I was trying to sell some aluminum bats that I bought there many years ago. They were not able to buy them because they did not meet newer USAbat requirements. The employee took the time to explain the new regulations to me and show me the stamp or marking that is required to be on the bat.

Huge selection of pretty much any sporting need you may have. I generally go there for weights and they always have a large selection. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Decided to give golf a try. unfortunately I grabbed a set of Jr. clubs..my buddies had a good laugh at me. tool them back the next day.staff had a good laugh as well. no problem exchanging them and getting a set that fit me properly.

I have always been a customer, but after buying, some storage containers and ending up with a dozen gloves, three dozen golf balls, skis, a dozen pairs underarmor cleats and more I decided it was well worth making the trip into the city (as I live in Indiana). I checked the website- read the fine print. Since they closed at 5 pm.......I thought they would be less busy toward the end of the day so I arrived at 4:40. Beyond the two employees at the register, there wasnt anyone else in the store. Both young men in their 20s watched as i lugged in just one of the many heavy bags a d when I got the counter told me they stopped receiving at 4:30. I reported that id driven all the way from Indiana and the website said nothing about a cut off time? They appeared less than interested.

Were fans of all locations. Weve got grands in sports and weve purchased equipment for home. Great options. Who doesnt like options..

One of my favorite places to check b4 I buy any exercise equipment, because they carry new & used. They generally know the inventory & quality of what they have. I have only received good service in my time patronizing their establishment. They have even called other locations for me to find what Im looking for.

They saved the day. With the gym closing I had to purchase some weights. Who knows when the gym will reopen.

Hit or miss selections

Play It Again is like the Good Will of sports equipment. Its a great place to find cheap sports stuff, but it depends what youre looking for.

We enjoy going to play it again sports Vs. Buying sports items brand new at a store or mall. We save so much money. And sometimes can get brand new shoes or barely worn shoes at a very good price!

Charging knew prices for old equipment and weights

No one offered to assist us. Had to search to find the wrestling equipment. Did not have what we needed. Left the store without anyone acknowledging we were even there.

Ive always liked Play It Again, plus they let me use their restroom.

I have never been to this place. Google you need to work on your pin point placing. It would be better if you missed the place than sloppily sticking one in that users have not been to. This would be a trivial matter, except for the fact that users keep getting more and more emails, request for reviews, pictures, and etc... so we dont need providers shooting in the dark hoping to hit the mark.

Purchased a used 4, 5, and 6 iron/ wood, the 5 is an awesome clud but I had no luck with the 4 and the six, a couple weeks later I asked if I could return the 4 and 6 and was only offered 15% of what I had just purchased them. I thought that was awesome so I gave them away at work.

Second play it again sports I have been in the past week looking for a recumbent bike and for the second time tried to buy a bike but was sent away because no one seemed to know how much it was at this store and did not try very hard to find out. Not sure why a business would not want to make a sale. Terrible customer service. I would not shop here or the red bank road location!

What a joke they tell you buy from use will buy it back no problem I spent almost $300 and now they will only take half of it back for $18 the girls barely used the stuff cant trust anyone these days they have really gone down hill from when my mom came here with me
