that have been made are very much appreciated. We have always said, this place has potential, but someone has made it a true destination now. If you are just traveling through the area, we would highly recommend this place. They even have an attached water park, that you dont even have to go outside the building to get there. We stayed in a tower suite, and the view was eye opening. This is without a doubt, a 5 star review. Thank you so much for the hard work.

If there were zero stars, I would use it. We were given a gift card for this place from the boys grandma because she knew they love the water. The boys are twins at 4 years old. One being autistic. We got there and found out the area for the younger swimmers was closed. No estimated time when they would open when we asked. We walked around to find another option for the boys. They were wearing life vests, so we thought we were prepared. The other slides were MUCH too big for the boys. The one areas that we would have gone in to play had almost all the other guests in it playing a very exciting game of basketball, with no room for little guys to play. We walked around and the boys sort of played in the water spouts around the area. Unfortunately that doesnt hold their attention very long. So we got out and found out the kiddie pool area was about to open. We waited and waited and finally they opened the gate. There were 3 other families waiting as well. We took the boys around the corner where the ladder was to climb up one of the slides and to slide down with them. After doing it about 5 times, we were told by the lifeguard we were not permitted to go down the slide with the boys. (Youre kidding, right?) Do you know how distracting all this is for a 4 year old autistic boy? They wouldnt even let us help them up the ladder! We were not permitted behind the slide at all. After attempting to give them directions on how to climb up the slide without showing them, they became frustrated (as did I) and went to see if the other pool was still being used. As we walked around, there was a woman standing over one of the water spouts, using it like a bidet. I thought that was strange, but walked away thinking she would move any moment. She stayed there the rest of our visit, which was about another 20 minutes. In total, we were there about an hour. I was disgusted and let the people there know, asking for a refund to give back to the boys grandma. They said they would not. Including the money that was left on bracelet which we were hoping to use for lunch. Which they were apparently closed that day. (They didnt tell us this when we told them this was our first time there.) They should have explained IN DETAIL what was offered that day, and what was closed, or when the places opened. I wrote a letter to the corporate office and they offered me a 2 night stay. I told them I dont want to go back AT ALL. And they told me they couldnt help me. So in summary, we waited about 20 minutes for a safe location for the boys to go down a slide 5 times. Saw some water basketball that the boys were too little to join. Walked around getting wet while a woman used the spouts as it they were bidets. No food or drinks available to actually get SOME enjoyment from the day. I will NEVER go back and i will tell anyone my experience if they ask me.

AWESOME hospitality for our group. The management was so accommodating for our youth football team party. It was a Friday evening event and wasnt packed like the weekends. Perfect time to go and enjoy the whole place. The 9 / 10 year olds had a blast in every part. The little ones definitely had the opportunity to tire themselves out with the variety of things they could try out. The parents loved the service of the check in and all the food and drinks they brought out.We had a group of about 50 or so people, which could be overwhelming for many venues. The kid had fun but it was ridiculously crowded (Went on a Saturday 1-5pm). It was like fighting in the Hunger Games to get and keep an inner tube. I tried the lazy river and I loved the pace but there were swarms of kids knocking into me and pushing me. Not their fault - just not enough space. The hot tub was NOT hot, but the jets were amazing. All of the slides were open and a lot of fun! Lines werent too bad either.I think the worst thing was that the First Aid counter does NOT require having someone there all of the time because it has to be a supervisor! My kids hand was bleeding with skin torn off from rope burn and I had to literally yell to get someones attention when the First Aid counter was empty and then THEY needed to go get the supervisor. That is ridiculous! The supervisor was amazing though. She was wonderful with the kid and did a proper job.The lifeguards seemed great - like I said, it was way too chaotic with all of the people and the kids wouldnt listen to them much anyway. They were doing their best.

For as much as they charge, it should have been better. We didnt have a great experience here. The main good thing about the hotel was that it was close to the water park. The hotel/splash park employees were not helpful at all. My friend tried to book a room at the desk and was told that they were booked full, but went outside and booked one online very easily. Our room keys did not work, and after they fixed them only one did. EVERYTHING in our room had been unplugged, so we had to plug it all back in (even the clock). They want everyone to be fully dry and fully clothed when leaving the water park, but no one was. Breakfast was about a 6/10. I will most likely never stay here again, and would be very careful about recommending to anyone else.

The place was neat but one issue that ruined it. My daughter was invited to a birthday party there. I wanted to just sit there and keep an eye on her, you know because of all the random people in an unfamiliar place. Management charged $10 just to let me inside. I wasnt going to play games, swim, or anything other than sit. In fact, I would have bought my dinner there because I as hungry. Instead, I went to a fast food place, ate on my way back and argued the fee. That is absolutely ridiculous that they charge for me to keep an eye on my child. I will never book a party for my kids there nor allow her to return if other friends have a party there. My daughter is only 10 years old and shouldnt be left to play without her parents. I didnt know the party host well enough to give them full trust of watching my kid, nor should I.

The kids had fun so I did not give it a 1 star rating. The small childrens pool was so cold our boys lips turned blue. So we checked the bigger kids area which thankfully had warmer water. The 3 300 ft water slides they boast were all closed because the steam from the adjacent hot tubs was too thick and life guards could not have seen people coming into the water. The signs from when this was Coco Key hadnt even been changed...they took grey tape and put over the name and wrote Splash in sharpie on the grey tape. This sort of lazy practice had obviously been applied to the whole facility. The family bathroom door lock was broken so instead of fixing it they put on a slide lock. Most of the toilets we used would not even flush. The bathrooms were filthy and had not been cleaned probably since close the night before. There was no place private to change...you either had a wide open locker room where you could change in front of everyone or a bathroom stall with zero hangers on the doors and filthy floors. Overall I was not impressed. We got our tickets for $70 for 4 tickets on Group on and I feel this price was too high for the facility and I would have been very angry about my purchase had I paid full price.

We came here for the first time and do not plan on coming back! Theres trash and food on the floors near tables, and so crowded!! Multiple attractions were closed and from what I can tell it seemed it was because there arent enough lifeguards. The medium sized slides only had one lifeguard at the top, managing all three slides and no one at the bottom. The kiddy pool area gave me absolute anxiety! One lifeguard at the bottom, kids were going down back to back, standing at the bottom of the slides while other kids came down, and no one said anything. One kid did a front flip on to these little slides at least 20 times, and the lifeguards never even noticed! One lifeguard scratched her foot and left the pool, so three other life guards came to her aid leaving the pools completely unattended!! I watched kid after kid do things they shouldnt have been doing or who were too big for the kiddie slides go through, and nothing was said, except for a couple white kids. I watched this go on for almost an hour and was getting so mad! I finally had my oldest daughter try to go down just to test my theory, and what do you know, they told her she couldnt. So then my little one went down on her belly, whistle was blown. Yet other kids who were doing the exact same thing, not a word was said, hmm, imagine that. If you are not prepared to watch your own kids like a hawk, dont come here! If I hear about something bad happening to a kid here, it wont shock me. Its just too crowded for the amount of supervision. One life guard cannot adequately see everyone in the pool, plus monitor the slides. We payed to stay in the hotel after, we only spent a few hours at this place and decided to just go back to the hotel pool it was so bad. Oh, and dont forget your towel, they charge $5 for one!

My kids rode the waterslide for the first time and you know how kids are of course he got a bump on his knee the staff helped him clean it up and when I lost an item I was very surprised that it was returned and they had my item I would recommend this place to anyone we had fun and we will def be back again. Lots of fun.

I just cant help thinking about all those little kids running around and never heading into the bathroom all day. Seriously. I sat at a table by the bathroom for hours and zero kids went in to pee. Yuck. I know... Dont think about it. But... Yuck

Splash park was well maintained with plenty of amenities. Hotel is run down and needs major rehab. Front desk staff was rude. But most of the rest of the staff was polite and accomendating. Good for the kids for a one night stay. More than that rooms just are terrible.

First off, lets be clear. This is NOT Great Wolf Lodge. That being said, for the $15 price of admission, its a pretty solid value. If you have small children, be aware that there may be some inconsistencies in which slides the lifeguards will let them ride.Make sure and bring your own towels. There is a $5 charge to rent one of the small, thin hotel pool towels. All of that being said, there is plenty to do gere for a couple of hours. The slides are above average for an indoor water park.

The kids had a great time. I would have love for the hot tub to actually have been got. The lazy river was warmer than it was.

Place is dirty. Someone had pooped in the lazy river, they shut it down. No one attempted to clean it up. They did not shut down the water slides that are connected to the lazy river. They didnt offer any discount. The life guards were not watching the kids. They were too busy racing and playing with each other! We wont be back!

Like that you are able to come and enjoy without having to stay all night in hotel. My 11 year old son had fun and activities were suited well for his age and younger. The food and drinks are WAY overpriced, however, I had a Groupon that helped cover cost of admission and included unlimited free drinks. Not really suited for teens or younger kids who are looking mainly to ride larger, thrilling water slides.

My family has gone there twice in the past 2 months. Will never go back. We had both fun and no fun but the no fun was so bad that it left a sour taste in our mouths. First visit, we all got soft pretzels and my 6 year old almost bit into a thumb tack that was in his. A THUMB TACK! Then when I took it and the pretzel back to the snack bar they wanted to argue with me and basically blame me for the tack being in the food because you know Im just carrying thumb tacks everywhere I go in my swim suit. Second visit, girl got popped in the nose in the basketball pool and started bleeding VERY badly. NO ONE knew what to do. So I had to help this girl get to the first aid on the other side of the park and once we got there, there was no one in the first aid. Sat there and then finally someone walks in and she still didnt know what to do. One person on staff that day was the only one capable of helping this child. Rules had changed from the first visit to the second but it was told to us that those were always the rules. I literally stood and watched one life guard let 2 people, including myself and my kids many times, go down the slide together then once the guards switched you werent allowed too anymore. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the way over priced food was not bad tasting. And when I say over priced I mean a hotdog and fries was $8. Kids had fun of course but as an adult and parent, theres no way were taking our family back there.

Took my 4 year old niece here. It was pretty fun and not super expensive with the Groupon deal we got. The arcade connected to it wasnt bad either price wise. She had a blast, we spent most of our time on the lazy river. They do not have lockers for personal items though, so I had to leave my phone and personals completely unattended while we did stuff. It did make me a bit anxious but I didnt bring more than 20 dollars and my phone in there so I didnt put up too much of a stink.

I never write reviews because I never read them, but I do look at the ratings of places. I would rate this place a 0 if I could. Hot tub was ice cold, closed basketball area, completely over packed and they were still letting people in that were not guests. The place was filthy. The hotel service and waterpark service was terrible. When I addressed an issue with a lifeguard they said Im just a lifeguard, what do you want me to do about it. The room was to hot or cold and when we addressed it with the front desk they did nothing! The guest service was terrible. They only care about $ and not about the comfort of their guests. Complete waste of $!

Security and employees dont make you feel safe or comfortable here. I spoke to the security guard 3 times in a 5 minute span and he was extremely rude, disrespectful and claimed to not remember our group, which passed thru 2 secs previous. The place has no lockers, a crappy food display, and really poor quality employees. They do serve alcohol and it seems handicap accessible

Had a great visit for the price. $119 for a double room and 4 waterpark passes. We asked for adjoining rooms so the kids could play with our friends who also came. The food and beverage rules could be relaxed considering that the bar was closed and the food services were understaffed 1 on the cash register and 1 on the grill. Kids had a lot of fun on all the slides, lazy river and the water play area. Just some things that could help more tubes, lifeguards and replacing the burnt-out light bulbs.

In-spite of reading many reviews on Toddler pool is freezing cold , we took a chance and visited. Toddler pool is still very cold. In rest all areas, water was warm and fine. Seriously needs attention on toddler pool water temperature. Very limited tubes available for water slides and even the limited available tubes are not in good condition. Other than above two points, its good place.

Toddler pool is freezing cold and there are ants everywhere. I told the lifeguard that was standing near us and he laughed and said I know. You get what you pay for. My 4 year old had fun though, so it wasnt all a loss. Well probably just save more and go to Great Wolf Lodge next time.

I usually do not take the time to write negative reviews but i have really been stewing in this for weeks! I had my daughters party there and spend alot of money! Well when we sit down there were roaches everywhere! It was disgusting. So i went to the man that was going around cleaning and told him. When i didnt hear anything back from anyone i kept calling. Finally after someone answered me and talked to me the only thing they could do is give me 4 passes for next time. Which i thought was bs because more then half my party i paid for left. Needless to say its infested and nobody wants to do anything about it!

The worst customer experience ever!! Carpets are dirty, sinks are stopped up. When you book rooms on the weekend they charge you $8.99 and all of a sudden the manager shuts it down, the employees are clueless. Definitely will not stay there ever again when in that area again next year. I guarantee they lost a lot of return customers for future karate tournaments. If I could give zero stars I would. 4 star hotel is a joke rating.

After spending some time reading the reviews here, I was prepared for the worst- rude employees, dirty rooms and water park, etc. But I was pleasantly surprised! We stayed overnight in the hotel and spent a few hours at the water park. Each employee (front desk at the hotel and in the Splash Cincinnati cafe) was kind and helpful. No issues there. As far as the cleanliness, it was fine! Hotel room, bathrooms in the room and at the water park - all clean with no complaints. We purchased two pizzas and drinks from the cafe & the food was fine- not excellent but not terrible. With a coupon, I believe it was $24. They provided plates & napkins, and the service was pretty quick. We went on a Friday evening and it wasn’t too crowded. The water park room temp is VERY warm. Kids had no complains about the water temp- said it felt great. Lifeguards were visible all over, making their rounds. I did see a sign stating the baby pool was out of order, but since our kids are older (9,12,13), this didn’t pertain to us.The kids had a good time. Would we come back? Sure, I don’t see why not. It’s relatively inexpensive, it’s local to us, and the kids enjoyed themselves. I’m glad our experience was different than most of these other reviews, though!

Pretty cool place, but the toddler pool is cold. All the other water is warm. Since we came with a one and three year old we only stayed for 45 minutes and that was only because we checked out the whole place and had to change our clothes. Got it cheap on cincysavers or would have been pissed. The older kids that were here were having a good time, though, so well probably come back in a few years if its still here.

This is an indoor water park, but it seems mostly designed for children. There is no pool, it is mostly just water spraying out from various places and slides. There is a lazy river which is about 2 feet deep, but I would not really consider that a pool because you cant really swim in it because it is full to the brim with rowdy children on tubes. The one time that I went here, The Lazy River was closed for the first hour that we were there because someone defecated in it. Actually, the rowdy children are the reason why this place gets a low rating. Unlike other water attractions such as Kings Islands Soak City that have very alert and hands on life guards constantly supervising , the lifeguards at Splash City just stand there and watch as the children take control. The children at this place are very aggressive, because they are allowed to be. I am an adult and I had trouble getting a tube for the Lazy River because even if you wait in line unruly children will run in front of you and snatch the tube right out of your hands, and the Lifeguard just stands there and lets them. It seems as if there are no rules at this place. It reminds me of the scene in Pinocchio where the children go to that place where they are turned into donkeys, its like that except with water. It seemed clean enough , except when you near the dressing room which is also the bathrooms, you smell an overpowering odor of raw sewage which is kind of sickening. They also sell hot food, and alcohol there, but I found the prices to be rather expensive. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is not it. As I mentioned earlier it is full to the brim with rowdy loud children, with no rules. My children liked it okay, but they too had trouble with other children being aggressive and the lifeguards not doing anything about it. I feel like having lifeguards that do not supervise can potentially be dangerous, therefore I gave this a low rating. My kids gave the slides a low rating, they said that they were very slow .We ended up only paying $10 a person because we got a coupon from Reach catalog. I am glad I did not pay more for this.

Kids loved it. Limited hours kinda suck but understandably so. The lifeguards on duty were on it making sure everyone is safe. The baby side has a less than 3 feet of water which Ive never seen and my 2 year old had a blast. While my 8 year old enjoyed free range on the area in the middle of the lazy river. There was so much for him to do and the lazy river was soooo warm. I kept hearing adults rave about the 18 and up water slide but Im not about to try that one. The drop couldn’t be seen from in the area so Im sure it meant it was wayyy taller than Id ever feel comfortable riding.

First and foremost, my kids had a blast. There were almost no lines for the slides and it was not terribly crowded for a Saturday afternoon. The lazy river was great! The staff were generally very professional. That said, the place looks like it could use a good scrub down. At one point I walked out of the bathroom to see a literal pile of garbage sitting in the doorway. I got the impression this place was under new ownership and/or management and they had inherited someone elses mess. They did seem as though they were trying to fix things. The biggest shock is that theres no locking storage. I dont understand how this could have been overlooked. Its an easy enough fix- put in some quarter operated lockers like they have at the skating rink. Boom - more revenue to pay someone to walk around cleaning things and picking up the garbage. We were surprised to discover towels are not provided since they are at other parks weve been to. Dont forget your towel!

We didnt have the best experience because the large play structure and the hot tub were both closed for maintenance so that limited our activities. They also dont provide towels, but they did sell us some thin scratchy towels for $5. Our group had fun, but I wouldnt recommend this place to others.

I took my children here on July 14th paid for 5 admissions but decided not to utilize the park for various reasons..we never went in so I asked for my money back and was told no, we dont do refunds its listed on the bottom of your receipt. I was NEVER given a receipt first of all, so yes I spoke with manager Karissa, told her I was an out of town visitor (after being offered passes for another day) she gave me an incorrect email address for the owner and i also call every single day looking for the owner Suhki with no response, leaving messages and he never is there supposedly..And nobody there still wont give me the correct email addressThis is terrible for business and I wish I would ever go back there..
