My son had a blast and they have so much more to do then Rock&Jump and Skyzone which only have Trampolines. An the prices are affordable and staff is great.

The employees for the most part seem un engaged. Most were on their phones and I watched as one just sat down in the middle of the large trampoline area to rest??? Food service was slow and border line rude. As for covid protocols, they seem non existent. No spacing between party tables, no cleaning witnessed (was impressed our first visit by all the cleaning we witnessed) employees not wearing masks over their noses or at all, and obviously not limiting the number of people entering the facility. Our first experience was great, this one was disappointing.

Wonderful place. Staff was very helpful. The only downside is the zipline. Instead of everyone getting a turn then returning to the wait line people can keep going and can cause the wait for a turn to be too long. You can kill a half hour easy just waiting

I took my son here for a friends birthday party (mask on). He enjoyed himself and I didnt hear anyone complain. The parents in attendance stay socially distraced on their phones after brief hellos.

My grandson loves the place. Lots of activities but theres a sliding scale and he really likes the super bouncy trampolines included in the most expensive ticket

Urban Air Cincinnati is AWESOME, safe, and has amazing staff! This place is fun for everyone of all ages, I highly recommend.

Horrible service horrible food staff is full of KIDS that’s very RUDE we didn’t get food till two hours after being there food was cold very unprofessional environment

Food was served at 745pm when closing time at 800pm.

Really fun place, but completely not Covid friendly. I had promised to take the kids, but after seeing it was sure they were going to get the virus from that experience. Thankfully I was wrong .
