The foam pit is really fun, just beware, it likes to be difficult to get out of at times, and it loves eating your socks lol. The zipline was extremely fun, and if you do happen to fall theres a net to catch you. Staff are great, food and drinks are good, and they even have an arcade. Almost forgot to say they have rock walls, race car simulators and ice skating. Fun, would go again.

Every time we come here we have more fun than the last trip.

No one is watching there kids, employees included. I watch 3 kids jump into the foam pit that was already housing 6-7 other kids while the employee that I assumed was supposed to be monitoring the kids looked super relaxed sitting on the couch. Employee that unhooks you child from the zip line is on his phone in between each kid and has to make sure his juul was charged. Waste of money!!!! Adrenaline is SO much better and a lot cleaner.

Came here with my family today ( daughter and nieces and nephews) . Came originally to skate but kids saw the trampoline park and wanted to change . Which was no issue , they currently have posted 30 min jump $7.50. 1hr jump $12.50 however when we went to pay the customer service staff said that pricing was no longer valid and prices just changed to only 1hr at $15.95 . So I was little upset cause they still have the old pricing clearly visual and false advertising . Then I asked when did it change , they said yesterday (12-22-17) , which is fine . Just wouldve been nice to have updated your signs to reflect your current prices instead of misleading customers. We still paid for the kids to jump , just frustrating from a customer stand point. Other than that the staff and on site manager remained professional and nice . Not sure if Ill bring my family here again since pricing isnt accurately reflected.

95% of the employees are kids, no excitement nor smiles from them. It seemed like these kids were just there, getting paid without the actual work. Dont expect too much from this place. The only good thing was that the employee didnt check the time, printed on the bracelet.

Front counter staff was not forthcoming with any information about weight limits or shoe policies. We tried to get beverages out of vending machines and it took our money the front desk said it wasnt their problem and to call the number on said machines. The lockers didnt work properly taking our money and again front desk said it was not their problem. We had to read rules after we paid on the inside of the play area. No instructions or information given about zip lines. Our over all experience was fun for the kids but very frustrating for us adults. This place could use good cleaning!! Bathrooms were not bad. Do your research before you go and good luck.

This place was very unorganized the kids running the front desk didnt seem very happy to be there. We had a party of 25 to 30 people and were told to wait till our puzza was ordered from a pizzeria because they didnt have enough in house. As an adult Im not impressed with the customer service but the most important thing is that the kids had fun.

Zip city is amazing, and fun, I definable reccomend it as a fun place for children, and teens, and adults if they like jumping and having fun.

The staff was very rude and unkind all around. The girl checking us in didn’t explain anything and didn’t even have my friend sign waivers. I was disappointed when no flipping was a rule (it isn’t at others where we’ve been, isn’t that why we sign waivers? My daughter is a gymnast, but okay, I’ll respect it.) However, if this is a rule, keep it consistent. The back trampolines didn’t have anyone supervising for nearly 45 min to enforce any rules therefore kids flipping and running everywhere. There are no guidelines on the trampolines so kids are running into another as they dash across the trampolines. Zip line and rock wall were cool but again, no instruction whatsoever.

Worst place I have ever been! The staff is jumping and doing backflips and one literally HIT my 3 year old by playing.. why is staff allowed to play and bump into the kids. Im literally sitting here now and my 7 year old grandson cant even play basketball because the STAFF is playing and he cant even get a space. This is ridiculous. I will never come here again. Im about to take a video of the staff.

Wayyyy better than Sky Zone and Get Air! Zip line and rock wall makes it so worth the $20 for 2 hours and you can wear your own socks no need for wasting money buying a specific kind of sock here! My daughter had a blast! Didnt want to leave!

My kids at a blast for their first visit. Need to sign a waiver before you pay, may have needed that information first before waiting to pay. ;) Zip lining, trampoline park and rock climbing was enough for 2 hours of fun. Will be going back.

I went yesterday had a blast ! It was only $16 for unlimited play. The staff was very helpful and very enthusiastic , the music was great also. Cant wait to go back !

Fun place for kids, definitely will get their energy out! We went on a Friday which is a special deal for 3-hour pass for everything. Unfortunately my six year old only wanted to bounce. Still a good deal. Front desk girl was super friendly explained everything and our options. My nine-year-old and I went zip-lining, which was fun. We only had to wait for two or three people every time we went. But they only had one of the zip lines open. Ive heard you can have to wait a bit and that would be sort of lame. The zip line operators were both super nice as well. There was one girl sitting in the bouncing area and later the cube area with reddish hair who seemed to hate her life. She had a sour face the whole time and just kept correcting the kids. It was a cross between super bored and super irritated. The facility seemed a little dingy but it is in a giant Warehouse. Only thing I would say is try to clean it up a little bit including the bathrooms. But overall a really fun place for families lots of seating for grandparents and we will be back!

It was freezing in there. The best answer I got was that the building was big and hard to hear. It was like 40 degrees. Only one zip line open. Kinda dumb. Will not return

They advertise and even they have 3 zip lines, however only one was open that too on a Saturday. When I informed them, they said we dont have enough staff to open all the 3 lines. No staff was enforcing the jumping rules on trampoline, it wasnt that safe for all kids. No tracking of time for 3 hr unlimited play.

Wow bad experience!! First of all as we were trying to jump into the foam pit - the staff was laying on the end of the trampoline one of us was trying to jump on. Making it awkward and hard to jump. Secondly, IMMEDIATELY after we left the large trampoline area at the end of the facility at 6:35 (25 minutes before closing!) it was wiped down completely so it was all wet. We then werent able to go back on that area & not to mention we felt uncomfortable like we were being kicked out early. Even though we paid for a full hour that was not up. Thirdly, when we used the bathroom there was a staff member yelling at someone on the phone over a personal matter. This made us all uncomfortable & seemed very unprofessional. The last trampoline we went on was the basketball area, all to get away from the staff members that were cleaning up early & making us feel unwelcome. The girl overseeing this area had her purse over her shoulder and was pacing around - very obviously showing she was ready for us to leave so she could go home. we ended up leaving at 6:45 - 15 minutes before closing because we felt like we were being kicked out. The facility was nice & we had a fun time. But all in my group felt that the staff was rude & might need a lesson in friendliness. This was on March 29th. We were all friendly to the staff. We werent breaking rules, we listened to them, & thanked them. And yet no one said hi or even SMILED. They had no reason to be rude and lounge around like we were invading in on their space! This place either needs new staff members that arent rude snobs or they need a class on how to be nice to paying customers.

This place was GREAT! Was traveling for work and decided to bring my work friends out for an evening at Zip City, the place did not disappoint. They have an awesome rock wall and the zip line was so FAST! We all played a game of dodgeball on the trampoline courts against each other. Staff was helpful, & the facility was really clean. Normally you have to make 3 stops to do all the activities zip city offers, they have it ALL! Well done.

Everything was SO FUN! Clean, nice staff, and so many activities. Bringing back some friends for another visit later this year!!

Had my sons birthday party at Zip City. Friendly Staff, Clean Facility and Safety is their priority. Freaking Awesome!!!! Definitely going back soon!

This place is AWFUL!!! I have contacted the owner multiple times, and he only has responded rudely twice!!! They have a handicapped employee that works there that was CAUGHT RECORDING MY GIRLS!!!!!!!!!!!!! ( they were at a bday party) When I contacted the staff they had no idea how to get a hold of the owner, when I asked to watch the videos of this area, I was ignored!!! When I explained the worker that done this, the owner stated- he came from a well known respected handicapped company..IDC where he came from HE RECORDED MY BABIES!!!!!!! I havent heard anything further on this incident... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The kids have a terrific time its so much to do zip lining rock climbing and the trampoline time is everything and the employees are the sweetest

Had a blast here with several kids today (5-11 years old). Good value for money, plenty of things to do, lines not too long, not too crowded.

I took two introverted children to Zip City today and they had a good time. The staff was polite and handled them with care.

My boys enjoyed activities when they were able to play. Staff hogged basketball court. Music is extremely inappropriate...hard core rap..explicit language & when ask manager he said whats wrong with it. Of course...teenager himself...never again...

Nothing but hockey going on when my son and I went. Wanted to zip line and jump but there was no one working at zip city! Noon on a sunday

This place is a scam. They put one price on their board (shown), but then charge almost twice as much. Even worst theres No one to monitor the kids running around that can do things that can hurt themselves. Why are they charging us $16 an hour? Does anyone no how to give zero stars? Just thought Id ask.

Wow talk a bout a bad experience, I dont even know where to begin. First we got there and we were having fun, but then something happened. My friend had deweys pizza and I was told that my classmate, Nick Penn, worked at the establishment of choice we were currently experiencing our lives unravel before us. Anyway, I was eager to find him, I had a reason to talk to him, I needed to know where the bathroom was for my friend who was minutes away from busting in his pants. However, Nick was getting chewed out by the boss man and was unable to help us because of the boss mans negligence. Needless to say my friend needs a new pair of pants.

What a joke this place has become, we lived in Evendale when this turned into ZipCity from just sportsplex a few years ago, it was nice, quite, clean and a solid place for my son who is now 5 even then. We stopped there tonight with plans to jump and zip line and wall climb. First off we were not even greeted, finally they went to pull up our waivers and wouldnt without our drivers licences. We didnt have them with us, had just forget them at home and didnt mean to and they wouldnt let our son jump even without our licence. What a joke, he already have a waiver on file and all and have been in the past never needing an ID those times. Sorry excuses and not willing to except anything else as a sub. We wont ever darken this door again.

Im 12, Ane I love this place me and me and my cousin David love going here everyones so nice. I love zip city because you get to do alot of economical things there. I love there basketball and dogeball. There zip line is fun to! You should try It out and again start is so nice! Plus im going here today to! At 2 or 3! Hope to see ya there!

My son went there today with a group of his friends. His friend fell off he zip line and the staff or maybe I should say lack of staff did absolutely nothing. Parents had to go track down a “manager” and had to demand to speak to the owner who was there during the accident but did not acknowledge anything happened and never offered any apologies or just the courtesy of making sure the child was okay. This day could have ended much worse and I am so glad that no one got hurt. But the lack of concern/safety plan by the staff and owner is totally not okay!!!Most of the areas had zero staff supervising the kids either!I guess the company/owners feel safe because you have to sign a waiver!!!I would highly recommend that you avoid this place!

Not enough people working to monitor kids’ safety. Only one zip line open with a long line of kids waiting and one person watching two crowded areas of trampolines.

We wanted use the basketball court but they said it wasnt open even though there was no sign and then kicked us out then we asked for a refund and they didnt give us one cent

The employees are not visible in each area and the rules and structure not clear. Better for older tweens.
